Make sure to check their work before you leave the parking lot! My mother got her oil changed at this location first thing in the morning and then drove a few miles to her office on Bob Wallace. On her way home that evening she started smelling oil and after popping the hood noticed that the oil cap was not re-secured and was just sitting in the engine bay. The engine bay was covered in oil and there was a huge puddle of oil in her driveway from oil that had puddled on her skid plate and dripped to the ground. Express was closed by the time she noticed this so she called them first thing the next morning and they told her to bring it back up there. She did and they cleaned up the engine bay as best as they could and refilled her oil. All good, humans make mistakes and they did what they could to make it right....except....the manager that she was dealing with said he checked the cameras and saw that the oil cap WAS re-secured after the oil change. The manager was lying to my 74 year old mother to save some face I assume. I would suggest staying away from this location because oil caps don't unscrew themselves and relocate to a random spot in the engine bay without some help. Ridiculous. If they would have owned up to the mistake and fixed it without the blatant lie then I wouldn't have written this review because mistakes happen.

Respectful of all people in all situations! This location had the best people who really listened to what I needed without pushing me - even though I'm a lady. They will make a plan for keeping your car in best shape without demanding you do it their way or trying to cheat you. Especially if you're a woman, trusting this group at the Bob Wallace location to provide THE BEST customer service and to keep your car running smoothly is the right way to go!

I went there for an oil change (without an appointment) and Edward took good care of me. They got me in the bay quickly, were professional and kept a very clean work area. You can tell a lot about the quality of place based on how clean and organized they are. I'll definitely be back for my next oil change.

I worked with Edward and Justin my last visit. They were kind, careful, and a great team. The smiled and were polite. Even though it was the end of the day they worked like the day had just gotten started. They wiped my windshield and checked my tire pressure without asking. They made it easy to want to come back!

Anthony, the head mechanic is the NICEST, this man deserves a raise. I couldn t get off work until right before the shop closed, he offered to wait at the shop for me to come pick the car up. I arrived and he was helping other people and was clearly busy, he took time to chat with me about the work done and about the car. He tuned the carburetor for no extra charge 100% recommend this shop.

This location in Huntsville is by far the best ! Edward was very helpful and patient with me , I didn t feel cheated and he was honest with me about what my car needed. He also showed me how to check my oil when it s low ! Thank you again ! I will be back!!!

UPDATE: I returned today and was greeted again by Jamine. He was just as helpful and friendly as he was two months ago. I just loved pulling in and seeing familiar people. Great customer service!!!Jamie was very attentive from the moment I pulled in the lot. He was very helpful and explained everything as we went along. I've been going to this Express location for years as it is close to my work. I've had dozens of services done on multiple vehicles. Have always had a good experience with pleasant, patient and knowledgeable employees. The manager, Jermaine, is very hands on and helpful. I highly recommend this Express Oil Change.

New manager has made a huge difference in this location. Was ok before for just oil changes, but mechanic side was meh. New boss came in lately and this place is great! Bought and installed my new Bridgestones last week and they did a great job. Didn't have me waiting all day for install. I was done in about 45 mins. While I was there the crew on the oil change side was operating like a seasoned NASCAR crew. Watched several vehicles pull up. They were greeted immediately, pulled right in, got done, and left within 15 mins. Was cool to watch the crew work together to make sure every car was done right. Communication between floor and pit was excellent. Amazing what a motivated and encouraging boss can do compared to the guy they used to have.
