Great place awesome customer service. They really help me out. They also inform me i'd be needing new tires soon. Most likely, I'll come back here for that. My car drives just like it's new now After my alignment got fixed.

If I could give this place a zero star review I would. Absolutely TERRIBLE. I scheduled an appointment for 11 am and was told that I should hear something about one o'clock, never heard anything so at almost 4pm I went up there and I was told that my shock was bad and needed to be replaced and was then talked to by three different people and told completely different prices each time. Then when I told them what I wanted to have done they refused to do it. Took my car to a different shop and they said that nothing was wrong with my shocks and DID NOT need to be replaced. And there was something wrong with the brakes ,which is what I originally told them. So I'm warning you if you want your car to actually be fixed and not spend almost 1000 dollars on something that doesn't need to be replaced DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!! They just want your money and will keep charging you for random things until they eventually find the main problem. I WOULDN'T TRUST THIS PLACE TO WORK ON A TOY CAR!!

I was assisted by Brian he was super patient and polite. I ve had a recurring issues in a short amount of time. They got me in and out quickly and always answered my questions. The staff is amazing and friendly.

Very disappointed. The cost continued to go up. It cost double the original estimate and included unauthorized charges in the end. One of the sales people promised a discount and when i went to pay, the manager said no. They never told me about a diagnostic fee of 116.00, but charged me. This place is a rip off. Do not go there.

I was promised a car rental reimbursement with no hassle. That was over 18 days ago. I have not gotten a reimbursement. Firestone has an issue with Enterprise, not me! This is truly unfair.

After sitting there for two hours, waiting for tires the ending result was the tires weren t there yet granted it was snow on the ground but two hours and still no tires unacceptable for every viewpoint. A very nice gentleman called me this morning to get me in but I ll pass strictly on my first experience.

Set a appointment online. Showed up a little early and they were able to get to me before my schedule time despite being understaffed that day. Everyone was cool from the guy at the front counter to the tech that helped with my issue. Got me in and out a lot quicker than I expected.

Very knowledgeable, friendly, and informative team! I appreciate that they do not overbook and leave you waiting indefinitely. The manager (Brian) at this particular location is why I am sold on Firestone tires and service! They have now taken care of my Acura (when I had it in the mid 2000's), both my Lexus LS 460's (when I had them from '09-'15) my King Ranch '15 Super Duty and now '17 Super Duty (I had them remove the new Michelin A/T tires for Firestone Destination A/T's! I will definitely continue to do business here!

Great experience. I m from out of state and hit a chunk of wood coming over to Alabama. Called this location and explained my concerns that the undercarriage was damaged. They said bring it on over. Within 5 minutes or so Tommy came over and just discussed my concerns with me and asked if he could take it on a test drive. After that he got it on the lift and shortly after assured me everything was alright and allowed me to check the underside of the car with him. Quite professional and friendly at this location.

front desk attendant lacked any urgency or care. acting almost as if I was interrupting his lunch.. the worst part of this visit it the alignment I had done. my car came back with over 60 codes. ABS, speed sensor, on and on. there was NOTHING wrong the vehicle prior to touching the pavement in firestone. nothing at all. the manger or desk attendant had no care in the world whatsoever. the tech tried to show me that there was no damage done to the wires/connectors for the ABS. I was not convinced non the less. If I bring my vehicle to you with no problems or engine lights warning lights etc then I should receive the vehicle back the same way. ILL NEVER give you any business again. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST !!!

I have dealt with this location 2x and both times they were rude and lacking in their customer support. I have bought a set of tires that I didn t need due to their alignment machine being incorrectly calibrated. I left with the same issue that I went in to correct. After taking my truck to a GMC dealer and getting the repairs, I needed brakes so I figured that s simple enough and decided to try them again. I was never called about the progress on my vehicle, I called several times for updates and my $200 brake job turned into a full brake&rotors over $600 when now my car rides smoothly and was the issue the entire time but because I m a woman I can t possibly know that there is something wrong with a truck I ve had for over 3 yrs. Camron was as helpful as he could be, but the manager was crude, cold and lacked any empathy. I bought tires needlessly and I was never contacted when the work was complete when I let them know ahead of time that I was traveling back and forth to TN. i will NEVER go to this service center again. I have dealt with Firestone for years and have never been treated so callously.

First of all, Al that works at this location deserves a raise. He is fantastic and as kind as can be. They got me in with no notice at all for a full set of new tires, and got me out the door with no extra charges or anything crazy. 10/10 recommended.Service: TiresService: Tires

I had the best experience on this store.I actually found a bolt stuck in my tire on Christmas Eve afternoon...I really wanted to get it fixed that day, but I was having a really hard time finding a store that would take care of it.I called the 13th store I called and they said, "Okay, bring it in right away," and they fixed it.It was a little after their closing time when the repair was done, but they did a great job right up to the end.

Poor service had appointment scheduled. Still took over 4 hrs . Didn't tell me they only had 3 tires until 3 hours into had to wait for 4th to ne delivered.. I was very up front with not caring which tire I got as long as I got 4 !! Poor management

I had a tire that got a sidewall puncture while traveling to Huntsville from out of state for 4th of July weekend. I googled the nearest tire shop and this Firestone came up. I called and gave them my situation and they had 1 tire in my size. In the back of my mind I was thinking I would have to get in line and sit in the waiting room for my turn to get service so I told my friends that I would probably be really late arriving for the festivities. NOPE. Not the case at all. The service manager Cameron Merchant was undoubtedly the most friendly, professional, and accommodating person that I have encountered in many years. He took control of the situation and had me back on the road with a brand new tire in no time. He saw that I was in a bad spot and treated me the exact same way he would want to be treated in the same circumstance. I honestly can t speak more highly of his attitude and performance. He has upper level management written all over him. I would also like to note that the other technicians in the shop at that time offered me and my wife cold bottles of water because it s was nearing 100 degrees that day. If I could give more stars I would. I highly recommend you bring your business to this location and if leadership is paying attention to this review, Cameron deserves praise and a raise.Service: Tires

Garbage. Don't even waste your time here because they will absolutely waste yours. Scheduled an appointment online. Drove 30 minutes for said appointment only to have them call me 10 minutes prior to say they don't have that appointment time available and I wanted to get the oil changed I would have to leave my vehicle there the rest of the day and then "MAYBE", they could get to it. Garbage business, garbage time management, garbage personnel management, garbage website management. Garbage business altogether. Stay away.Service: Oil change

Front desk guy shouldn't be at the front. Has no customer service skills. One of the older guys, wears glasses is very professional and a pleasure.. BUT waiting 4 hours for tires WITH A APPOINTMENT is ridiculous. THEN as im checking out the Hispanic guy in back was pulling another customer car back and banged his van door against the wall. The customer told him what he just saw him do and the worker started yelling at the top of his lungs and cursing the guy out. But the customer wasnt no punk so he started yelling back. Never again.. I will stick with the airport rd location moving forward. Ohhh and the icing on the cake... I get home and my tire key is NOT back in the dash where they got it from and now no one is answering the phones

This place does not know how to repair anything, they will recommend and only do a full replacement of the entire system in my case the AC. There was too much pressure in the lines but instead of bleeding them, they recommended and would only change everything for 3K, MAJOR RIPOFF! GO TO A LOCAL MECHANIC!!

Oil pan gasket was to be replaced on my car instead the technician cleaned up the valve cover gasket which was replaced the previous August.So of course the oil leak continued.Never EVER EVER let Gene touch your vehicle.He will F it up and has the reputation of doing just that.Cameron (Cam) is a "smooth talker" double check before you agree to any service with this location.

I took my car to Firestone at 10 minutes after seven this morning, and it wasn t until 3 PM that I finally got an update on my car after I had called at 2 for an update. Firestone gave a ridiculous quote of $1700. I took my car in to get brakes all the way around and possibly rotors. They re charging me $926 before taxes for a standard brake job! When I asked to see the manager I was told that the guy helping me was the manager. When I press for the actual manager I was told the manager was out sick. Needless to say I ll be taking my business elsewhere who pays $1100 for a brake job?! Two Uber s later. Still bad brakes and need to see a reputable repair shop so I m not ripped off for being female.

It somewhat saddens me to leave a three-star review here as I've been a pretty loyal customer at this location for the past eight years. There hasn't been a single event that's caused me to move away from using them, but rather a growing list of frustrations and challenges that finally became too much. The online appointment scheduling is worthless. Sometimes it doesn't even go through and, even when you successfully schedule work, I haven't seen any evidence that it actually corresponds to when they intend to work on your vehicle. I've had two issues misdiagnosed in the last 18 months. I know that happens from time to time, but it's still annoying.Lastly, today I went in to verify my online appointment request was received (it wasn't) and received some very short and impersonal responses from one of the gentlemen working the desk. That was the end for me. Firestone had always at least been polite and courteous. The lack of any real care or customer service today pushed me over the edge. I'm definitely not done with Firestone as a chain, but this location will no longer be on my list.

The staff here was awesome! They helped me identify an urgent oil leakage problem even when they were super busy! How kind and understanding of them! I would definitely come over again.
