I have to commend the crew here -- not only are these guys some of the nicest folks, but they are serious problem solvers. I brought in a pretty unique vehicle with several issues that required someone to really nail down a solution. They did the research, found compatible components from other makes/models, learned all about this non-standard car, and took extreme care getting it all reassembled. They updated me all along the way, and gave realistic timeframes for each step.I know they stay absolutely swamped since they're downtown, but they obviously know how to juggle a busy schedule. I've come here for routine maintenance plenty of times, and even though the parking lot is always full, I'm always in and out in no time.Good luck finding a crew this knowledgable and helpful -- especially in the downtown area.

Went in for an oil change they found problems caused by the last place that did my oil change and instead of trying to profit off of it (~500+,) sent me back to the previous place w/ detailed notes such as to save me as much money as possible by getting the damages covered by good faith. Very much appreciated

Came by today in my black tundra today and walked away to go eat and came back to chat about tires and they attempted to tow my truck without my authorization. I guess I ll have to not use this place to purchase new all terrain tires for my truck. It s pretty sad that this place would tow a possible customers vehicle.The sad part is I have 3 vehicles that I have to rotate around to get tires for.

The guys at this location are amazing! I got a flat downtown and walked into their shop 5 minutes before closing, but they still did everything they could to help. They were kind enough to put the donut on for me in case I wanted to find a shop closer to home, but I'm glad I left my car with them. I ended up leaving it overnight, and they fixed it first thing in the morning. They're really friendly and easygoing, and I've never had any complaints about the quality of the service.

Do not use this service center. We had this service center replace all four discs and pads on my truck. The brakes continued to squeak and took the vehicle back several times. We informed the staff the noise was coming from the front brakes. The last visit they gave me an excuse that the back passenger side was the problem and the technician repacked with grease and that should fix the problem. The manager /lead tech called to explain the problem and assured me they covered it under warranty. Then they tried to sell me 2 other services one of which was to purchase a new tire because of a hole in the side of the rear tire. I took the truck to another repair shop and they could not find a hole in any of the tires. The breaks are still squeaking and now the front driver side disk is grooved pretty bad. Original service was less than 2 months ago and last had the truck for them to check 2 weeks ago.

I had just lowered the aftermarket suspension on my car, so I needed an alignment. I went to one place that I will not mention as they were very polite and helpful, but when I got there, the ramps were too steep. After a meeting, I started calling shops and these folks were the first to not bat an eyelash at the car being low. I asked how soon they could get to it, and being already caught up on their work for the day, I pulled in one hour later and was on my way with a perfect alignment an hour after that.I will be having these guys handle my alignments from here on out. I was so impressed with their service and punctuality that I HAD TO write this review.

I had a blow out on a Sunday night, called Monday morning I called, hoping they would have my hard-to-find tire size. The service Manager, Bailey, said they didn t have any in store but he did say they could have some brought over to another store. This was great news as the tire size is usually something shops have to order.Turns out the other store delivered the wrong tire size, the service manager took it upon himself to drive over to that location and pick the tires up for my car. Great guy!I was all set to go by 2pm and the folks there did a great job and got me back on the road. I highly recommend them, and want to give kudos to the service manager, Bailey, for saving the day for me and getting those tires himself.

Went to get an oil change and my SRS indicator light looked at. They said they could do both when I dropped off my car. They changed the oil just fine, but when checking out they said everything was in order. I had to ask about my dash light. When I asked if they fixed my SRS indicator they informed me all they did was reset the dash light. I then needed to prompt them further to get more information. When I asked if they actually solved the issue they admitted no they didnt. I then asked if they ran the error code and they told me no. They seemed reluctant to do so then. Then when they did so, they informed me my vehicle was under a recall. However after having my dealership look up my VIN, I am not. Very poor service. Even if they cant touch airbag systems, they didnt tell me that until after they claimed to have solved my issue, and clamed it was fixed (and when dropping off my car, informed me they were capable), I had to take initiative to get them to discuss that, additionally, they didnt even take the steps to run my error code. The team talked over me, talked down to me, even after telling them I'm an engineer and knew exactly what they were discussing. Would not recommend to fellow women.

Went in for a flat repair, they didn't fix my tire. Instead they put my spare on. However they still charged me $15 for a free service. Nice to know that one more business wants to rip you off.

Bailey Morrison at Clinton Ave., Goodyear store was excellent to work with. He was knowledgeable and took the time to help me understand the tire pressure sensor learning and resetting.He and the technician showed unusual and refreshing honesty concerning no need to replace the existing tire sensors. They earned my future business and my future recommendation to friends. Stephen

really upset to have to post this but just warning other (especially females) peoplefirst, they are super quick and will work you in, which is nice.BUT....Went in for tire replacement and went ahead and got new tires.had hit a curb and wanted to know if wheel was bent... with update during the day they told me i had done $1600 worth of damage to my car.... quoted me for struts and control arms.i went and got a second opinion with TRUSTWORTHY company, informed me the ONLY THING WRONG WAS A BENT WHEEL!!! THE ONE THING I ASKED ABOUT!seemed to me as if they saw a young girl alone and saw $$$$$$$$.

I work down the street from this service center, so I'll go ahead and say that wait times for me aren't an issue since I can leave it in the morning and pick it up in the afternoon. That said, this is one of the best service center I have used. The guys are very knowledgeable and friendly.I typically call at least 24 hours in advance to set up an appointment. I've had oil changes, tire rotations, new tires, etc at this location for both my vehicles (Toyota sedans). Good prices + coupons = great prices.

Extremely satisfied with buying tires here. Great service and unbelievably the LOWEST price in town. Beat the other big box places by hundreds of dollars. Highly recommended.

I do not recommend this place. Having tire trouble in the form of a slow leak, I called to ask if they could do a repair. I informed them that I have Dick Cepek over sized tires on my truck. The rep told me as long as they are not over 35" I could get a repair. I told him mine were only 32" and I agreed to drive all the way downtown to get the repair. When I got there, the rep at the desk looked confused as I told him about the call. He went to the back and another guy came out to tell me that they would not do my repair. They were worried about scratching my rims. I wish they would have just told me that instead of wasting my time and then having to put up with the middle school charade the two reps pulled when I am standing there with a leaking tire. Thank God for Firestone. Do not waste your time with the juveniles that work here. Take your vehicle to the professionals and save some money too.

These guys were great. Taking time to discuss the best tires for my F150 and the way that I use it. They were courteous and my vehicle was picked up with a full inspection, new tires and clean interior.

Eric Marbrey was amazing. I don't live in Huntsville but realized my car was making a funny noise as I was dropping off a friend on my way to Murfreesboro. She recommended this place and I got there about 4:30 in the afternoon. They immediately diagnosed the problem and were so helpful. I had to leave it overnight but they stayed in touch with me and got the problem fixed quickly the next day.They were honest and helpful and I appreciated their kindness. I was a little rattled but Eric was calm and helped me work out a plan. Great experience!

These folks have taken great care of my vehicle over the past 6 or 7 years. Eric is great, he's always been professional, courteous, and friendly while being honest and direct about necessary repairs.

Had a flat. Great service. Company policy would not allow them to repair since tire was plugged once in another spot already. Dumb policy I think. Another tire shop repaired it perfectly. Not the employee's fault. They just followed owner's policy to force me to buy 2 tires. Very clean waiting area, showroom and shop. I would do business with them.

Love these guys, Always pleased with my service and communication. I work next door so I always just drop off and pick up later in the day. If you want "FAST" oil changes, go to a 10 minute oil change place! If you want "THOROUGH" service, this is the place to go!

These guys are nice. Its easy to drop my car off. They've been honest. I recently got new tires and saved over 200 including a rebate, awesome!

I went in to have a new tire installed on my accord. While I was there I already knew at least one of my tires was off balanced before ever arriving. So I went ahead and paid for all my tires to be balanced to go ahead and fix the problem while I was there. Instead they took all my weights off of my driver side, did not touch the weights on my back passenger, and decided to put 2 rows of weights on my front passenger. This is also coupled with the fact that the guy at the desk didnt bother to mention my "bent rim" that wasn't there before. Instead I had to look at my receipt to see their excuse for the vibration. Makes no sense how I go from a slight vibration at 65 mph, to my car acting like constant turbulence on an air plane.

Got an appt for an oil change and tire rotation. Told them I would wait. Went for a walk. Came back 45 minutes later. Car still sat in the same spot. Then they did a quick 10 min oil change. Didn't rotate my tires. Even so I asked them three times to do so (at appt call, when I arrived, reminding them when I saw the car still sitting there). They said it was a miscommunication.... Not the first time. Guess you have to watch and not trust. Beyond dissapointed

I refuse to conduct further business at this location. Good thing I got multiple opinions on my tire maintenance this time. Fooled me once, but not again. They're looking to take your money.

Great Shop and location! Quality Mechanic and oil changers. Sales staff is knowledgeable. Met the service manager also he was very pleasant Quick turn around time and great pricing. Will definitely do business again.

It was a Saturday afternoon, I had picked a piece of metal in one of my tires. I knew I could go to Goodyear. They put a patch in the tire and I was on my way.

Went in for a simple tire repair and oil change. I was the first person in the door with a 7:30am appointment. Something that should've taken no more than 30 min, took 2 hours. On the oil change, they didn't have an oil filter in stock. Then, I neglected to check behind them afterwards (even though you shouldn't have to), and I realized later that day that they didn't put my radiator coolant reservoir cap back on. I called about it, and they denied even checking my coolant, but I knew they had, because it was filled over the max level. They said they'd order me a new one, but I never heard back from them, and I ended up having to order one myself.At first, they seemed like they'd be pretty thorough, making sure to put the right oil in the vehicle, even calling Nissan to verify the oil type, but they dropped the ball in so many other areas, I'd probably not recommend using them, at least, not for anything other than tire repair.

Eric has always and will always be the best mechanic I've ever met. Been going to this location since 2012 and the integrity and amazing customer service I get each time makes the trust that much easier. Go see Eric for all your car needs

Great customer service. I have been using this location for 5 years and have no complaints. Tires, oil changes, brakes, and never an issue.
