Can t say enough about this shop and the resilience to find the issue with my 2015 Rogue. They didn t give up, it took several tries, but when they returned my car it ran perfect. He is honest and goes above and beyond to fix your vehicle.

I have used Harding 3 times now for minor repairs. The last time I brought in a 2003 Ventura van that was making noise under the vehicle, i thought it might be a loose tailpipe or muffler. Chip did a road test and inspected the entire suspension, what he found was a loose spare tire. there was no charge for tightening the spare tire. All my auto repairs will now be done at Harding Auto repair, I strongly recommend him if you are looking for an honest auto repair facility.Service: General repairs & maintenance

This is my new go to place for auto repair. I had an issue on both rear windows on my Kia that the dealer wanted to charge over $300 just to check it out. Harding found the problem in less than 30 minutes for about $50. They fixed it quickly at a reasonable price. And Chip is awesome at customer service.

Unlike some reviewers on this site who had some good experiences...This was not the case for my relative, he is just 21 yrs old and owns a used truck, and although he knows auto mechanics-he is learning and can't possibly fixed issues without a shop helping him. He took his truck in twice, and each time no one listen to him when he told them what the truck was doing and how it sounds. For two weeks straight the answer was we are pulling it in today, today never came-and when it did they called to say it was the PCM(despite the issues it was having) it was something else and they fixed it for over $800 without actually waiting for him to make a decision. He picked it up, and less than two days later the issue that brought him in was doing the same thing. Here we are again, another repair and no one listened to what he knew or what he was told the code was...They told him it was his fuel pump, took over a week to pull it in(after he called everyday and was told-today is the day we pull it in). They fixed the fuel pump, he asked again would that take care of it-yes, they said and it is not PCM. It has been two days and it has quit on him three times. He is a veteran, so they also promised a discount for that. Almost $400 this time, I will help to see who he can report this business to, there is no need to rip anyone off, and because you dealt with a young man who just want his truck fixed...You took advantage. Shame on all of you for the run around and the money this has cost him. Read other reviews that says some of the same things. They did an amazing job on Ricky s 1968 Camaro SS. The driveshaft needed to be replaced and they did an outstanding job. Highly recommend.

They fixed part of the problem without checking to find main concerns. Fixed just enough keep the vehicle running. And for the second time that ive taken this vehicle to them my battery has died less than 3 days after i picked up the vehicle. ive replaced the battery both times before taking it to the shop. The shop also says they'll get the work done but continually pushes the date back on when the vehicle would be ready.Services: Electrical repair, Electrical

The mechanics did a fantastic job on my 68 Chevy Camaro ss. A disc brake conversion and a rear end swap to a curry nine inch ford. They also performed smaller jobs and a great job also. They were very perfessional and I would highly recommend the shop .Service: BrakesService: Brakes

I had a great experience with Harding. They had an opportunity to charge me whatever they wanted for an electrical fix, but since all it needed was to bend some tabs on a bulb, they took care of it at no charge. They could have charged me hundreds for unneeded repairs, but they didn t. That honesty gets rewarded with repeat business.

They were close and able to look at my vehicle the day I was experiencing problems. It was "fixed" the next day. Paid and picked it up. A few days after picking it up I experienced the same issue I had initially. They had it for a week this time. I had to call and check on the status two of the three times I was contacted amd waited in the lobby a few minutes before being acknowledged or greeted. Paid additional labor this time as well.

Transparent, honest, and down-to-earth! I needed a quick fix on some loose windshield trimming before a long trip, and they let me drive right in to take a look at it, no scheduling or anything. Being such a small job they didn't charge me a penny.

I have been here multiple time for a variety of repairs - some were routine maintenance stuff, other were more complex repairs (air pump). Jim & his crew do a great job & I trust their work. They are also great about fitting you in for a repair that works with your schedule. If they tell you that the repair will be done by the end of the day, they mean it. I haven't ever had a problem with a repair taking longer than I was told it would. They charge a fair price for the work they do.

Took my truck there for a problem to be fixed and they charged me $168. The problem still wasn t fixed, so I took it back to them. They found the actual problem and then wanted to charge me again for them to fix it. As if that wasn t bad enough, they were going to try and charge me two hours of labor for a job that I ended up fixing myself in less than thirty minutes. They are polite guys, but wolves in sheep s clothing. And they ve only increased my distrust in mechanics everywhere.Service: General repairs & maintenance

We are highly satisfied with the services received from Harding Auto Repair! Jim is very honest, trustworthy and efficient! He doesn't overcharge his customers (many times he helped us with computer diagnostics or fixed minor issues for free) and he really knows his way around cars. Thank you, Jim! You're the best and we are extremely happy we found you!

Very friendly, honest and trustworthy business with good pricing. Fixed what was wrong with my daughters truck for a very fair price. I asked about another issue and instead of gouging me to fix it, I was told it was not even an issue and not to worry about, with a good explanation of why. Highly recommended!

Great Service!! I have been coming here for years and value an honest mechanic (yes they do exist). He was nice enough to answer the phone on a Sunday night when my mom's car broke down so I could leave it there overnight to be fixed Monday morning. It was fixed by lunch the next day. He never tried to sell us any other services. He just fixes what you ask him to look at. I took my car in one day and got radiator flushed, new spark plugs and wires, fluids checked, oil change, and a tune up for a fraction of what it would cost anywhere else and received prompt and courteous service!!

I have been using Jim Harding for my car upkeep and repair for several years. I have always found him to be honest and fair cost wise. He is very good at diagnosing problems and fixing them. I will and have recommend him to anyone.

Was initially quoted $130 to put on an alternator I had bought. After 3 days they called me and said that it was done but the price had changed to $390 because they realized it was a V6 and not a 4 cylinder and they had also bought a new belt for it. They never called me to ask about the price change or if I was even ok with it. Or if I wanted to buy a new belt for it. They just did it anyways. They did not stay true to their initial quote and that is terrible business and terrible communication. Would not recommend to anyone.

Great service. Very friendly. This guy won't screw you over, he was very honest and trustworthy. You don't have to worry about him trying to convince you something needs fixing that doesn't just to make more money. Only problem was he doesn't take appointments so make sure you get there by 10am because he gets a lot of business.

I went there for a light on my car's instrument panel. The guys there were friendly and told me to come back the day after early morning because at that moment they were very busy. The day after they find the problem through electric testing which they managed to solve in like 10 minutes. For my limited experience, I totally trust these guys.

Great service, was told it would be a couple day wait at other places. But he worked me in and fixed my air conditioner fast. Would definitely recommend.
