Everytime I need a service taken care of the guys are always there to help Chris (from Pittsburgh) and Sam are great!!! Sam set me up an appointment and informed me that I needed an additional service, he explained to me what it was and the price and asked if I wanted to proceed with the additional needed maintenance. Which I did agree to have the added maintenance. I originally came in to get 2 tires put on. I have never had a bad experience when I come get my car serviced.

Had two horrible experiences with this location. I do not recommend this location, Huntsville has multiple offices, use another one.Last year, (May 8th, 2022) I had a full replacement for my brakes and rotors, front and back. I complained about the noise they made after, techs said "they are new, normal sound."9/06/22Full shock and strut replacement front and rear, complained the brakes are still making the same noise, techs checked them "normal brakes, look fine."03/02/23All four tires replaced. Once again complained about the sound, asked the tech to check them, once again was told they are fine.05/08/23Needed a tire plugged, My husband dropped my car at this location for the "simple fix" asked to once again check the brakes, and was told "No problems detected"Today after going to another location, I was informed it was metal on metal with one brake pad and the other was nearly completely gone. The rotors had the be replaced since it had dug so badly into it as well.A few months before this, this location caused $1,300 in damages to another one of our vehicles within the family from an oil change. Do not give this location your business.

Sat for over 2 1/2 hours past appt time only to be told they didn't have my tires even though the order/appt was made the week before. Then called next day to say tires were in, and offered 10% discount on price of tires. 10% wouldn't cover the amount of money I lost taking off work to sit for nothing! This is the second time Firestone has done this to me.

I love going to the fire stone on Air Port Rd in Huntsville AL. We really want to thank everyone there for doing their job. I know people don't always get .The appreciation they deserve, and they all did their job. Very well, thank you again for everything you'll do for us and everyone else.

They are wonderful at this store. They are honest and upfront what is going on with your car, tell you what is needed to most and give you great advice. I have come to the for 4 years and they have been great.

We had a 12 o clock appointment and dropped off the vehicle on time. The service took longer than normal. It was just routine maintenance. I ended up having to call for an update and they couldn t provide one. They finally called at 5pm with update and recommendations. We declined recommendations and proceeded with what was scheduled. We never received a call telling us our car was complete and ready for pickup. We went to eat behind the store thinking they would call soon. They never did. They closed at 7pm, locked up, left, and never gave any notifications.Had our keys and all. Will never go to this location again. 7 hours for oil change and tire rotation.

This location is amazing.. price is way better than fair.. Sam is very personable and full of knowledge and doesn t try to push extra things on you.. I will be coming back here again and again.

This store has been a blessing! I ve had to stop in, without an appt., a few times over the last couple of years. Every single time they ve been able to quickly take care of the problem for a fair price. More than once they ve helped me and not charged anything! Their hours are convenient, but their best asset is their staff. I wish I knew more of the staff s names, but most recently Jeff and Tabitha helped me when I had a bad tire. They replaced the tire with my Firestone road hazard warranty for a great price and had me on my way in less than 45 minutes. This is a highly trustworthy auto service center!

How do you not have time to simply change a tire? I get being booked, but you don't just let a sale walk out the door like that. Sell the 2 new tires and have them put on real quick and then go back to working on your scheduled service. Business practice 101.

Personnel that listens to what you want done, provides good recommendations based on your cars mileage. Personnel are nice and knowable. Provides excellent service.

Don't go to just any mechanic go to a Firestone. They have master mechanics that take yearly courses to keep up to date and in check on everything there is to know about your vehicle. For only 10 bucks they will diagnose to a t anything your car could need and they service the vehicles for less than any other big brand shop would.

Always been a fan of Firestone. Been running their Firehawk Indy 500s for years.Sam went out of his way to help me today and I appreciate him greatly.I shall continue to come here for all my wheel and tire needs.

Decent automotive repair. The staff usually very friendly. They are a bit pricey compared to other locations but I trust their work. And they now offer contact drop off. See photo below. Lol

I came in with an unusual request. My tubeless tractor tire needed a valve stem and reseating on the rim. Samuel, the Store Manager, went above and beyond to help me and get the tire fixed. I've used these guys for years because I've always been pleased with their service, but this was exceptional service today and worthy of a 5-star review.Service: Tires

Took my truck in for a possible oil leak. They had my truck for over a week, and I had to call twice for any updates. I was told it had multiple leaks, and the whole motor needed torn down to replace almost all the gaskets and some parts needed replaced. But, they didn't have the time to fix it so "come pick it up." I asked if my motor was in that bad of a shape, would it be safe to drive? I was told they would top off my oil. I also asked who I should take it to, and the answer was, "I don't know what to tell you." When I did pick it up, then the gentleman at the counter tried to give a recommendation. Too late then! I've used them for other expensive repairs but will not be back.

Today I went to have my truck checked and 20 minutes later they called me telling me a bunch of things that occupied my truck the joke that it was a very high amount and I told him no that I was going to wait and the young man did not like my answer And he said yes, how much was it good for me to pay? and I told him but that the price you gave me was not??? In summary, I am very disappointed in this Firestone. The staff is terrible. I'm sorry. I was a client of theirs and today was the last time I go there.

Had a great experience at this Firestone!!! I will only go to this location. Sam and Chris were professional at the front and they got my car in even though they were packed! Highly recommend this location to anyone who needs a reliable mechanic in the Huntsville area!

I have used the Firestone on Airport Rd for years through several cars. I have always found them to be a good, honest automotive repair shop. Their customer service is top notch. When you are waiting on your vehicle, they keep you constantly updated on the status of the repairs. This location is convenient to other types of businesses so you can easily go somewhere else while waiting for your vehicle repairs. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Auto engine diagnostic, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Air conditioning, Brake service & repair, Battery, Oil change

They are great! I dropped off my car at 7am and got the call it was ready by 11am without an appointment. That's for 2 new tires. Another tire place said they couldn't get me in for another 5 days and I had a nail in both back tires. Walmart doesn't carry my size tires. Firestone has always done great work and always very friendly!

I have been having a really hard time lately and Al made this visit at Firestone stemless, painless, and stress free. He was so professional and courteous and got my car done the same day even though I forgot to add a service and ended up needing two new tires. I took my car in to have the tires rotated, which seems to have been done correctly. However, there are now grease stains all along the driver-side ceiling of my car. Very messy and disappointing to have my car handled with such little care.Service: TiresService: Tires

This Firestone location has taken care of my vehicles for the last 10+ years. The lifetime alignment plan is a great deal, and I purchase it for every vehicle we buy. Several times, the Firestone staff has given me discounts that I didn't even know existed (I didn't need a coupon or anything like that). Honest folks, with fast and reliable service. I can't ask for more than that.
