We are so grateful for Chris at Excellence Mobile repair. We needed a wheel bearing replaced on our travel trailer when we were headed home from a camping trip. Chris was thorough and knowledgeable. He was able to get the necessary parts for us and get to us within an hour. He quickly got the bearing changed and we were back on the road. The cost was reasonable as well. Highly recommend.Service: Tires

We are in Texas and our daughter is school in Alabama. She could not get her car started and we called Chris. He went out to the school to assess the problem and fixed it into the night. He then called and followed up the next day to make sure there were no more problems with the work he done. Being 10.5 hours away helpless, he stepped in and fixed it! Thanks for not leaving my daughter stranded. I highly recommend the service.

Visiting family in HSV. Drove from Illinois and my engine light came on. I decided to look on google for mobile mechanic & glad I ran across this page. Not only did he fix the issue but notice something else that was wrong (broken) He called Mercedes to get part and fixed everything. Reasonably priced & saved me $$$$. Returned home, no issues with car! Thank you! Will return to get more work done

We called Chris because we needed someone local and reliable to fix my son's truck. We live out of state so we didn't know anyone in the area. Chris came out on Saturday and we thought he had the truck fixed. Less than 24 hours passed and the truck started leaking again and smoking. We called Chris back to let him know and he wanted pictures. We not only sent pictures, we sent a video as well. We have reached out to him several times with no response. This is my son's only means of transportation and he is a college athlete. I would not recommend this service to anyone. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Chris is the best. No question. He just came out to my house and saved me a ton of money. He was super patient and helpful. This is the second time I had him work on my vehicles. Impossible to be more impressed and happy with his work. Your title says it all Excellence!

My vehicle was having an issue starting up so I called Excellence Mobile Mechanic and spoke with Chris. He took my information and headed over within the hour. Chris went over a plan of action and made sure I agreed to it prior to starting. The repair price was fair within the market, but what made this an exceptional experience was the customer service and attention to detail. You cannot find a more honest and skilled mobile repair service in this area. Stop browsing around, this team is the solution to get you back on the road.

These men were awesome. They are responsive with inquiries, punctual, friendly, knowledgeable, professional, skilled, and all all-round good men.I drove into huntsville from out of town, and my truck broke down in a parking lot. They answered my phone calls and set a time with me to look at and fix my truck. When I arrived they were already waiting for me. They greeted me with a handshake and jumped right into assessing my situation.They listened to the events that lead to the situation, heard my concerns and addressed each systematically, using language that I could understand without making me feel like a complete idiot -which I am when it comes to vehicles.They diagnosed the issues with my truck and never pushed to have more done than as needed. At one time, there was an issue they disagreed on and they each weighed in with there reasoning and justification while I was listening to them talk it over. At the end they presented me with my options, and gave me one that would actually have cost them more time and work, but would not have cost me extra money.In the end, I decided to get extra work done in a parking lot from what I perceive as extremely competent mechanics as opposed to taking it into an unknown shop.They completed the work in an hour! If I would have taken it to a shop it would have taken a week. To top it off, they let me watch and pepper them with questions the entire time.I could not have been blessed with better mechanics. I HIGHLY recommend these guys!May God bless them and their families.

A couple of weeks a go I was traveling back home to Michigan and my truck out of nowhere started having a electrical issue. So I was forced to pull of the highway and find a shop where I could get someone to come help me find out what was going on with my truck. So I was told to give a mobile mechanic to come out to help me so I gave Excellence Mobile Mechanic and it was the best thing that I could have done, he was very professional, prompt, through and knowledgeable. I would recommend him for any of your mechanical needs.

Excellence mobile mechanic is awesome!!! Its hard to find a honest mechanic. Not only honest, but he's good at what he does and fair price. I will recommend him to everyone I know!!! If you want a good fair mechanic, this is your guy!! Thanks for getting me home

I just wanna scream thank you to Chris and his colleague John who helped me fix my transmission conductor plate even though he didn't have to go out of his way. JOHN WAS VERY HELPFUL and informative. I really appreciate his honesty and hardworking spirit to completing this mission so that I could back to my regularly scheduled program!

Fast and friendly service. Chris waited patiently onsite while I went to pick up funds. He fixed my front struts finished in a couple of hours. I will definitely use his services again.

My husband and I have been trying to replace the alternator on my Toyota RAV4 for 2 weeks, but could not manage to get the serpentine belt back in place. We finally gave up and called Chris. He came only a couple of hours after I called and had everything fixed within the hour... even despite some additional issues that made it more difficult than it should've been. His prices are reasonable, he stays on task/doesn't waste time, and is honest/knowledgeable about what does/doesn't need to be done. Definitely recommend Excellence Mobile Mechanic if you are looking to get your car fixed, save some money, and support a local business!

I called at around 7:30 after my truck broke down. He showed up in like 10 minutes, took a quick look at the problem, and immediately diagnosed the problem. My problem was fixed VERY fast. The price was VERY fair. If I need a mobile mechanic in the future, this is who I'm calling.

My daughter is in school in Huntsville she had car issues. I contacted Chris and he did not hesitate to help. He went to her told me the problem and fixed it. I definitely appreciate him taking care of her. He's my go to guy in Huntsville for her car problems.

I spoke with Mr Chris He came directly to our home because we couldn't move our vehicle, and he did his J O B Very Knowledgeable and passionate about what he's doing. Now he's our personal mechanic and I would recommend him in a heartbeat Thank You So Much Mr. Chris for getting me and my family back on the road again and was very affordable too.

Worked on my Mercedes S550. My battery died and my hood would not open but on one side. I ve never used a mobile mechanic but so so glad I did. They came out, we re courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. Released my hood latch in a timely matter and put it back the way it was supposed to be. I am so very thankful to them.

This isn t a biased opinion due to him fixing my car. This guy is honest, fair, and informative. My 2014 F150 has the infamous Fuse 27 issue. Did the relocation kit, and still no crank. Called him and he started where I fixed first which is always a good sign. Opened up the fuse box and come to find out I didn t seat the pin correctly and all he did was push the pin back in. Last auto shop I went to charged me for spark plugs and never even fixed the issue, but he fixed my issue and didn t try to extort more money than was fair.I couldn t recommend him enough. 5 stars all the way through

I highly, highly recommend using Chris, my truck has been down for three days- I have replaced $1000 worth of parts to figure out why my truck wasn t getting any spark after running just fine before I had my master cylinder changed. Within 20 minutes- Chris was able to find the problem and it was my distributor cap wire harness plug had been broke some how. He diagnosed the issue, he gave me some recommendations, and he was efficient and affordable- and was able to come to me within a hour of service call. Will 10/10 use Chris again for any of my mechanic, on call needs.Thank you again Chris for helping me find the issue after 2 days of searching for loose wires, replacing my battery, my coil, coil wire, sparks, ignition module, master cylinder, spark plug wires, and having two other people who have a background in cars searching for the problem, obviously we looked closer to the master cylinder because that s what was replaced, but Chris was more thorough and found the culprit. Thanks to Chris, I have my specialty part ordered and have soldered my current wires until my new part shows up- and because of his diagnosis, thoroughness, rapid response time, I am on the road again.Services: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

I was stuck at work because my truck wouldn't start, even after trying to jump it off. So I did a Google search for mobile mechanics & came across Excellence. Chris was out of town but sent John to get me back up & running with a new starter. An over all great first experience using a mobile mechanic. The communication was great, up front pricing, explained everything & answered all my questions concerning how the service worked & all the mechanical questions. They were fast, friendly & understanding. I would definitely recommend them & use them again.

Chris is an amazing mechanic!!! I got stranded on a Sunday morning with a bad starter and faulty transmission sensors and he came right away.Mind you, I don t know anything about cars, but he picked up the parts and fixed the car right away! Chris came through for us at the last minute and we were so thankful! He did an excellent job of installing my husband s alternator and finished it quickly. I highly recommend him as he is very professional, friendly and honest. Chris absolutely SAVED our butts on Saturday. We were on a road trip, 100s of miles from home. Chris was there extremely fast and the price was beyond fair!!!Highly, HIGHLY recommend!!!

i gave these guys a call this morning about an issue that has had me puzzled for a week with my car not starting and they arrived within 20 mins of my call and fixed my problem within 10 mins for a reasonable price !! definitely recommend !!!

Chris is one of a kind!! My alternator went out on me Monday morning. I searched around and no one could assist me ASAP! I found Chris via Google and read nothing but good reviews on him so I gave him a call. He came and tested it out and told me what I needed to do. It was raining on Monday so he couldn t get to me until Tuesday. That was fine!I ordered my alternator online. My car wasn t able to be driven so Chris went to pick it up for me! He then came over and fixed my alternator quickly! Everything is great and in tiptop condition! Im new to the area so this was a wonderful experience! I 10 out of 10 RECOMMEND!!Thanks Chris! You have a customer in me for life!!

Chris is an absolutely amazing mechanic! Was very fast, friendly, helpful, honest, and knowledgeable and very reasonably priced too! Definitely went above and beyond as well! You can tell he cares!
