On the way to the mechanic, my skoolie dropped all her coolant and we were stranded coming off of I565. Lucky for me, JT came highly recommended by RNB Trucking. He happened to be closeby with the equipment to pick up the bus, so the wait time was minimal. In a stressfull situation, JT was knowledgeable, professional, kind and compassionate. He had her hooked up and rolling in no time and I couldn't be more grateful. Their number went immediately into my contacts and I will recommended them to all my bus friends or anyone in need of a tow.

Used them for the first time today after a vehicle stalling emergency on the road. They were prompt and did a great job. Will definitely call them again if I need a towing service.

If you're NOT FROM AROUND HERE... DON'T CALL THIS GUY! I WAS QUOTED $80.00 AND THEN HE QUOTED THE VEHICLE OWNER $125.00.

The person who answered the phone was absolutely rude. You can't understand anything he said. I asked 1 question and he hung up the phone . Unprofessional. Find another place, it's not worth it here

A few months back I brought my Isuzu Lawncare truck to get an issue with the gas line fixed. I was informed 2 months later that the truck was fixed and ready for pickup. Less than a week after picking up truck from shop the same issue was occurring again. I contacted J s Towing to let them know that the truck wasn t properly fixed. I was informed to bring the truck back so they could fix it with no charge which was exactly a month from today. After receiving the run around about the truck for the last month from J s Towing, I decided to make a trip to the shop today to check on the truck and to my surprise the truck was sitting in the exact same spot from a month ago when I brought it in to be serviced. I would definitely not recommend this shop to anyone that needs any type of service done to a vehicle besides towing.

I had 2 other towing companies respond to my roadside assistance request through Jeep, both of those companies recommended questionable procedures that would require a damage liability waiver. When John from JT's Towing arrived, he quickly took care of the issue and recovered my car without any risk to the vehicle. I truly appreciate his professionalism, skill, and knowledge.
