William is amazing! I have had oil changes in the past (at different Express Oil locations) where they barely even glance at my air filter and tell me it is urgent I replace it. William actually checked it and examined it before telling me it wasn't ready yet. Everything was done quickly and efficiently and everyone was friendly and kind!

This Express Oil Change Location provides fantastic service, extremely fast service, clear and early communication, is understanding, goes out of their way to serve the customer, and have the most polite and courteous staff I ve ever met at a public place of business. They were happy to answer all of my questions. They did not pressure me to complete recommended services but instead informed me well and accepted my decision without a grudge/attitude!They re very patient, I had to split my transaction across several cards unexpectedly and right near closing time and they were patient, understanding, and made me feel important as the customer instead of embarrassed. The best Express Oil Change in the Huntsville or Birmingham area. We will be taking our cars to this Express exclusively now.

I pulled into the parking lot and was assisted right away. Declan was very informative and helpful. Being that I know very little about cars, every step was explained thoroughly. I m also appreciative of their Women s Day discounts on Tuesdays. Thanks Declan!

Great service. I have used them several times now for my regular oil changes and was very pleased with the overall experience. During my last visit Cordell gave exemplary service in regards to attention to detail, quality of service, and convenience to get in and out quickly. It is because of these reasons I will be returning for all of my cars maintenance needs to this location.

Mike J. took care of my car service. I went in to get a headlight bulb replaced. He was very quick & replaced the bulb & also another one, in a timely manner. He had a young guy assisting him, and that guy found my light dust cover that had fallen the night before. Both were courteous & asked if I needed anymore help. I was in & out in no time.

Great and fast service! Our Jeep Wrangler battery died without warning this morning. We called and the gentleman said they were busy but we could leave it if we had time. We dropped it off around 1230 and said just go ahead and get a new battery. We were expecting to wait a few hours for a call, but 45 mins or so mins later, he called to tell us about our battery (AGM) and the price and took time to explain the difference. He said he didn't have one in stocks but would have a supplier bring one over. So again we thought closer to 5 pm. Less than an hour later! We had our jeep back, new battery working! So respectful and efficient. We also use them for oil changes all the time, and will continue to do so. Place is emacuately clean and always nice. Highly recommend!

Awesome, very fast service. Dropped my car off this morning with a bad A/C compressor and they were able to replace and recharge it and get it back to me this afternoon. Got my wheels balanced and aligned as well. I went in with a flat tire around 3:30pm.They didn t have the tire I needed, so they went above and beyond to get the right size tire delivered from the other location and mount it quickly! I did not even think I could have the tire on the same day so I was super happy. Life saver.Very professional, too.Thank you very much!!
