Station Payne was a great sales person. He helped us with the purchase of VW SEL Peak addition. He was so nice to share a lot of his personal life with us while there that brought us closer together. I would recommend using TY for your next purchase. The vehicle purchase was under the name of Naya Holtzman.

We had a wonderful experience working with Hiley Volkswagen, specifically Christina Hudson. She was kind, helpful, and knowledgable. We sourced, purchased and drove home with our vehicle all under a week with her promptness and dedication to our buy. We drove from out of state and everything was ready for us upon arrival. The family has been a customer with Hiley Group for about ten years. We have purchased now about 7 cars with the group. However, we absolutely love VW brand and their vehicles. They treat us like family, they take care of business and excel in customer service. Tairon Payne has been our go to sales team leader for a long time. I am beyond grateful in his VW knowledge and customer care. He is the main reason I continue with the brand and company. Honestly, some of the best buying experiences we have ever had. Just purchased the latest SE Tech, freaking sweet ride and the EV ID.4 Pro S. It is our first EV but we were sold. We got our daily commuter and out of towner.

Just bought my 4th vehicle from Hiley!Cant say enough about Justin Walker and his team at VW. I have been treated like family for over 7 years. I love the product and my sales guy Tairon Payne is the best salesman I have come across, and I sold cars back in the day! I choose to do business with Hiley because they are ethical and deliver great value and customer service. I will continue to buy from them for the next 7 years!

Absolute best car buying experience ever! Special shout out to Christina Hudson our salesperson. She was so knowledgeable about the cars and was able to answer any questions we had and show us how to use the some of the cool aspects of the car. Even after the sale she has been answering our questions and helping us set up service for some additional perks for our car. Amazing. Extremely happy, can t say it enough!

Speechless Eric Hamilton was amazing he made my dreams come true. The best sales experience in my life from the lovely lady up from to Eric who knew the best options for our family. I had a wonderful experience end-to-end. The lady set me up with a convenient time for my service. On the service day, the service rep explained me the process and gave me a ride. They kept me updated and pushed notifications to my phone. Finally, they provided me a video explaining what was done and what is recommended. The experience was beyond my expectation.

I had a wonderful experience at Hiley VW and with Christina, specifically! I was on the hunt for a specific used vehicle, and they happened to have one. After reaching out several times to different dealers, Christina is the only one who promptly messaged back and was able to assist me! We had the best chat during the test drive no pressure, no begging, no shadiness to the deal at all. She listened to exactly what I wanted and made it happen for me as a person and not a blind transaction. The financing paperwork was also smoother than any previous dealership I ve visited. I am so thankful, and would definitely recommend.

Tairon and the rest of the team at Hiley Automotive Group are the best. Tai isn't just a salesperson. He treats you like a friend and really helps you find the best car for you, not the car he wants you to buy. I just bought my third car from Hiley after looking at several other dealerships. None of the others came close to living up to the environment at Hiley and I'm very satisfied with my purchase as usual.

The team that runs the service department is very helpful. My dissatisfaction is with the vehicle itself. I have owned it less than 8 months and the carnet has gone out twice. The protective film over the cluster was left on and blistered. Then the cluster was scratched when removed. Now that the cluster has been removed 2 times it worries me what else will go wrong. Steering wheel damaged during last carnet install. Didn't notice until I had driven a few days. The dash was covered with an oily substance.

Fantastic place that takes care of the customer and puts the customer first. I purchased my VW at another dealership but have it serviced here. I also had some questions with my new purchase and salesperson Christina Hudson was extremely helpful and caring. She ensured I understood all the amazing features on my new purchase. The gentleman at the counter was very friendly and helpful during the process of receiving and retrieving my vehicle after the service. I also was appreciative of the video sent to me after my service was completed ensuring it was completed effectively. I also loved that they spent the time to clean and vacuum my vehicle before returning it

Tairon was excellent from the moment I stepped up to the golf gti and mentioned I d like to give it a test drive. Very knowledgeable about VW and the whole buying process. I worked with Jaylon over the phone almost 1000 miles away to get the details of the deal done, then flew in and picked up my new vehicle. First, this trip was way better than last time (June 2023). This time, the service advisor got me in-processed quickly and clearly documented my concerns. Also, text advisories were good and turn-around time was reasonable - 5 hours. On the other hand, there was a disconnect between what I was told verbally by the advisor and what is printed on the report/invoice. I was told verbally, that "everything was taken care of". However, my liftgate struts were not replaced. Parts are on order, per the report/invoice. Also, the report addresses the liftgate struts being ordered, but in the next sentence states that the "vehicle is now operating as per the manufacturers intended design verified by shop foreman". This is confusing at best.
