OMG I have been looking for this shop since I got my motor in my Impala done. When I say they did a great Job I really mean that. And the price was very reasonable!!! Please Martinez Garage Automotive Services be good to me because honey I will be calling you guys in the morning for some car repair and I will recommend more auto repairs after that!!! I been looking for you guys!!! I finally found y'all

These guys are fantastic. Pricing is in line with the quality of work they do. Not unreasonable but not sketchy cheap. Highly recommend, glad I found them. Nice folks!

Sent our PT Cruiser in for repair, it was ignored for several days, then hit by the tow truck, they had to order a new door for the car, it supposedly came in but then was the wrong color. We were never compensated for this messed up door. So time consuming and frustrating. They have completely ignored us.

I have used Martinez Garage for an engine replacement, front brakes, rotors, and throttle body replacement. They explain everything simply, work hard and are honest. I feel comfortable taking our truck here for all repairs. This family owned business provides exceptional service. They replaced my spark plugs, an ignition coil and replaced my back breaks. The work was performed professionally, timely and the communication was excellent. Listen guys!!!! It was an ABSOLUTE PLEASURE to have my vehicle serviced by the MARTINEZ family. They treated me with the utmost RESPECT, COURTESY, and HONESTY. I look forward to this lasting business relationship as they are my GO TO auto shop NOW!!!! They changed out my air shock without SHOCKING my pocket!!! They delivered when they said they would and even worked overtime to ensure that my vehicle was road ready for our trip the next day!! I am a female and had priced around for quotes for my engine replacement labor cost. Martinez, Jr. quoted and charged me the most reasonable price! I did not feel like I was taken advantage of. He was knowledgeable, friendly yet professional. He got me back on the road in a timely manner/my 2007 Pathfinder is running like it's brand new. I would trust and highly recommend Martinez Automotive for any repairs!!!:)

I love a family-owned small business. Mom & Pop shops drive Alabama s economy, & I will support a local business over a mega-corporation any day. That said, I brought my car in to have the tie rods replaced. They gave me an excellent quote of $380. $200 for labor, $180 for parts fine.The parts were the same price I would ve accrued them for. I go in early AM, I leave the car, key, & my information, and am told they ll have it finished before EOD.EOD arrives No calls, no texts, emails, nor voicemail concerning picking up my ride. I don t fret, I go to work (3rd shift), get off, call the next morning & leave a voicemail.One eternity later, I get a call back. The price is now $428 because they replaced the tie rod boots without calling to consult me.Furious, I go up there, I ask why I wasn t called. I ask for the charge to be removed. Martin or Marvin, the Manager says it had to be done or it would negatively impact his work on the tie rods because the boots protect delicate sections of the rods from being pelted by gravel, rocks, & other debris that can wear them out more quickly.I ask why I wasn t called: no responseI ask for the charge to be removed: Only if I take the part off. I didn t ask for the part: You needed it. I ll pay what we agreed to + $20 for looking out, so $400 $428 I ended up paying $420. I may use them again, idk What I do know is that service like this does not engender brand loyalty, & this shop needs to hear that

Hey guys, listen up these guys let you BRING YOUR OWN PARTS!!! no other places in Huntsville wanted to work with me, but these guys did I can t say how appreciative I am they helped me out and they were quick also almost 50% cheaper than anywhere else in the city, I will definitely be bringing all my auto repair business to them what an amazing job

I didn't actually have any work done here. They spent time diagnosing a problem with my truck and had the opportunity to make alot of money from me. But they didn't. They could have taken advantage of my situation. But they didn't. They could have made "repairs" that, in the end, would have cost me much more. But they didn't. Now I know where to go when I do need an honest mechanic.

Probably the worst experience I've had with a mechanic. Said 3 days to fix my truck, five days later no word. No courtesy call to tell me he is running behind. Few days later he informs me he could only do a partial fix. No one ever works in the office. When i picked up my truck it was dead and had to get someone to jump start. Would defiantly go to a more experienced shop.

Great place to repair your car with 100% trust. Express oil gave me quote of 588 USD before tax for my car repair..and I came to Martinez garaze at Bobwallace. My car was repaired in 264 USD With tax.

Brought my own parts, timing kit for Honda Pilot, great service and quick turnaround!Added that this location is off Bob Wallace next to Ray Pearman, apparently another similar named place off Governors Drive.

My son is in school, in Huntsville. We live in Tennessee. Son calls that his car is leaking heavily. Parents panic. Mom starts looking for car repairs online. Martinez took care of him plus gave him a student discount. We will always go there.
