My experience at Express Oil Change on University in Huntsville was fabulous! I ve always had good experiences at every Express Oil Change I ve been to, but I felt like this team just went above and beyond! Several different people helped me while I was there, and I wish I could ve gotten all their names, but one name I did get was Stephen, and he was great! Along with my standard oil change, they topped off my tires with air and cleaned this gunk off my window. (I ve been trying to get it off for months and they were able to do it in seconds.) They did all of this extra work free of charge, and I didn t even ask them to do any of it. They just saw what needed to be done and did it! This team was so helpful and kind! I will absolutely be returning! Thank you Express Oil Change! :)

David was absolutely wonderful! He made sure I understood what he was doing and explained the need for certain replacements and what they were for. He took an extra step to help resolve a misunderstanding of the services needed as well. He talked to Ms. Tammy to fit me in for checking for an oil leak and made sure to explain everything concerning the results and next steps. The best experience ever getting my car serviced.

I recently had the pleasure of my car service with Oliver, a technician at Express Oil Change, and I must say that his level of knowledge and expertise is truly commendable. From the moment I brought my vehicle in for service, it was evident that Oliver is not only highly skilled but also extremely dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. He took the time to thoroughly explain each step of the process, ensuring that I understood what needed to be done and why. Oliver's attention to detail was remarkable, as he went above and beyond to address any additional concerns or questions I had regarding my vehicle's maintenance needs. Furthermore, his professionalism and friendly demeanor made the entire experience pleasant and stress-free. Overall, I am incredibly impressed with Oliver's technical aptitude and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction at Express Oil Change. He is undoubtedly an invaluable asset to their team....job well do my brother!

Ted did an excellent job with my oil change and cabin air filter replacement. The cabin filter is a little tricky to get out but Ted managed fine. I would definitely recommend checking the cabin air filter every 30K miles and replace if needed at this tire express location.

I LOVE Express Oil Change and this location did not disappoint. They make sure you re well taken care of, are friendly, professional and courteous! Definitely give 5 stars! Other businesses should look at EOC s business model to see how they should be running! Special shout out to Richard and also to Stephen! Fabulous experience and highly recommend! Thank you EOC!

I bought my car in 2019. I ve been going to this place to get my oil changed. They tell me every time that they checked all my fluids. So tell me why now my transmission is messed up because they been lying to me this whole time? Went to them about it and they won t take accountability. I m not a Machanic so how would I know they been lying to me? Well my car is messed up, they lied to me. I suggest this entire company needs to be shut down because I feel scammed and played. They do not deserve even the one star. Ladies do not come here. They will tear your car up and play innocent. All that money I paid on this car and now the car is no good. I will NEVER give them another dime of my money. I hate scammers and liars.

Ted is the best!!! Works at the University Hwy./ Hwy. 72 location. I've known him for several years now and was really excited when he waited on me when I got my 2015 Toyota Tundra serviced for the 1st time since I bought it 2 months ago. He was extremely thorough going through the vehicle and inspecting everything! Great job Ted....thanks for everything!!!

Got a partial tune up (bc there was no misfire), oil change and etc. Had the privilege of working with a young man named Oliver. He was very informative and knowledgeable about the services I requested to get done, and diagnostics for other issues found with my car. He was very honest, bc his diagnosis matched the other professionals who diagnosed my car just by looking under the hood.

Mike was great. Quick, professional, fair price. I thought they missed checking my tire pressure, I asked, and Mike (who appeared to be a manager) was very courteous and immediately checked the tires himself. I will come back.

Kieth was awesome he was really helpful and knowledgeable. The whole oil change took about 15 minutes and he was even sweet enough to get me a water out of the lobby while I waited in the car.

I came to Express Oil to get an oil change ahead of going out of town. Spencer and Jakob were so incredibly helpful and efficient with my oil change. I was in and out within 15 minutes(as opposed to other businesses where I would have waited much longer) and their prices are a lot more reasonable than other businesses. If you need an oil change head to this location!

Steven was super sweet. Coolant spilled everywhere in the back trunk of my car, but they were very nice enough to dump it out and clean my plastic mat up. They were very helpful!
