I was looking for a place to start buying boxes for my eCommerce business and was left disappointed after being a first time customer. Under the management of Colton; their employee clearly gave me the wrong receipt and before a 12 hour mark even hit the employee was threatening to call the authorities if I didn t return the receipt. For context, I received a call at 3pm one day and by 10am the next day they were trying to get the law involved. I was so tied up in my personal life that my family came first before this man s mistakes. I even offered to get his info to him the next day and all that did was make him more mad. Keep in mind this is over a receipt (merchant vs customer copy). How Grainger couldn t retrieve the number off this receipt in their system is beyond me. He also pulled out a stack of receipts showing this wasn t his only screw up. You also can t call the facility at all either. The number they call you and berate you with their threats from disconnects every time you call. I also asked for Colton s number and he wouldn t give it to me. The manager was also not there, either. How convenient. Be wary of this company if you deal with them. They will blow your phone up making their mistakes your problem. If you don t drop everything you are doing to to satisfy their mistakes they will call the law on you and try to have you arrested, because They can t close out your order. Hands down the worst customer service I have ever received. After approaching the man in person to try and find out answers their response was well if we didn t do that you would have never came back. IM A FIRST TIME CUSTOMER AND YOU SCREWED UP THE ONE JOB YOU HAD!!! Not 1 sorry. Not 1 hey we messed up. Not 1 we apologize for the inconvenience. That man deliberately looked me in the eye and said this was my fault because I wouldn t bow down to him and give in to his demands that I had no control over. If you want to stay out of jail and read this far, please go shop at Uline. They deliver to your doorstep and make things right when they mess up. This employee needs to be fired. If this is the managements tactics to combat against this type of mistake they need to be fired as well. This was the worst excuse for customer service.

Good selection but high prices on most items. However the have parts that you can t get elsewhere. I need some aluminum angle and they beat Home Depot and Lowes prices by far.

I'm working on a rig I need belts for. No part number or model or brand. I was so confused where to buy the right width rib diameter belt.Found Grainger. Grainger is the place to go for common and uncommon industrial parts.Desmond was super helpful. I had a bunch of detailed questions. He stayed late to answer them and I got the company vehicle back in service the next morning.

i'm the head of maintenance for four different restaurants. i absolutely love the using this business, website and their phone line. they're very knowledgeable and do any an everything they can to help you get the right product for the right parts you may need. they have better prices than most people and their shipping is very fast. they're always friendly and are an absolutely joy dealing with. Grainger a company where there is no other, that can match the service and prices they offer. this company offers their service and products to any and everyone out there. no matter what you're looking for, give grainger the opportunity to do it first. you will get the best products for a fair price and getting your items quickly in your hands no questions ask.I wish i knew about them before this job. I wouldve beennusing for years if I had only known.

I came in for some quick connects for my hoses and the Marine who helped me was extremely patient and knowledgeable!! He went to the back several times and searched until he found what I needed!! Amazing service!!!!!Semper Fi!!

So disappointed in the company . Packaging peanuts went from $39 to $79 in a month . The employees at this location are absolutely amazing this has to do with the company . I ve been buying these weekly and all of a sudden they double in price . I understand things go up but not double

Prices are insane. Service is ok, and they can usually get stuff next day, but the prices are astronomical, and they absolutely never call yo to let you know when your order shows up. Definitely a last ditch option if you need to be able to touch an item before paying for it, or if you need an in stock item same day.

I took a long list of tools I needed to purchase to the local store here in Huntsville, AL. The took the list and told me it would be a couple of days. Here it is two weeks latter and I have heard nothing. To top that, when I look to find their business phone number it is the corporate phone number and they cannot give you the store number. I will not attempt to do business with them again. If there was a zero star I would have selected it. What poor customer service.

Store personnel is extremely helpful and friendly. Sometimes the parts I order aren t immediately available but they can usually get it in next day. Prices are somewhat competitive but I understand I m shopping at an industrial supply house.

I need an electric motor, I called the store and got a call center, the lady knew nothing about parts, read her multiple parts numbers off the motor and the fan it was attached to. She finally said we are just going to have to call tech support.......really? I just need to know if the motor is in the store before I drive all the way over there.
