The process for scheduling appointment online was very smooth. I then dropped the car off early and was greeted by the service manager Eric with a smile and a great amount of kindness. Eric then called me back shortly thereafter to inform me the vehicle had been serviced ahead of schedule.

These folks have always been good to me. I ve been going there for years. With the labor shortage they seem shorthanded, but they work hard to help everyone that comes by. They make an effort to get your vehicle serviced on time. Sometimes they run behind. I try to do most of my vehicle maintenance myself, but it s nice knowing they will take care of what I can t get to. Of course it costs more than DIY, but it s done right.

First time customer. I can't compliment this shop enough. 100% honest, the whole experience. Considerate of my time and budget. Showed me what each problem was, gave me options with solid quotes. I had the best experience at this location, the customer service here is second to none. Tammy and her team goes above and beyond to ensure customers have the best experience. Beginning with the initial appointment setup phone call, Tammy was fantastic, she was extremely nice. Once I arrived to have my car serviced, she greeted me by name as I walked in the door. I was having a really difficult week to say the least and she clearly could sense it and she gave me a hug and told me to have a nice day. It almost brought me to tears because I am not used to people being that nice to just a random customer. This location gives me a family oriented vibe and I'd easily drive out of my way to go to this location. Additionally, service was so fast that I barely even had a chance to sit and stretch my legs. I wish I could give more than 5 stars because 5 just isn't enough.Service: Wheel alignment

Had Firestone replace my alternator back in October for $1100. I brought it back because something wasn t right with it (there was a vibrating sound). They checked out it and told me it was fine. If you see my picture, they had to see the bolt was out or just completely glossed over and proceeded by recommend an alignment.

Tammy is a great manager here. She really helps you with what you need, is very friendly. Her team is very trustworthy. I'm a mechanic myself, so for me to say this means a lot. Be patient with her team, she has a ton of business coming her way and is short staffed. But this doesn't slow her down. She's also not afraid to point you in a good direction if you can't wait. That in its self means so much now and days. You got my business.

Always in and out . I m always greeted by name and taken care of .I always get exceptional service. All of the managers are the best , the serviceman work quickly and efficiently. The fit me in to the schedule. Eric & Scott took great care of us .

It's not a completely bad place. I did have an incident that is going to stick with me. But the manager (forgot his name) ended up making it right after a bit of conversation. I'll give them some time and try again.

It's always amazing. Tammy, the manager, is the best. She's so professional but treats you like family. She tells you the truth, never strings you along with unnecessary services. I've experienced ,as a woman, people selling me services I don't need. I love that I can trust them.

I took my car in to get the fuel system cleaned out. I was out of town when the car was fixed so I paid for the service over the phone. I was charged $439 for this service. When I went to pick up my car a couple of days later I was told that they never received my payment and that I still needed to pay for the service. I showed my bank balance showing the charge to this Firestone but the person working the counter still refused to acknowledge my payment claiming I needed a receipt. How am I supposed to have a receipt for something I paid for over the phone? I had to pay $170 for the service in order to get my car back. Overall this whole experience seemed EXTREMELY fishy my car got fixed but I still have no idea what the $430 charge was for.Just to update this I changed my review from 1 to 3 stars. I was able to get the money refunded to me from my bank and the firestone also reached out to me for a refund. It turns out there was a mistake on the billing and i ended up being charged for a separate customers' bill.

Great experience with my AC not blowing hot air and tires being correctly inflated. Derek and Vic were very helpful in troubleshooting as well as providing great customer service. Recommend and will return. Thank you.

I needed 4 new tires for my van that were hard to find. The very knowledgeable and professional management found some fantastic tires and installed the very next day! I'm very happy with the product as well as the prompt service I received. I will definitely do business with again, and I highly recommend these folks to anyone.

I came to this Firestone after making an appointment at the Firestone at JE Briscoe Way (HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE). I can't thank this Firestone enough the customer service I experienced was some of the best ever!! They were super friendly and even though they were short staffed they worked as a team and never made me as the customer feel as if it were my fault that they were short handed. They called and communicated with other upcoming appointments regarding a longer wait time than expected they gave them a choice to reschedule appointments a far cry from JE Briscoe Way. This will be my go to Firestone in the future if this is how the customer service is. I hate to bring my car in for anything because you are always afraid of the bill but I was happy to spend the money today.Services: Tires, Oil change

Derek greeted me as soon as I entered the store and addressed my issue. I have visited this location many times and have always been very satisfied with my experience. Always pleasant and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

I dropped my car off at 7 am today for a rotate and balance and was told I had 1 car in front of me. I was assured it would be ready by 12 pm. I called at 10:30 am and was made aware my car was next in line and they were about to finish up with the one before mine. I just called again at 2:30 pm and I am still next in line. I am aware of the shortage of workers but 7 hours of being next in line is not acceptable. I am very unhappy and now must pay for a way to go get my car since it was not ready at either time that was given. This is horrible customer service.Service: Tires

It was kind of a rough day I woke up found out that my tire had a hole in it with a nail. Called up the towing company had him drop it off at Firestone. They got it fixed right and early the next day before lunch. They do a really good job of helping out the customer. A great place to get something taken care of. And you can always depend on them.

Appointments don t mean anything here apparently. Would not recommend this location. I had a scheduled appointment and since my husband and I share one vehicle, we had to make arrangements to bring the car in for what should have been a quick visit. Instead, I had to leave my vehicle here all day and it wasn t even seen. Very frustrating and will not be coming here again. I would have been better off if they turned me away when I first showed up rather than take my keys saying the appointment would be taken care of. Understaffed or not, they overpromised and very much under delivered.

We had a wonderful & quite knowledgeable man take care of us for our tire appointment.He was very courteous & thorough.The only issue we had was another employee had taken & used one of the tires that had been reserved for us!We weren't informed of this issue. Our wait time increased, as we were forced to wait for another tire to be delivered from another Firestone location.We were treated kindly, but kept in the dark about the tire having been used for another customer.We were pleased with our tires & the person who assisted us was very courteous & apologetic to us.We will continue to be customers here.

I ve recently had a very bad experience with Firestone, after going there for probably around 5 years for all of my oil changes (for about 3 years i had two cars and i took both there) and most of my service (even though most people tell me not to go there). The staff is usually very friendly and sweet. However, I always make an appointment, and my car rarely gets pulled in within 30-40 min of my arrival (for an oil change) This wasn t a HUGE deal to me simply because I like the staff, although it s very inconvenient because I go on my breaks from work.The last time I went, I had over $700 worth of Service done to my car, and when I left i noticed my oil looked as though it was leaking. When I took it back and told them this, I waited for my car for an hour. They test drove it and rinsed the engine and told me the oil wasn t leaking- it was just extra that dropped from the engine. That evening my friend looked under my car and saw that oil was visibly dripping from my engine and it was COMPLETELY empty. Which means nobody actually checked to see why the oil was leaking and the staff admitted that to me. Had my friend not looked, I would ve continued driving my car and completely ruined it. Firestone paid to have my car towed and had it for another full day and a half before they figured out that my oil filter was warped and replaced it. They gave me a free tire for my troubles and like I said, I like the staff (which is the only reason I gave two stars instead of one) but I would not recommend going there.

I can honestly say that my appointment with them has been the most enjoyable service I have received from any business I've ever been. From the moment when I called in to schedule the appointment through the time my car was being serviced in their location, I had an incredible time. The staff were super friendly and I definitely felt like I was being taken care of; It was a pleasure speaking with Dan, and Tammy was just a sweetheart. My only regret is not living in the area to be able to go back to such wonderful service, so thank you guys! I really appreciate it!

Tammy Nelson at this Firestone location was extremely helpful and friendly when I came in to buy 4 new tires for Escape. She recommended a few different types to choose from based on my needs and even offered me a discount that came with the set of tires I selected. The service was done properly and in a timely manner. When I arrived the store was busy, but I still was in and out in an 90 minutes! I recommend this location of University Drive and recommend Tammy Nelson highly! Thank you to the whole staff for the prompt service!

Tammy is AMAZING! I went here after I had a flat tire. I had roughly 50 minutes before I needed to leave to pick up my daughter and they appeared to be busy; however, I only wanted a repair to the hole in my tire. The guy who checked me in assured me they could do the repair on that time (let me add, my tire went flat at work and I went as soon as I could get off and I was fully aware that they may not be able to perform any services in that short timeframe). After examining my tire (and I had been there about 20 minutes), I was informed the tire had to be replaced. Everything was fully explained and they never judged me for calling someone I trusted since I previously had a poor experience elsewhere. After I gave the go ahead, Tammy called me over and explained things further and helped me save more money in the long run. I do not think she was fully aware of my time constraints since I absolutely had to be able to get my daughter before the daycare closed; once she found out, she immediately ensured everything was done in the time I needed. She was so sweet!! She had me out of there a few minutes before I needed to be. In all, they replaced two tires with a mount and balance in just under 20 minutes. I don t know a thing about changing tires but I ve heard that s pretty amazing. All in all, I felt extremely taken care of, I didn t feel ripped off, and I didn t feel over sold. They took care of everything I needed and would expect out of a business with great customer service. I highly recommend this Firestone location to everyone!

Great service, always! Tammy is a saint and the rest of the staff is great. Price is not always the lowest but service is always on point. Bought multiple sets of tires from here over the years. For my last visit I had a flat tire with an air leak from the valve stem at 4:30 on a Sunday afternoon. I felt bad about coming in so late in the day but I needed it fixed or I was going to have to put on the spare. They got it done quickly and correctly. Great folks; highly recommend.
