Absolutely the best garage I have used in the last 30 years. My Durango had a transmission leak and the fluid ate away the wire covering for the entire transmission harness. It started tossing random codes and I was prepared to spend several thousand dollars on getting all the errors fixed. I took it to 2 other garages and talked to 4 others before I finally took it to Eddie Posey. They got it in the garage in just a day or so and called to let me know what was exactly wrong with it and even explained that most of the codes were false due to the shorts in the wiring harness. They could have added in a lot of things and I never would have known better. Honesty is AWESOME! Another garage kept it for a month and didnt make it past the diagnostics. They let me know what parts I needed, what it would take to fix it, and when I picked it up the next week (because I had to wait on the parts they suggested I buy to save me more money), it was driving just like it was before things started going wrong. The other garages were saying it would run about $2k-$3k. They got me back on the road for just over $1k (a lot less than I expected), checked their work, and fix the bad neutral safety switch for less than it would have cost me to buy the part and install it myself. They did work that any other garage would have charged me a lot more to do. They are fast, the guys working on the vehicles are great and treat you like a friend instead of a source of income, and everyone else there actually takes care of you too. Dont look for reviews on other garages from me because I wont be going anywhere else.

We had an excellent experience with Eddie Posey Garage. The lady at the front desk didn't seem to understand what my husband was trying to explain to her what he needed done, so she got a very nice mechanic up front. Once he got there he knew exactly what we needed. He took our part to the back. And brought it back to us all within 10 minutes and he had what we needed done, finished. This was the best experience ever at a car shop. Very nice on the job people. We will definitely use their services in the future. Couldn't beat the service.

Very honest, I've been in twice in 3 weeks with two different vehicles. They were spot on with the diagnosis and the repairs needed. Great people and communication was top notch!

I have had my GMC 2500HD in for upgrades and repairs a couple times. Very experienced shop with no problems at all. Very quickly to perform repairs and at a $ fantastic rate compared to other shops and dealership. I will only use them in the future. Extremely disappointed with the unacceptable work done here. I had my truck taken here for an exhaust leak, brake leak, fuel inlet repair, and some engine tuning. We got the truck back (the first time) with it not running right, stalling 5 times just going to a gas station. The original exhaust leak was fixed, but there was a brand-new leak that was much more prominent, and extremely loud. And the fuel inlet somehow in even worse shape than before. In no circumstance should you get a vehicle back from a shop in worse shape than when it arrived. Just got the truck back today after they 're-fixed" everything. I went to put gas in it, and the spout overflowed and started spraying out of the hose all over the ground going everywhere except for IN the truck. You have to be a special kind of stupid to think that is "fixed". So I just fixed it myself in about 20 minutes (it took them many days to do it wrong). absolutely unacceptable and atrocious "service" at this shop.Nearly 40 phone calls had to be made during this process. both times we got the truck back, the bed was covered in greasy handprints. Make sure to take your vehicle here if you want it back in worse condition, and filthy, after an obscene amount of waiting. It would've been cheaper, faster, and downright easier to have done all of this myself. Absolutely unacceptable. It's taken a month so far.Services: Exhaust, Engine repair, Brakes

Take your car here. I would give 10 stars if I could. My Honda Civic was running hot. I took it to another mechanic 1st, replaced the radiator and other things. Still ran hot. Took it to another place, one week later still running hot ( after paying 150 an hour for diagnosis they couldn't find anything) I got it in at Eddie Posey garage, they fixed the original mechanics work ( they didn't hook the hose up) and car finally runs great again. Very Very affordable and very Very good mechanic, very thorough work. To sum it up had I taken my car here the 1st time I could have saved a ton of money and trouble. Best mechanic in Huntsville, and I've tried several. Thank you so much!!

Replaced ball joints, control arms, stabilizer bars, struts, shocks, transmission rebuilt, battery, calipers, brake pads and rotors and hoses. Etc.All done very timely and very reasonably priced compared to other labor charges in the area.They typically stay pretty booked out but they got to it and did honest work. 2003 blazer runs like a charm.I ve had other maintenance done by this business in the past and will always returnServices: Transmission, Tires, Auto battery replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Transmission replacement, Auto tire replacement, Oil change

Two issues: One, they didn't try to fix my truck, just believed the Ford tech that it needed a new engine... it didn't. Estimated $7700. Actual cost to fix was $107. Two: Store location was robbed, lost my stuff from bed of truck, they didn't charge for diagnostic, so I didn't claim on their insurance. Had I known that they didn't even try to find the problem...would have been different. Brian and Brandy Very friendly but whoever looked at my truck didn't drive it, put it in 4X4 or even neutral and check the actual engine sound. Very disappointed. Came recommended.

I typically have the diagnosis done at the dealership then bring it here where they complete the work for usually 1/3 the price of the dealer. Excellent work and ea time has been just a couple hours. I have had 3 different vehicles fixed here. Great service

Wish I could leave a 0 star. After having our 2011 GMC Sierra towed to a 2nd garage for another opinion it seems that the quote of $8300 for new engine and burnt O rings was not even a possibility considering it wasn't looked at properly.It took less than 4 hours to have it fixed for a total of $480.48 including an oil change and second tow charge! See photoShame on you for trying to take us to the bank and ripping us off!!

They did a great job fixing my car in a reasonable time. They didn t try to hound me on getting other parts that I did not need like other shops would have done . This is the main shop I will come to for now on. They are very trustworthy and they know what they are doing.

This garage has zero interest in getting work done in a reasonable amount of time. Plan on being without your vehicle 2-3 months.

Got my transmission rebuilt here never acted right after. got the run around then just after the year warranty is up my trans blowup and they wont cover anything now I'm out thousands and have no car. Would not ever recommend taking your car here. They could atleast try to make it rightService: TransmissionService: Transmission

These guys are top notch. They service 4 work vehicles and 2 personal vehicles for me. The quality of the work is superb and I always end up paying less than I expect. They get my vehicles right in and are usually finished that day.

These guys are super fast and extremely fair.. we dropped off our work truck Sunday and had it back with a new fuel pump by Monday afternoon and for less than $500
