My experience is always great here. I pulled up 20 minutes to closing time but Edward and the guys seemed genuinely happy to help me. They were beyond thorough alerting me to an issue that was costing me gas mileage. I'm grateful for that and grateful for them. I take all four of my vehicles there for routine maintenance.

Hayden (aka Squirrel) was wonderful, actually both men I interacted with were great. They greeted me with smiles and made me feel like they were glad I was there. Hayden took great care of me and the car, made sure I understood what was going on and what other services my car needed in the near future and how to schedule those services. One of the best oil change customer services I ve ever received. Will definitely be going back.

Mr. David was friendly, welcoming, very professional. He explained all the services they provide. The team work together to make sure we receive outstanding services. It's done in timely manner. Location Drake Avenue, Dee was the friendliest and most helpful technician that I have ever came across. I d advise anyone who goes to get an oil change to go to that location and give Dee a visit. He will greet you with a warm heart and friendly smile

My tech Edward took great care of me. He made sure everything was done to my satisfaction and even taught me some new things about my vehicle that I didn't know were routine with oil changes. The whole team was very attentive! I am definitely making them my new techs from here on out!

These guys and Celeste were so much fun! Ypu can tell they love where they work or at least the crew they work with. They were very personable, professional and efficient. Dalton was my service guy and I will definitely be coming back for my next oil change! The manager was great as well! Found my new maintenance shop!

I have always had a great experience at this service center! Staff have been consistently trustworthy with recommending items I may need at the time as well as letting me know when I can hold off on something for the future. I had David as a technician the other day and he was very friendly and efficient!

Had a wonderful experience here a few days ago. Needed an oil change and tires rotated. Wonderful customer service by everyone there especially the guy at the front desk named Willy. Would definitely recommend getting your car worked on here!

I showed up on my lunch break and was in and out. This location was very efficient, fast with customer satisfactory. My tech name was Natalie. She was great. She brought some important things to my attention and offered to take a look at everything! I will definitely go back.

Dalton was friendly and helpful on my last oil change at Express on Drake Ave in Huntsville. He explained the process and answered my questions on the Fuel system cleaning without being pushy. Great service from a location that is not my primary Express location and that is why I trust Express Oil Change!

I went into Express Oil for regular maintenance but also because of a knocking sound near the front tires. Mike and his team at the Drake Ave location took great care of me, pointing out that my safety may be in jeopardy when driving in that condition. They got me right in for diagnostics, fixed what had to be repaired in order for safe driving, then referred me to a location closer to home for full repairs. I totally appreciate their professionalism, attention to detail, and how they took care of me right there on the spot with as little waiting time as possible!

Had a great experience taking my car for an oil change. Pharaoh, the associate taking care of us, was very patient answering all of our questions. He was very attentive and did a great job. Will definitely continue taking our cars there to be serviced.

I have had Natalie the past two times getting my oil changed! She is very nice & knowledgeable. She does not make you feel you have to get more work done than what is needed. Very appreciative of that.

I took my new car here for the first time for an oil change. The staff was very kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. They offer a great experience at a fair price. Pharaoh was professional and personable. I had a question for him about a service I thought I may have needed but he said I didn t need it at this time but would probably next visit. He did not try to to upsell me or have me get something I didn t need at this time. Honesty and great service from this location and its staff.Service: Oil change

they are excellent. the birmingham location had stripped the drain plug while trying to get it off but this team was able to take it to the garage and take the stripped bolt off and not charge me extra for it. celeste, our technician was great too.
