Chris was excellent and very helpful throughout my entire oil change. This is probably one of the best locations in Madison county I have been to this far. They didn t hassle me for anything I didn t need. Chris took his time explaining everything to me and was very thorough. I ll most definitely be coming back! Specifically to this location.

Jeff, Tara and the whole crew do an excellent job every time I bring one of my vehicles in for service. I am so grateful for all they do to insure my family is safe on the road. They are fair, honest and very knowledgeable.

I m here at the Sanderson location I was greeted with a smile by a sweet man named Daniel and IImmediately knew this was the place I will get my oil change for the rest of my time in Huntsville . Not only was the service was quick my car was running brand new going above and beyond to make sure I was in out in better shape I came in. I definitely recommend Mr Daniel if you wanna be have a smile filled experience and I will be back if I could give 10 stars I would !!!!!

After waiting over 30 minutes to get my oil changed on a Tuesday evening I left this establishment thinking that I'd received fairly good service. Less than a mile down the road the skid plate underneath my car came loose while I was driving on University Drive during 5:00 traffic. I immediately turned around to return to Express Oil . I sat another 20 minutes waiting for the problem to be fixed. Once again I leave Express Oil only to get just a little further on University Drive when the skid plate came loose AGAIN! Upon returning to the store the manager said that he was going to "handle the problem." He then proceeded to bolt the skid plate to the underside of my car and announced "that ain't ever coming off again" I can only pray that it actually is removable when I need to get the oil changed in my car again. At NO time was I offered anything for my inconvenience. Not after the first trip back OR the second. I spent from 4:15 to 6:15 at "Express" Oil and was only given a half-hearted apology for my wasted time. I WILL NOT be returning to this Express Oil nor would I recommend that anyone use this particular establishment.

I have worked with this express on multiple occasions and cannot say enough for how great they treat their customers. They ve done my oil changes, brake pads, and rotors. I wish I could give them six stars!

I don t usually go to Express Oil, because I ve heard some pretty crazy stories of people being overcharged with little explanation. However, Daniel, the attendant I got, was absolutely amazing! He greeted me at the bay entrance with a warm welcome and a smile. I explained what all I was wanting to get done, and he happily had me pull into the building. He was overtly professional, and after inspecting under the hood of my car, explained in detail what I should get serviced quickly/what could wait. He gave me potential quotes for what all I would need done soon, and thoroughly explained the pricing for everything. Also, he provided me with links/sites to visit for cheaper prices on minor parts I need to change out, and even said if I came back by later with the new parts that he would install them for me. If you ever need an oil change, tire replacement, or anything car related, go to Express Oil near Mid City, and ask for Daniel!

Had a great experience at Express Oil!!One of the guys told me that it would take 4 hours before they could get me in for an oil change. I said "What!!!". Then, he told me he was joking. He told me to pull right in. I laughed . Great sense of humor .

Daniel at the Sanderson Road location was awesome! He was so nice and attentive. I was in and out in less than 5 mins. and he didn t charge me the $544 Mitsubishi had quoted. I definitely recommend Express Oil Change. Ask for Daniel.

Was there Dec 21, 2023 afternoon. Was greeted by Daniel He is an extraordinary professional. He Described all they did for the oil change. Was done in less than 10 minutes. Why can t all Express Oil Change personnel be like Daniel? Have run into some very unfriendly ones at this same location and walked out. Daniel is the Standard. Came for an oil change with my 2008 Accord presenting of medley of minor issues, including a stuck AC blend door, cracked, vacuum hose, cabin air filter full of debris, excessive oil burn, a dead horn relay, and many others. Daniel was great giving insightful advice yet not pressing an upsell on anything. Left with just the oil change complete, but also a more confidence in a path to maintain my car and not go broken doing in so

Arthur Washington was the one to help us out today; he was super nice to me and my kids- even gave my oldest a popsicle, which made her day. He was patient with me figuring out how to do everything on my husband's car for the checks. I'm getting ready to pull out from getting an oil change now and I must say, Arthur Washington is amazing gentleman. He greeted me with a smile and he was so positive and such a breath of fresh air!! Plus he pointed something out to me on my tire that no one else would have. Yall need to keep him around!!

Had an oil change and check at mileage 50023. They said my air filter was OK...I guess they meant that it was in the car where it belonged!? Anyway, had my engine checked at mileage 50647 and my filter was absolutely filthy. Needed to be changed.

Went in for a routine oil change, they weren t busy, they didn t connect it back correctly and now have to pay to get an entire piece replaced because of their mistake.

I ve been going here since Freshman year of college as a student at UAH. They are the friendliest staff and so honest. Being a young girl in an unfamiliar city can make getting your car serviced one of the more scary things to deal with, they put me at ease.
