They didn't have the part in stock. They found the part then delivered it to us. If you are in Huntsville, AL and need parts this is the place to call!!

This group of people is hands down the best customer service I ve ran across in all my years of ordering products for personal or business use. I contacted them in a manner that was unnecessary thinking that the mistake was made on their end, however I soon found out that was not the case and they helped me through it tremendously and went above and beyond. These Guys are awesome, I run a Logging crew and could not find the Heavy Duty Green Grease anywhere, I think Lucas Oil makes it, these guys had a ton of it, at a great price, I owe them a steak and a beer when I'm back out that way..They even gave me a Lucas Oil T-Shirt (doesn't fit I need to lose a few lbs lol)
