I was disappointed because I felt deceived. I received a flyer with scratch off in mail...seeming to win an 85 in smart tv. Called 3x to assure my winnings. Walked/ called/& begged soooo many ppl to find a truck to deliver it... finally paid someone $20 to follow me to dealership just to win a $5 Walmart gift card and try to get talked into buying a car. The young salesman was nice and just doing his job. But these businesses wonder why they fail in the end...because God Himself is pleased with a just weight...not vfc trickery & witchcraft. Everyone loves a new vehicle. You don't have to be deceptive to sell one .

We are just leaving the parts department . No customer service ! Went in to ask about ordering a part . The man was very condescending. Did not even bother to look up the part or one comparable to it . Very disappointing .

Robert and Tina went above and beyond to help me with a bumper for my GMC Sierra. Robert caught some scratches and clear coat issues and was glad to have it replaced. Great service great folks very professional in the parts department. Thanks Keep up the good work.

Absolutely amazing! I love this dealership and have purchased two cars from them. The service department is beyond great! They always go above and beyond to do everything they can to help the customer! I have taken vehicles to other service centers and never had the same level of service. I would recommend this service center without reservations!

Took my wife's car in for repairs and Roger in the Service Department toom excellent care of us. Called me back shortly after dropping it off with a cost and to let me know they had the repair part in stock. Great service!

Very friendly. I came in for an oil change and a tire rotation, and got a special additive and inspection of the vehicle. All was good except they forgot to adjust my tire pressure. This isn't the first time.

This is a review for the parts desk, not the auto service shop. Respectful and knowledgeable parts desk. Prices aren't quite as low as some online parts ordering sites, but when you factor in shipping, it's usually about the same price and you get it faster here.

Had a great Sales guy Dejon. Would have loved 2 get 2 vehicles that day but just couldn't get everyone on the same page but got 1 good truck an our salesman was the best!

I have visited more than once and had a good experience but not returning if possible. They appear understaffed and loaded with excessive orders for the company's body shop, mechanic orders, etc.. They don't have time to please walk in customers in my opinion.
