I would not recommend this location, no customer service or respect for customers time. They do not deserve any stars for today's actions. Stopped by this location Saturday to schedule an oil change for Monday. I dropped off my vehicle at 0700 sharp and asked if it would be complete by 1300. I returned at 1300 to get vehicle and they had not even started, nor did they apologize or try to make up for their lack of customer service. They seemed completely indifferent about not completing the job. I believe that these businesses do not consider the planning that takes place to coordinate vehicle maintenance. I understand things happen but 6 hours to complete an oil change seems reasonable. If there was going to be a problem with completing by 1300, they should have told me at 0700. I took my vehicle and got service completed at Goodyear.

Brought my car in with a nail in a tire, expecting a puncture and needing a patch. They inspected it and found it was only firmly embedded in the tread, no puncture. They removed the nail and even pressure-checked the tire, all without charging me a dime. Thanks!Keep in mind that this location is within the Redstone Arsenal, so you'll need to have badge-access to the Arsenal to use their services.

Got a great deal on a new set of tires w/ alignment, as well as a brake & rotor change. Service was excellent and fast. I highly recommend them!

Eric was amazing help with my car. Had my whole front strut assembly replaced by his team and gave awesome customer service!! Best Firestone around!
