My husband and I purchased a 2024 Mazda CX-50 in ingot, and we are in love! We weren t prepared to purchase on the day we bought, but Bryce Marshall made the process so easy! He was super nice and patient. I test drove the cx-5 and several versions of the cx-50. He knew so much about both cars and gave his own opinions, which led me to pick the right car for me. Thank you, Bryce! If we buy another car, we will be going to Hiley of Mazda and asking specifically for Bryce.

Bryce Marshall was wonderful to work with. He listen to our needs and helped find a vehicle right for us after several disappointing trips to multiple dealerships. He was kind, understanding, patient. When the first car didn t work for us, he was ready with a backup option. I m so thankful for this experience and the ease of the transaction. Ask for Eric Hamilton if you visit Huntsville Mazds. Eric is a great listener and will make the process of buying a car simple and quick. If you call him, he will almost always answer. If he is busy, leave a message and he will get back to you within the hour. I bought a 2014 Ford Escape from Eric and am thrilled with my purchase. I traded a 2012 Impala and Eric knew the right wholesalers to call to get the dollars I needed for my trade. Eric has an upbeat personality and made the transaction a total pleasure.

Our salesman Darryl Butterfield was very patient and helpful. He was a great listener and not pushy at all. He answered all of our questions and knew a whole lot about all of the cars on the lot. We were able to purchase a car on the same day we decided which one to buy. They were able to get me the best rate. Tonight I brought my son and he took care of him. They got him the absolute best interest rate that he qualified for and they were even able to make sure that his payments would be affordable for him. They stayed very late to take care of us. We really appreciate them. Mr Wallace was very helpful and had to stay late too. They were so kind and willing to go far beyond what most car dealers would have done. They do not give off that vulture vibe that most car dealers do. They were guinuenly concerned that we would be satisfied with our choices and they were there to help.

Randy helped us decide which model Mazda would be best for us and was super friendly and patient the entire time. We never felt pushed to buy right away and he even showed us pre owned cars at the Volkswagen dealership next door. Overall a very nice experience and great customer service. The showroom was also pretty cool and full of new cars as well as an older sports car.

Randy should be the face of Mazda. This man knows soo much about this brand that no matter what question you have he can answer it. Not only is he very detail oriented but he is very efficient. He made purchasing a cars quick and easy. He listens very well and matches you with the perfect car. I ve never been in and out of a dealership so fast before with all my expectations met. As a first time car-buyer, I anticipated the worst, given the typical horror stories I'd heard of purchasing a vehicle. To my surprise, and delight, the apprehension I felt was totally unwarranted, because my experience at Hiley could not have been smoother. This is largely due to Bryce, who facilitated me leaving the dealership with the Mazda I wanted at the price I wanted. He took care of my wife and I, and I'm thankful I lucked into having him as our salesman. Would recommend getting a car here to anyone because of my experience; 5 stars earned.

Had a great car buying experience here at Hiley Mazda, I traded in my Chevy Cruze for a 2020 Certified Mazda 3. I worked with Ryan, Ken and Brad and one other gentleman who I can't remember his name unfortunately, but all were great! They all helped me get what I was looking for and didn't pressure me to buy.

This is an honest true life review. My first experience at this establishment left me with a sour taste in my mouth due to a poor experience with a sales person who made inappropriate jokes about my mental health. Months later, we went back as a last resort. We wondered & looked around, I felt pretty meh about the situation, just another pending disappointment. Until. We were approached by a salesperson named Bryce Marshall, a true redemption story ensued. Bryce was Real, Open and Honest. Human & Relatable. No tricks, no tactics, no games. Just honest human interaction. We came with very narrow demands and he busted his butt and stuck his neck out for us to get what we needed. We are so happy with our purchase. The dealership owes Bryce a debt, bc in just a few hours he completely changed my attitude and perception of this establishment. I was angry & hurt about how my previous interaction went. Working with Bryce alleviated pain I experienced. I know whom I ll be asking for when my teens need vehicles. Bryce Marshall at Hiley Mazda of Huntsville.

This is my first car purchase in 13 years and I was not looking forward to it. Our salesman, Bryce Marshall, put me at ease, answered all questions, and we walked all over the lot to find the CX50 I really wanted. It was on the very back row and totally blocked in, but that was no problem. Bryce is very easy going, easy to talk to, not pushy and he is extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles.I recommend Hiley Mazda and please be sure to ask for Bryce.

I was very pleased with my experience purchasing a new MX 5 from Bryce! He was very helpful with the transaction and explaining how to use all the new features of the Miata. (Do better)Staff members and manager were not professional when it came to talking to my dad with a language barrier, increasingly more impatient when we made sure of getting a good deal.It seemed as though the language barrier from my dad and him knowing what's a good deal and what wasn't, made them talk to him in a condescending and patronizing way. They were laughing and joking around. My family got a car from them but my dad didn't deserve that treatment, I'll remember that as my impression of Mazda.Mind you, this isn't my family's first car. We had many from Honda, Hyundai, and Porsche.But out of all, Mazda was the most unprofessional.Please rethink of how you treat your potential clients, even if you need to be a little more patient with people who cant speak English that well!I'll add two stars because the intern was the only nice and understanding one.

Enjoying my new !!! The buying experience and the customer service were great! Any of my concerns were address promptly. Kudos to the team from receptionist, sales, finances, to service department. The GM on-site and finance super courteous. Thank you Matt B. you are all hands on with your customers and I will not hesitate to return to the dealership if in search for another vehicle. Brief mention to Keith R. as well, not my salesman but his ethical behavior did not go unnoticed. Lastly, shot out to Michael C.over Volkswagen helping us find an used car option.

I went to the Audi dealership on a Friday to test drive the pre-owned car I saw online. It was out for a windshield replacement. Josh, the salesman, went above and beyond to get the vehicle back that same day. I test drove and it was exactly what I was looking for. Ryan, the Business Manager, was so professional and easy to work with. He didn't try to sell me things that I didn't need. I highly recommend Audi of Huntsville and ask for Josh.

Sales department was very friendly and worked with us on pricing. Be Aware that if they reduce the price and you don t finance with them, their finance department will attempt to bully you into financing through them. After negotiating a lower price, I financed through my local bank and brought a check to buy the vehicle. They seemed offended that I didn t use their finance department and said that in order to get the reduced price I had to get loan through them and said that s what their website states. This is a bad practice in my opinion if you want repeat customers. We were able to go through with the sale but their finance department needs some customer service training.

I ve been getting my Mazda serviced for 2 years now and I have to say they have the best customer service. I m always greeted with a smile. They keep me updated with videos and give a status throughout my wait. A big thank you to Austin for always being friendly and helpful! I would definitely recommend Hiley Mazda of Huntsville!

We bought a Jeep Overlander and was told the warranty is the best and covers everything. Not the case. The day we drove it off the lot the air suspension service light came on. I called the next day and was told it was because it was cold and to wait for warmer weather and it would be fine. I had to pay the deductible and Jeeps shop fees and when I got it back come to find out the suspension never worked. 8000 miles later the exhaust system completely failed and there s a clause in the warranty that won t cover it so watch out for that. The repairs are going to cost me $6000 or more and the vehicle is only worth $24000. So get to pay 25% of the cost of my vehicle to drive it again. Of course Mazda won t do anything to help. I will never do business with them again and will tell every person I know to never go there. You hear of shady car dealers and I know they re really out there. Stay clear of Mazda. I wish I could give them 0 stars

This is a good dealership that is worth considering! Their sales staff work hard to keep the purchase smooth. Kelley was nice enough to pick me up from the airport and drive me to the dealership. She also made sure to answer all my questions and show me all the features of the CX-50. When an issue with the car I was looking at popped up, I was provided with an alternate vehicle at fair pricing right away. Overall a very positive buying experience!
