If you want someone with experience and knowledge of all body work, Hot Rod Shop is definitely the place to take your vehicle.. I took my 2022 BMW X.3 there and they did an excellent job very quickly. Tina, the office manager is such a pleasure and so is the owner, Scott. I will not take my car anywhere else bc I want the best! Thank you to everyone at Hotrod Shop for doing such a great job on my SUV!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Scott has worked on a couple of my vehicles. One included deer damage. Highly recommend Scott and his staff. Work was performed in a timely manner and no problem with the workmanship and quality of service rendered. Scott and his staff do excellent work. I've had several vehicles worked on here and every time they come back immaculate. Other body shops I've used dig through every glove box, ash tray, and pocket to find all my loose change or anything they want. Not this place, they treat your vehicle like their own or even better. Wait until you get a fully detailed car back without all the bonds dust or overspray. Customer service at it's best.

Scott and his team did an excellent job on my wife's car.They not only fixed the ding, but cleaned up the car inside and out! It looked brand new when we got it back.We definitely recommend them to anyone.

Brought the vehicle in on a Friday. The owner told us to return on Monday for drop off. The office person also came and looked at the vehicle, took down all our info. Car dropped off Monday, took keys into the office person, she said thank you and we went on our way. On Tuesday stopped in to check status we were told they hadn't gotten to it yet. Called Wednesday morning, office person said owner will call you in 15 min. 4 hrs later at 1350 called to check status and I was told by the same office person that the owner didn't tell her he was doing anything to the car, he was very busy and couldn't get to our car until next week. Also told and by the way we close at 2pm. Extremely disappointed. The owner was very aware on Friday with our 1st conversation that my nephew needed the car to return to Virginia for deployment. Very unorganized and just a complete disaster. The quote we got on Friday was very reasonable very sorry we will not be using the local shop, EVER.

The owner is a honest and excellent person. He has never tried taking advantage of me because I am woman. I don't trust anybody but Scott to work on my car. I highly recommend his services.

Brought my car here to get work done and it took months. Actually they never completly finished. My insurance agent left me a check for the difference of what I paid out of pocket at their office, The same day I went to pick it up, Scott had stamped it and was planning to cash it. When I asked why he said he wants me to bring my car back in to look at some things and he needed more money for those "things". Even saying the check might not cover it. This makes no sense. I felt scammed, never go here.

I rate their work and personal a strong 5 star. Their prices are in line, for good work and the personal are helpful, friendly and you get your car back faster than you may expect. Note: The shop is off of Moors Mill Road, on Ware Drive, nextdoor to a pink building. Large sign on Mores Mill Road and Ware Drive says, Rods "COLLISION REPAIR CENTER". Tiny sign over the door says "Hotrod Shop inc." ps, take the receptionist a Bouquet . Her smile is worth it.

They are awesome all around! Everything you want out of a body shop and more. If your at a body shop it's probably because you were in an accident so your not very happy. So it means a lot when the shop your dealing with has good people that work there on your side. When the insurance company is trying to screw you over.

Best body shop I ve ever been to. Excellent job. Professional and friendly. Wouldn t take my vehicles anywhere else. Top of the line. They really take good care of you and your car.

Best service I've ever received on any type of vehicle issue! Staff were all extremely helpful and helped me get the exact part I needed ordered and put on my car in 3 days!

Super terrible service and the white trailer trash employees are rude, lazy, and liers when I took my car up there the lady at the desk didn t tell me about having to make an appointment and it sat there for over a week before I knew about it. don t go here to get your car fixed go somewhere else save your time. They need a 0 rating on here for this place. I m not coming back to Hot Rod. I hope this place goes out of business.

Was unhappy with first experience and left a bad review. Had to go back because I was having problem with original repair. Although I still think my original experience should have been handled differently, they were very kind and professional when I went back even after the bad review. They quickly fixed the issue I was having when I went back. I would still recommend this place.

Garbage, garbage, garbage. Absolutely do not use them. They are liars, they never call you beck EVER. They also don t really fix your car. Mine was never right again after getting it back from them.
