We are grateful for the great work done by the Gerber team at 2004 Washington Street in restoring the damaged paint and body accessories on our BMW X5. They were friendly and professional, and we appreciated how they kept us informed throughout the process.The shop's membership in the Nationwide Insurance "On Your Side Auto Repair Network" made a noticeable difference. Getting an estimate and starting the work was more straightforward, and I'm sure it helped the team get our vehicle back on the road more quickly. The car looks terrific, and we will not hesitate to recommend Gerber Collision and Glass at 2004 Washington in Huntsville to anyone in need.

I have only good things to say about the team at Gerber Collison & Glass in Huntsville. The front office (Brandy) was an absolute pleasure to talk with to schedule my appointment. The encoulnter set the tone for a great experience from the very beginning. Her passion to help and positive attitude were a breath of fresh air in a time of turmoil.Additionally, the in-house Adjuster was knowledgeable and quickly provided an estimate within a reasonable timeframe. They collaborated with my insurance company and made it a seamless experience.I was also pleasantly surprised when my vehicle only took 3 days to repair. The shop's quality and craftsmanship is unmatched in the area! The team is a well-oiled machine and their customer care shines through. I would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone wanting the best for their vehicle and an amazing customer service experience to go along with it!

I was really please with Larry and his team. Everything was explained and communicated with me as the work was being completed. They even finished before the date they gave me. Definitely earned my business and referrals if anyone asks!

I ve never heard of this collision center before but was recommended through the insurance company and I m glad they did. Their service & communication is like no other. Seriously A1 service.

Couldn't get us in for an Estimate for over a month. They are supposed to be a Preferred State Farm for State Farm clients. I was told that doesn't get you anything. Basically, it means State Farm has an agreement with this place to provide the work on your vehicle at a lower cost for State Farm. They don't guarantee OEM parts.

Called so many other places around town and everyone was booked up. Gerber was booked up as well, but since my car wasn't that badly damaged they were able to squeeze me in. They stayed open past 5 so I could drop my car off after work, they sent out texts giving me updates on the repairs and were able to finish 2 days early. Highly recommend Gerber to anyone that needs to get their car repaired.Service: Body & Trim

We used this shop for repairs to damage that was actually caused by Goodyear tire center. We were told a new bed was necessary and getting the parts in would take time. So we delayed the start of the work while "parts were ordered." After a month, I called to see if they were in and was told yes, so we dropped off the truck. As the weeks went by, the Text updates only informed me that the completion date was moved out. When I call, I got "we had to order parts." The text messages were very frustrating and I had opt out of receiving them because Gerber said they were not reliable information. After much frustration and delays, I finally picked up the truck to find no new parts, no new bed, just hammered out, patched and painted for which they charged Goodyear over $4000. I have used Quality Body Shop several times in the past 10 years and they have always been very professional, helpful, friendly, and honest. All repairs have been performed within the price and schedule estimates and the quality of the repairs has been excellent. I can honestly recommend them without any reservations.

I would so recommend this place to anyone looking for quality work! My Durango was rear ended they fixed her up back to brand new and in a timely manner..No flaws no where to be seen! I'm so happy I chose them! They even cleaned the suv after it's little things like that which mean they have a eye for detail that you need when it comes to body work...staff was so sweet to ! I would give more then a 5 star if I could I'm super pleased

Under insurance had a fender and bumper cover replaced on our Lexus, feathered the door paint, and they did a courtesy polishing of the yellowed headlamp lenses. Got us in quickly, and took only 3 days to finish the job. I won't hesitate to use them again.

Had a tree to fall on my SUV. They are very professional and the repairs were made in a timely manner. They were extremely helpful and the quality in their work was awesome. I am thankful for their service.

I m very particular about where I take my car for body work and Quality is the only place I go to. They never disappoint!! Excellent service, reasonable prices, and my car always looks good as new when it s done. Can t recommend them enough!

My car was rear ended and Quality Body Shop repaired my car. They did an excellent job. Dwight was so helpful. Would not take my car anywhere else if it needs bodywork. A+++++

Didn't notice it till I took it in for an oil change that serveral parts was not lined up properly and that some wouldn't be able to be done unless I took it to another body shop or back to Huntsville to get it corrected. I'm not sure where all these 5 star reviews came from but they care more about the insurance company than you. Told Allstate it was safe to drive our shaking vehicle. We have a 1 year old and they were willing to put us at risk to save Allstate money before they even looked underneath. They even said something was wrong if it was shaking! They may have had morals in the past but now they are all about the money from insurance companies. Shame to see a good body shop go to waste!
