Edit: Just got off the phone with the new manager (I forget your name, sorry). He was very courteous and wanted to make things right. I do appreciate the effort to reach out to me and make things right. Hopefully things will improve with him there.My car is still in one piece, but I can t trust the quality of their work anymore. I ve had the last three oil changes done here with no obvious issues. But the second to last time I had my oil done here I heard the person working on my car yell something about a bolt being cross threaded. When I asked what was wrong, the guy up top said nothing was wrong and moved on. Recently working on my car I noticed 4 out of 5 bolts holding my car s underside splash guard on were completely cross threaded. Luckily I had a tap and die set to fix it. Although it s not a catastrophic issue, it still shows their lack of care and I don t appreciate being lied to when someone is working on my car. Also stop using an impact drill on parts that don t need it. It s not saving you enough time for it to be worth the risk of damage.

Ran over something and my tire light came on. I stopped by the Express on Winchester and the so graciously put my spare on for me. Wonderful customer and will definitely get my business in the future. Thanks again to Stanley and Matthew!!

Went in for an oil change today. They got me right in an exemplary amount of time and got a good tire pressure check on my vehicle as well. Would definitely like to come back. They have an amazing team

Came in to get a quick oil change before road trip. Asked them to do a quick once over to make sure I was good to go while getting the oil change. They were very thorough and actually made some suggestions for a few quick fixes that I was not aware of.

Very precise, professional, and experienced. Donavin welcomed me as I drove up and had me taken care of for my short time I was there. I own a unique vehicle, but that didn't deter them from getting my oil changed and back on the road with haste. I will be a continued patron!

Stanley did an excellent job and was very friendly. I highly recommend using Express Oil Change on Winchester Road in Huntsville Alabama. Ladies it s five dollars off oil change on Tuesdays, check them out no appointments needed.

Great customer service! Shout out to Willard, he was super helpful and kind! I was very overdue for an oil change & tire rotation. He got me in with no appointment and made sure I was taken care of! Highly suggest this location!

I want too thank Willard for excellent service. He was knowledgeable and eager to assist. I felt heard about my maintenance concern for my son car. Being a woman and going to auto places is intimidating, but Willard made me feel comfortable.

Anthony D and the whole staff operate excellant as a team. All crew members are straight up and honest. Work is completed about as fast as it can be done, and prices aren't bad at all. These guys can do just about anything you could ask for..never have been disappointed here.

Anthony and Willard took EXCELLENT care of my car. A different location failed to replace the oil cap after being unable to complete the oil change. They cleaned my engine and were as friendly and helpful as could be. THIS is my new location! Highly recommend!!! Thank you, Anthony and Willard!

I love coming here!! Joe, Willard and the rest of the crew always make me feel welcome. As a women I typically hate coming to body shops because they take advantage of you, but here I don't have to worry about that. Donavan performed excellently. Not only did he educate me about my oil, he offered me the option of both the premium oil and cheaper oil. He did his job well, spoke kindly and that is to be appreciated. Recommend him if you ever come to Express oil change and tire engineers

I always have a good experience with Express Oil. James at the Winchester location was kind, quick and helpful. He noticed my hospital badge and went ahead with a discount without me needing to ask. Every employee there I have worked with has been incredibly friendly.

Went here twice in one month. One for my car and one for my bosses vehicle. They are fast and efficient. Three weeks ago when I brought my own vehicle, it seemed very busy, but James got me in and out, so when my change oil light came on in my company vehicle today, knew where to go. Jeremiah took care of it.

They wanted $35.97 to simply plug a tire. Tell me all you want about inflation & labor, I'll tell you about customer loyalty. The public is so shell-shocked with prices, too many businesses THINK they can charge whatever they want. Got news for them, people are waking up to this trend. And it's 3x harder to get a customer back, as it is to keep them.Went to Walmart bought a kit with "5" plugs in it for $8.A plug is a piece of rubber the size of a pencil, some glue & it takes maybe 2 minutes !!$35.97 ?? ..... Please

Good service. Quick. Price was within reason for a full synthetic change. After 3k miles I checked the oil repeatedly wiping the dipstick with the car hot and engine off in a completely flat parking lot. At least two quarts overfilled! It is my wife's 2019 Subaru Crosstrek. Winchester Location. I am stumped how this could happen...Update: Went to another Branch location and they noted that recently Expresses have switched to an oil extraction system to suck the oil out of the vehicle instead of conventionally draining the oil. They stated they are having continual difficulties with the new system. They had to redo the extraction procedure on my vehicle in order to fully drain the oil. It is possible to do major engine damage by leaving too much oil in the vehicle - and even if there is no major immediate damage, frothing and mixing with old oil are certainly detrimental to engine life. It is very likely the Winchester location noticed before sending my wife on her way - but decided the extra hassle to drain the extra 2 quarts wasn't worth it. This tells me either they were Slack and didn't fix an issue they saw OR they broke procedure and never checked the oil level. Beware...Service: Oil change
