I tried to get my car fixed here, they lied to me every time about when it was going to be done and wasted all my time. On top of that I was incredibly nice and they treated me horribly and were terribly rude. I was eventually directed to Dave, who was even more terrible (seems like a narcissist). After all of this I never ended up getting my car fixed, but better off seeing all the other negative reviews on shotty work! Do not recommend!!

I was in search of a body shop to paint my old high school truck. No other shop would touch it for less than $10k. I found Ingram on google and took it by for a quote. Far less for exceptional results. The service I received was very professional. The paint job is excellent! I am very happy with the way my truck turned out and the warranty that is issued. It was completed in exactly the amount of time promised. I will go back if I need services again.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My truck is back in proper shape minus the 5 dents and crushed side view mirror. They even polished insidebif my headlights...i thought they were brand new...paint match was perfect.

I highly recommend Ingram collision center. Their manager Xan is so nice and so helpful. Their quote was extremely reasonable and they did a beautiful job repairing our vehicle.

This business does good work. I had a front end collision where I was able to get the entire repair completed at Ingram Collision before other shops would get me in for an estimate. They did warranty repair on a car I purchased from carvana, a year later the paint work started blistering and flaking off. Would not recommend.

When trying to find a body shop Ingram was the only one that would accept the car within one week. The other companies said it would be several months. Ingram did an excellent job!! I highly recommend them.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I highly recommend this place for any major cosmetic repairs! My car was covered in paint remover and now it looks like I just drove my car off the lot. EDIT: Now the paint is peeling offIf I tell the whole story on here, it would take more time to read than most people are willing to invest, so I ll give you the short version. Number one, the manager Xan Cobb lied to me every time we spoke. Number two, the owner Dave Ingram makes excuses for everything. It took 3 MONTHS to finally get our car back from them only for it to be 3 DIFFERENT SHADES IN COLOR, full of PITS and CHIPS in the paint, over spray on the mirrors and glass and the wipers were on BACKWARDS, again lies and excuses as to why. Took another month to get that almost right but still has SPOTS in the paint, he says he doesn t have a million dollar clean room for painting. So after 4 MONTHS we chose to walk away and accept what we got because we didn t trust them to buff the bad spots out without ruining the paint job any further. The overspray is still on the mirrors because they are not competent enough to wipe it off. I m only adding two pictures because there are to many to add them all

We bought a car online that was unfortunately damaged in process of delivery. The manager at Ingram was very helpful coordinating our repair with the warranty company for our vehicle. Awesome experience from start to finish. Michael and Laurie kept me informed as the work progressed, parts came in sooner than expected, and time to completion quote was spot on. Car was washed and detailed inside when I picked it up, which was definitely a surprise bonus! Highlander bumper looks like the day I bought it. Thanks again to Dave, Michael, and Laurie for a truly wonderful and professional experience. Will be taking my parent s car and wife s car to them for work in the near future!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

These people are as trash as it gets. I have a 2013 challenger and they gave me the run around for 6 weeks and still didn't fix my car right. I'm not gonna post a long review I can just share the photos. They painted my car 2 different colors and ghosted me when I co tasted them to correct it. I will never recommend them and he like to brag about 40 yrs of experience and he paid tes 60000 cars. But I had to take it else where to fix what they messed upServices: Painting, Body & Trim

I took my Elantra to Ingram to have my door repaired. The owner is very friendly and helpful. He was able to take my car quickly and after 3 days take my car home. I recommend Ingram 100%
