Great service today!!They explained everything and were very nice!Tyler Henson was very helpful in helping me make a decision, on the tires that my vehicle needed! IClean store - is a plus for me!Fast service with smiles !!I will definitely be recommending this place!

Some time has passed, but I wasn t going to miss the opportunity to share my experience. I discovered a nail on my tire on a Saturday evening and took my car in on Sunday. I was initially apprehensive, because of the reputation mechanics have when providing service to a young lady. However, that was not my experience.I worked with Tyler and he was great. They were short staffed, so I returned the following day, and that s when I met Wendy. Due to the placement of the nail, they were just barely able to save my tire. I got successfully got a patch, and was it out in no time.The next day my low tire pressure indicator came on. I took the car back and Tyler fixed it by resetting the sensor. As quickly as I had gotten there, I was leaving.Overall, the team was knowledgeable & took care of me. If you need your car serviced, be sure to check them out.

WENDY ROCKS!!! I have been coming to this discount tire location for several years and even saw it through it's name change to Mavis. I have always had good service, but today I received EXCELLENT service. I had one of my tires blowout the night prior (it was a crappy birthday gift). That night I booked an appointment with Mavis for 8am. They didn't have my tire but I was able to get something comparable and the service was done timely. Wendy's care, concern and service was so refreshing and appreciated. If not for Wendy I likely would have gone to Honda service center. Wendy is an amazing addition to the Mavis team!!!!!!

Wendy was great and was able to match my estimate from another shop. Tyler was very helpful as well and went above and beyond to help with a signal light that fell out of place! Work was done in a timely manner. Adam did a fantastic job on my vehicle, can already notice a difference in the driving! Will make sure I continue to visit for all my vehicle needs!!

The total price was $50 more than was quoted over the phone. Worse, one of my lug nuts was completely loose. That means they definitely didn t use a torque wrench on any of the nuts.

I bought two tires from Mavis for my car. The tire service installation service was smooth and hassle-free, and the staff was friendly and very professional. The tires are great for all-season driving, and they provide excellent traction, comfort, and durability. I am very happy with my purchase and the service I received from Mavis. I would definitely buy from them again and recommend them to anyone looking for quality tires at a reasonable price.

Will was very helpful & considerate of taking his time out to work with us. We came in twice & he was very patient and consistent of making sure he was the person to talk to over the phone AND IN PERSON. I d recommend this tire shop to anyone running low on AIR or TIRES MESSING UP! As far as the people in the back(Brian and Trey) they work fast AND THE JOB IS DONE CORRECTLY!! And that s what made me proud and a happy customer the most

Great service! Will and Bo took great care of. They had me in and out for a tire repair in 10 minutes. The staff is very polite and professional. They also have very clean amenities if you need them. 10/10 service. I highly recommend!

The manager Mr. Micah goes above and beyond for the company he represents. He is very professional, knowledgeable, HONEST and easy going. His work ethic is rare to see these days and is greatly appreciated! Thank you for helping me Mr. Micah! Will be returning in the future

Stay away from here. The lady that manages the place has a bad temper and will yell at people in front of customers. Also she doesn't know how to properly manage her employees and orders the wrong vehicle parts. I'm sure the company paid for most of the positive reviews. There are way better places to get your vehicle worked on.

These guys are the best! None of the other tire shops I stopped at would help patch my wife's tire bc it was a Sunday afternoon, but they jumped right on it when I pulled up and had it done quickly! Highly recommended for service! Plus the waiting area was clean and refreshing!

I came in to have 4 tires installed and the entire staff was friendly and helpful. The service was prompt and it was an all around wonderful experience. Wendy the manager was an amazing person who provided great service!

Wendy and her staff at the university location do awesome every time I go in. They give the best prices and the most information if they spot any issues on your vehicle. 10/10 every time definitely highly recommended.

I was in and out! I stopped by due to a flat tire and Wendy and Adam were beyond helpful getting me back on the road. I would recommend everyone going to Mavis off University drive to get your car serviced. Very helpful and very nice!!! I plan to go back for all my car needs because I know I ll be in good hands.

Nothing but good things to say! Making an appointment was easy and they certainly took care of my brake issues, oil change, and tire rotation. The service advisor was upfront with pricing and the whole experience took barely over an hour. I ll be back!

I secured my appointment through the Madison store who stated they didn't have the tires I wanted but University Dr did. I walked in and the store manager let me know it would be a bit as they were short-handed and she had trainees working today. I told her that was fine. I was fully expecting a 4-5 hour wait. Even short-handed, they got my car done in under an hour. I will be back next time I need tires and would highly recommend this location.Personal note - Ever since Covid, it has been difficult to secure decent employees. Be kind, patient, and understanding with employees working for businesses that are serving our community as everyone has been hit by the worker shortage and morale is low enough across the board.

Everything was PERFECT!! Spoke with the Store Manager Wendy. She was very passionate and had great customer service m. She made sure everything was fixed that I asked for and had great hospitality. I would recommend this place to anybody! The University location in specific!!!

Will and Brain were exceptional with customer service and fixing my tire on my car. I went to Firestone up the street and was turned away with they could get to my car tomorrow and all I was asking for was to have my tire plugged. When I pulled in to Mavis Will Greeted me with open arms and great hospitality. Brian was quick and efficient with the task at hand. Chef s kiss to these two thanks so much.

I had to come in from Walmart because they messed up my tire, but Wendy on University helped me out so much! I really appreciate her patience and care for me and my car. She made sure I knew what was being done and not just spending my money.

Today Micha, the store manager was an amazing communicator when it came to what services I desperately needed done to my vehicle. I would recommend this spot to all ladies to come here if needed due to it being very safe and understandable communication.

originally made an appointment for madison blvd location got there & they were closed! called the university drive location went & saw tyler! he got me in and out worked with & provided great hassle free service! highly recommend!

It s hard to find customer service these days that care about their customers. I observed Wendy (the store manager) helping a customer find a solution to getting her car fixed. She went above and beyond helping the lady out. They re always so nice and helpful which is why I keep coming back

Ms. Wendy was very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. Came in with a nail in my tire. I didn't know if it should be patched or if I needed a new tire. She said they can patch it. Mr Treyvon who patched my tire was very nice too. Did a great job. I would get all my car work done here. I went to Firestone earlier and they all had a bad attitude, rude and not helpful at all. Highly recommend this location. Go to Mavis!

So my experience with mavis here recently was a bit rocky. It boiled down to a bit of miscommunication between 2 stores and I recently got on the phone with the store manager Wendy to be specific and she helped me out and corrected the situation immediately. Took the time out of her day to make sure she thoroughly apologized for the situation that happened. I highly highly recommend that if you need any kind of help, support or just tire buying advice Wendy is the go to person!!!

Mavis tires costumer service is a JOKE!!! And so is Their MANAGER!!, Bought a set of Uniroyal Tiger Paws Worse tires there is, worn out withing a year with 2 rotations. She will get reported to headquarters in new york. They refused to exchange my tires that were supposed to last 40k miles and only lasted 10k.I recommend you NOT TO BUY tires from this shop as they will not validate what you pay for. This store WILL Steal from you.SEE FOR YOURSELF
