I had a reservation at Life Storage in Huntsville off Martin Rd and Michelle walked me through the whole check in and reservation and renting a unit. She was very helpful, friendly, and provided a lot of great information about Life Storage the security in place the insurance they provided. I have nothing but good things to say about Life Storage and my experience today. I will update this review in December when my lease is up and as long as everything goes great I will confirm this review.

I had zero experience with renting a storage unit. Great experience! Natalie was extremely helpful. She was so kind and explained everything thoroughly. She walked me through the process of how to access my storage unit, making sure I understood. Thanks to Natalie I m confident and completely ease. Very nice storage unit. Highly recommend!

Michelle has always been very rude and tried to overcharge me when I removed my things out of storage! She is not a people person and she will call and harass you days before your payment is due! I am so happy that I don t have to correspond with her again! Oh yea, your storage fees will go up after 3 to 6 months and continue to go up the duration of your storage time there.

They were amazing . The manager was super nice and thoughtful and helped me get my boxes to the car and gave me some complimentary glass protecting material . The gentleman did a great job and even helped navigate me to my unit with a smile . Very nice people that you can tell care about their job !

Michelle was extremely helpful with my needs. My unit was very clean as well as the entire grounds around the facility. I m pleased especially after experiencing pest out of control at a different Life Storage.

Amazing service and very clean! Michelle was super helpful and made us feel very welcome. We actually left something behind and they made sure it was returned to us! Can t say thx enough! I ll be using you all again!

Wonderful experience and hospitality from Michelle Wood at the Martin Road, Life Storage location. She was very thorough in explaining all that they offered and really helped me to better understand which unit size would suit me best for my needs! Friendly and polite. I feel that I made the right move with choosing Life Storage for all my storing needs. I will definitely be sticking with them. Thanx Michelle!

Our experience at Life was great. It was our first time using a storage facility and we were a little nervous about renting but Michelle reassured us that it is safe and the grounds are monitored 24/7. We absolutely love the location and simple access onto the lot. We would definitely recommend a friend and Michelle for assistance!!Our only question is would it be possible for the storage facility to get gravel in the back lot to keep vehicles out of the mud?? Once again thanks for your accommodation.

We rented our unit online, which was easy and straightforward. When we arrived at our unit, there was a welcome pack with a lock waiting for us. We were then welcomed by Michelle who addressed by name. Michelle is one of the friendliest and most helpful I have met in a long time. She is the best and Life Storage is lucky to have her. I hope they show her the appreciation she deserves.

With Miss Michelle s expert assistance, my wife and I have mostly completed our years long downsizing effort! She has always been most helpful and cooperative as we have continually moved to progressively smaller storage spaces over the last several years. This effort has finally culminated in Michelle providing us a pull through outdoor storage space for our enclosed trailer. Always supportive, she has consistently advised changes that always saved us money while still providing adequate storage for our needs. Kudos to Miss Michelle, she is key to the success of Martin Road s Life Storage facility! We wouldn t have it any other way.Ron in HSV

Michelle s customer service was wonderful. She went above and beyond to help us reserve our unit. Michelle should teach others how to treat and work with customers. When we need to rent our next unit we will 100% use the Martin Road Life Storage location in Huntsville, AL!

My intent is to leave a recommendation for Michelle. I think she should get a raise and have more paid time off. Working with her meant a great deal to me. Before I was even in the retail showroom, she had already acknowledged me by name, and welcomed me. She made me feel very special, and it meant a great deal to me. In this day and age you don t find many people, or employees that are generous with their time, and make the interaction so positive. While doing business, she was most thoughtful and generous. Insane price hike of $70. Not to mention this company will try to auction off your belongings after 30 days. Having been laid off from a job and having explained the situation, still zero help. Will be finding another location.

The staff and management go out if their way to be kind and helpful. The were very professional and thoughtful. If I ever have to rent a storage unit in this area again, I will be sure to return to this location on Martin Road in Huntsville, Alabama.
