They have excellent customer service and their team did an exceptional job on getting my car back to brand new condition. Great communication and I got my car back quickly. Thank you!

Lones autobody is top notch. I had to have a trunk lid repainted after a vandalism incident. After scheduling our appointment, we dropped off on a Monday morning and picked it up on Wednesday. The car looks new again. This is the 2nd time I've used Lones personally, and I recommend them.

They did a great job on repairing my son's car. Jessica and Bobby were friendly and the whole process was seamless and so much better than the last experience I had with a different body shop.

This was an insurance claim. There was a minor mix-up about payment which we were able to clear up pretty quickly, although it reflected poorly on the shop's organization.The bigger issue was when I went to pay my deductible, the associate announced that she would be charging an extra 3.5% to my card to cover the cost of credit card payment.When I protested, she announced that last year "they went out West and everyone does it there, so get ready, it's coming!".I believe this policy should be disclosed up front as opposed to at the time of transaction. Presumably, if there is no policy posted, then there should not be a penalty for choosing to use one method of payment over another. Certainly, there is a cost to accepting cash or checks as methods of payment, are these costs also passed on as add-on fees to customers?The actual work they did on my car seems to be fine, but the extra fee is just deceptive and ticky-tacky. I passed this feedback on to my insurance company, and am leaving this review here, as well. I should get something for my extra 3.5%, and getting this off of my chest will have to suffice.Service: Body & Trim

So far very friendly people I have a vehicle in their possession currently for an insurance claim so we will see how the work goes but so far very friendly people and my review will be updated when work is completed.

EXCELLENT WORK! Hopefully I ll never have to take my car to a shop again for a wreck, but I wouldn t use anyone except Lones. From their customer service to the work they did on my Lexus, it was top notch. Thank you for taking care of me!

I rarely write reviews, but Lones Body Shop is one of the BEST body shops I've ever used. Not only did they squeeze me in to do an emblem change on my SUV, they were super fast and professional. I can t say enough good things about Lones! First off, I called several shops and everyone refused to work on the project I wanted. Lones not only accept the challenge, but told me of all the risk. The job truly exceeded my expectations, and the customer service was second to none! I rarely write reviews but I had to come and shop my support for this shop. Thank you for your fantastic services!Oh and they support the men and women in uniform. Much respect to this shop!!!!

After researching for a collision center to have my Jeep fixed I decided to use Lone's. I was impressed with their customer service and decided to bring my Jeep back later that day to be repaired. Andrew was very helpful and handled all the paperwork and communication with the insurance company. They did a great job repairing my Jeep and I will definitely use them again if needed.

Be careful when you leave your vehicle in Lones Body Shop, check the mileage and take photos of the vehicle inside and if possible, put a camera, I had a horrible experience when I picked up my car, they left everything dirty and dusty inside and for outside, it seems they used it for other purposes outside the workshop, they deactivated the road warning system and they didn't have to do that. They had no professionalism in cleaning the vehicle inside after it was full of dust all over the seats and door and my vehicle is a new one from 2022.I will not go back to that place, and I let all my family and friends know about my unpleasant experience.

Today makes the 3rd repair completed for my family at Lones Body Shop. I live in Decatur and drive past quite a few other repair facilities to have any work done there. I can say without a doubt that you will never find a better place to have work done. Always on time and keeps you up to date throughout the repair process. I will never have work done anywhere else. Top shelf every time!

Just picked my car back up from them. Was very pleased with their work and communication. My car looked great and the work done was performed in a timely manner. Jon was very helpful in answering all my questions. They definitely earned a new customer

Fixed a dent in my husband's car and replaced my bumper (don't ask if the two were related). Highly recommend. Fast, friendly, and fair prices. Hope I never have to return but if we need body work done in the future will definitely use Lones.
