These ladies are the best. I had gone to several lock smith's with a stahl tool box lock that the keys were lost.one 2 places in Decatur could not do it.these girls hD my keys in 2 hours

They came to our house and fixed an issue with our french door handle assembly. Jim knew his stuff.Wish I had called LockTec first (wife actually lined them up) rather than going with the business that I chose first go-around.

Had multiple locks that needed fixing . Mark called to discuss specifically the issues. He was late to me from another appointment but called me at least 1/2 hr before he was to arrive . Arrived at the designated time worked efficiently and all the lock issues were resolved. I was very pleased.

Came out to my work and fixed an issue with a deadbolt. Very professional, friendly and didn't quit when the lock was being stubborn. Will definitely use again.

After trying more than one hardware store to have some office keys made, which never worked, I decided to go to a Professional Locksmith. I was impressed with the facility, the competence, and the results! Locktec will be my go-to Locksmith for our future needs.

Called on Monday 7/24 about a duplicate key for my vehicle. Was told their vehicle specialist would be in touch. As of late 7/26 there was no return call. I called them back. I was told that my request was in his pile to work and that he would get back to me. No apology and no estimate on when that would be.Nope. I'll go elsewhere.Update. Found a kit on Amazon to program a new key fob. Took about 10 minutes and saved about $100. I can even program more in the future if needed.

I needed multiple different keys made for our new office. They had every blank you could need. The service was quick and the price was the best in town. I will be using them for all my locksmith needs. They even have a drive thru window. That's how quick the key service is.

They had to order a key fob for me and it was fast delivery. It didn't take long to program the new fob. Very friendly tech and if I ever need this type of service again, they will definitely have my business.

Called and ask them if they could make a boat storage access key and they said yes. Went to their store and they didn t have nor could they get key blanks. Very disappointed since I traveled 20 miles one way.

Very dishonest company,I called them about taking the lock off my hitch as I had lost my key, I explained what kind of lock it was it was like the master lock type key, they said if we just pick the lock it would be $10.00, my daughter took the car to them and they picked the lock and told her it would be $25.00 for the service, she told them that they said to my dad it was supposed to be $10.00, he said someone else had quoted that and it would be $25.00, I guess they lie to you to get you to come in.

Great staff who knows what they're doing. If you need any work done to your home, they can do it. When installing my alarm system, they treated my home like it was theirs. When they left, it was cleaner then when they got there. This is the only place in Huntsville I will have my keys copied. It is also the only place I will buy locks, safes new car keys.

Amazing service. Helped an expecting friend and a friend with a newborn when they locked themselves out of their vehicles. They have access to the Arsenal and even came out when the ice storm was almost here.Truly, a great company with quick, rapid service in emergencies. They were at my friend's house when the baby was locked in the car in 7 minutes.

I would like to recommend this service to anybody in the area that needs a locksmith. They came out to me and less than 30 minutes I had my new key. The service is professional and was recommended by my car dealership. I'll be recommending them to my friends.

Said they could program new 2015 Toyota Camry immobilizer chip key. Turns out they couldn't and charged me 150 dollars anyways for the key. Should have just gone the the dealership and paid more at least I would have a working key. Do not recommend locktec.

I needed an extra car key and decided to try Locktec. I first went to my dealership and was quoted a ridunkulous price.... I drive a little Ford Fiesta not a fancy schmancy vehicle. Anywho, these folks made my key for a great price. The woman behind the counter( I don t remember her name) was very kind. I liked the small town family feel of the place. I recommend Locktec, Inc for sure.

Great company to call if you're needing a locksmith; I locked myself out of my car, so I gave them a call and was back in my car within 10 minutes. Would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a locksmith.

I called Locktec to change locks on a house. It was a busy Monday and they scheduled me for the next day which was no problem. I get a call later that afternoon that a tech was available! He was at my house in less than 15 minutes. The tech was very fast and professional and changed 3 deadbolts and 3 knobs in less than 45 minutes. Their prices are very reasonable. I would definitely use Locktec again for my locksmith needs.

The tech was awesome but the company was terrible. Charged $65 to drive out and say they couldn t make me a key. Then when I refused, forced me to pay 60 for them to leave.

Fair prices and good selection. They were unable to make the key I needed correctly but refunded my money with out asking. I'll come back in the future. Thanks for being honest.

I just want to thank you guys for helping me out. I was going to the airport to catch a flight when Istopped off at a store to buy a few items for my flight. I accidently locked my keys in car. Your technician was there in less than ten minutes and I was on my way in about twenty. Thank you!I was on my way home and made my flight. :)
