I would give Mr.John and his staff 100 stars if it would allow me. The professionalism, is outstanding. When you walk into the establishment you are greeted with a smile that makes you feel at home. I highly recommend this location, and of course I will be sending family and friends to them. Thank y'all

Great customer serviceThey replaced my tires the same dayThey gave me an honest opinion on tires. Not only did they recommend tires, but they didn't try to sell me the most expensive set they have in stock. They recommended a great set of tires and at a reasonable price.

Excellent 5 Star experience here at this location! The service was exceptional and the manager took care of me as soon as the doors opened. I was in and out. They matched the cheapest competitor price, you can't beat that. Thank you so much I will definitely be sharing this experience with my family and friends!

Everything was absolutely great! On time, friendly folk, clean waiting room. My technician, Tommy, was amazing and efficient; he got me out and on the road in no time. The manager, John, was super helpful and kind. Definitely knew what he was talking about. Another technician, Mikael, was super helpful and very very knowledgeable. Even though he wasn't the one working on my vehicle, he still took the time to explain things to me if I had questions. Would definitely recommend visiting here if you need something done!

Tha ks for great service and honesty!Brought my Cherokee in for what I thought needed brakes. Store manager and staff were very friendly. They called me within a half hour and explained my brakes were fine, and the noises were just coming from the ceramic pads. They did not even charge me an inspection fee. I would definitely reccomend to friends and family.

I took my car into Mavis because of a vibration that I was experiencing while driving. Initially I was charged $117 to replace a pin that was missing from the rear brakes. I pick up my car thinking that it was repaired and I noticed that it was still vibrating. I took the car back to Mavis and told them that I still had the vibration problem. They looked at the car again and gave me a list of items that was needed to repair my vehicle. This list included bearings, brakes, rotors, frontend alignment, etc.... totaling approximately $3000.00. I gave them the approval to make the repairs and they returned my vehicle the next day. Upon picking up my vehicle I noticed that it was still vibrating. I returned the vehicle once again, mind you that this is the third time that I have returned the vehicle for the exact same problem. They tell me this time that it needs a tune up. Bottom line I spent $3000.00 for a tune up at Mavis. Needless to say that was my last trip there. I will not be visiting another Mavis Tires & Brakes shop again.

I worked with Justin today and it was the best/easiest tire shop experience I ve had. He was so cool and kind and took care of everything I needed and was super quick. When I need a tire again, I hope he s working!!

I have now had to have 2 sets of brakes (pads and rotors) on 2 different vehicles replaced under warranty just months after having them installed here.Old 5 star review:Great experience twice now with this Mavis. One of the smoothest experiences I've had dealing with a warranty issue with any business, they diagnosed it and had me back on the road promptly. Thanks team!

If you re in the Huntsville area trying to decide which Mavis to go to , this Mavis tires & brakes on Jordan Lane is the best in town! Not only did my appointment start on time it also did not take long at all , it was less than an hour to be exact . Lucas & Matt did an amazing job the entirety of my appointment , from keeping me updated on everything with my vehicle , as well as giving great advice about my vehicle and future services that I will need . Building is clean , quiet and friendly . Overall , great service ! Definitely will be coming back to get my next set of tires!UPDATE : came back in on 10/5/2023 (a day later) to purchase the front 2 tires like Lucas recommended the day before , and service was AMAZING! walked in with no appointment this time & was in/out the door fast given there was only 1 technician (huge shout out to him for working hard & diligently ) . Service desk staff was super friendly & cool ! Definitely will be back for any other services I may need! THANKS AGAIN!! keep up the hard work Mavis on Jordan Lane !!

To Floor manager John and all the guys at Mavis on Jordan lane..thank you thank you thank you. You helped me at 7pm when a random screw tore my tire up and again 2 weeks later with 3 more new tires. My car is very important in my life and you all just gave me peace of mind. Thank you a thousand times over!! I will see you again

I am pleased with the awesome service I received this morning. The staff was very nice and answered all of my questions. It did not take that long for them to change my oil. They treated me with a free tire balance and rotate. I will be letting this location take care of all of my vehicles needs.

Service was horrible upon drive up, as soon I pulled up I was waved off. I just came for air in my tire and female employee Tatianna was very rude and attitude was absurd. A gentleman was there and was very nice. I have been doing business with this company for years and I will not be back. Tatianna lacks people skills and professionalism and for that reason, I will take my business else where.

I came in with my car today and it was in bad shape. Justin and John explained everything perfectly, then calmed me down about the pricing. What I love about them was they gave me financing options, and were personable about me, being a teacher and my son going into the military. These guys are awesome. They were patient and knowledgeable. I was approved, and they even set me up online for payment, and express my experience for this review. A big and grateful shout out to Tyler who fixed the car and saved the lives of me and my children. Good brakes matter and so does excellent and professional customer service. Go Mavis!

I came here for some brand-new tires for my Honda CRV. The staff was very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. Tatiana was my salesperson and she did an excellent job. I highly recommend this Mavis location for all your tire and brake needs.
