hard working and Very Professional . Just Really Backed up , Took 2-3 weeks for my car to be done without a loaner car so I lost it on work and almost got fired because of no way to get to work. Car is still in the shop for factory defects.

Not helpful at all. I bought a used 2019 Toyota RAV4 from this dealership, got a warranty on it. My maintenance light came on, the service department told me they could not fix it because it was a Toyota. Did not offer any other help and yelled at my dad. I do not recommend.

Look Car in cause it was leaking pink fluid and they said they fixed it four days later it was still leaking pink fluid fun fun

Made an appointment over a week in advance. Dropped my vehicle off in the morning for a simple repair job. At the end of the day they still hadn't looked at it. I understand that things get busy and estimates are not exact, but what was the appointment for? Brought it back the next day and the repairs were done, but inadequate. Still having some minor related issues. I won't be back.

This place has severe communication problems. When I call to ask one person in service department says you don t need appointments for oil change, another person does. So I made appointment and when I arrive I was told it would take about two hours .because a lot of people showed up for first come first serve . So which is it??? I called and spoke to supervisor who said it s not first come first serve, yet all of his department says it is better educate your employees or something. I took my business to Lynn Layton, everything was done in 40 minutes and heck they re even $20 less for oil&rotation. You re confusion is costing you business Rick.

Gets you in pretty fast, but may take a few minutes, depends on needs. You can get a free ride any where close if needed. I'm getting oil changed and tires rotated,and air-conditioning checked. I have a loose light above tag that fell out, not sure what happened but may need reaplacement. Friendly service. Will continue to be using service. Oh yes free coffee.

Had a air bag recall on my truck and decided to take it to landers mclarty. They did the install and gave me my keys back and one of their employees had stolen the circuit board out of my key fob, thise are not CHEAP! My first and last time using Landers Mclarty all because of their thieving workers.

Chris is a great service rep. He bends over backwards to get you timely service, briefed on work to be done and that was done. I felt very comfortable. Going back for phase two soon.
