Had a great experience with Dent Systems. Dropped my vehicle off and 3 hours later, it was ready. John did an excellent job. Would highly recommend!

I have been using Jon at Dent Systems for several years. They have repaired multiple cars/trucks of mine for damage caused by hail, collisions, and animal encounters. They have always done an excellent job and been more than fair. Mrs. Bridgett is a joy to work with scheduling and payment solutions. Bridget and the folks at Dent Systems went above and beyond in customer service! I am speechless, honestly. I never normally write Google reviews, but I want others to know how great my experience was. I was in town for just over 24 hours and had need of an urgent repair. I cannot emphasize enough what a terrific experience I had with Dent Systems! Bridgett was so polite, professional, and thorough. She took her time examining the dent to my door (apparent vandalism, sadly) and explaining what John might possibly be able to do to repair it without having to repaint. She was quick getting the estimate to my insurance agent and was patient and persistent in getting everything correct with my provider. She cheerfully and knowledgeably answered my many, many questions. It is clear that she and John have a true passion for this work and their honesty, integrity, and exceptional service are truly noteworthy. As a woman, I have interacted with people in automotive-related businesses who are condescending and unprofessional. It was a pleasure doing business with Dent Systems and I recommend them without reservation to anyone who is in need of a repair.Service: Body & Trim

Dent Systems was recommended to me when a branch fell on my car. Service was fantastic and they made the whole process very easy for me. Communication was great with consistent updates on progress, and in the end they made it look as good as new. They even fixed scratches and dents that I had not originally seen. I highly recommend them for any dent and paint work you need.

They don't take cards just cash or check just FYI. They did a great job, I thought it would take a week but they did it in 2 days. Everything looks fantastic and they even cleaned my car and shined my tires. I hope to never get hail damage again but I know who I will go to if i ever do.

I went to get an estimate. These guys are very knowledgeable and very honest. In my case, the person who spoke to me explained it was better to go the traditional route at the place I selected to paint my car. He didn't have to do this. Businesses are having a tough time these days. It is good to know there are reputable business in our city. This is one of them.

Really appreciate the job Dent Systems did on a substantial indent I made on my Kia Soul. Great workmanship, very reasonable price, and quick turnaround! They also went the extra mile to apply some touch-up paint for a shade of paint that is unique and difficult to match.

Great staff , excellent quality and workmanship. John is very honest about what can be done to repair you vehicle, and spends time with the customer explaining the process. The Number #1 place in Huntsville ,AL , if you want timely, quality work done to your vehicle. Highly recommended!!

I rolled in today(6/18/19) with a very superficial door ding on my less than 24 hour old new Camaro SS and John did me the biggest favor in the world and fixed it on the spot. I know he was busy but I was from out of state and didn't have time to make an appt. This is truly great customer service and John is a Great American! Excellent customer service and excellent repair!!Thanks!!

Brought in my 19 Sienna in Salsa red, with a deep door scuff on passenger side and a deep scratch on the tailgate to be repaired. Both spots repaired as good as factory, as if they were never there. Instantly felt I was in good hands when I stepped inside and final finished product, was beyond expectations. Thanks Dent Systems.

Took my vehicle down to Dent Systems to fix my sun roof and water leak. Water leak was not fixed and took my vehicle back to them to fix water leak. They did not repair it. Had to take to local Chevy dealership to be repaired properly. They had to fix the leak and other repairs to fix my vehicle properly. I paid over $2000 dollars out of my own pocket for repairs that were not done by Dent Systems. Went to BBB and they did not respond to I the complaint I made with BBB.I give Dent Systems a very low ratting. Also when I called them back about my water leak they threaten me.

I received quotes from several different body shops and Dent Systems halved the cheapest estimate from the other shops. They were finished with my car in 3 days and it looked perfect! Definitely would recommend to others.

Fantastic place to get dents removed from your vehicle. I'm very particular about who handles my car and they were professional and friendly. They're fair priced and quality was great. I'd recommend to anyone for paintless dent repair.

This is top of the line for any cosmetic body work. John repaired the left quarter panel (removed the dent and replaced the crease) and replaced the rear bumper. Looks like it did when first purchased. Dent Systems is the real deal, I highly recommend them!!!!!

I would leave zero stars if I could. DO NOT take a nice vehicle here that you want to be taken care of and handled properly. They don t know how to treat nice vehicles and nice paint jobs. I took my clean 86 black Firebird here for an estimate to remove a few small outties on the hood and they had the RECEPTIONIST lady come out to do the estimate. WHAT!!? She identifies the outties and starts touching and pressing with her finger leaving greasy prints on my hood. Then she begins to tap her FAKE FINGERNAILS ON MY HOOD in a totally different spot than where the dents are! I have an extremely nice paint job and everything shows on black! I was bothered by other details about this short 5 min visit, but I am absolutely floored that someone who considers themselves a car place doesn t know how to treat a nice vehicle. To top it off, I didn t get my estimate....you should know after you look at it yourself how much it will cost to repair...especially when it s what you specialize in! They said they would get back to me Monday with an estimate...AKA we need time to think about how much we can get away with charging you. Don t make the same mistake I did if you have something nice that you like to keep clean and take care of. Protect your paint job and go somewhere else for work.

John was awesome, repairing all the hail damage to my truck. Work was done quickly, with attention to detail and within provided estimate. I would highly recommend Dent Systems for any repair work as a result of hail damage.

I didn't have my vehicle fixed here due to some insurance issues. But if the quality of work is anything like the staff it should be A+++. They talked to me about what could be done and what would be the best way to make the repairs. And gave me a quote and a follow up call to check if I had any questions..I call that Service!!

I just got my car back from Dent Systems and what a wonderful job they took out dents I didn't even know were there. My car looks like it is new again. The friendliness of the owners and staff is like it was years ago This business went over and beyond my expectations I will not hesitate to use Dent Systems when ever I need them for my dents or scratches

Called Dent Systems on Monday January 13th 2020 to schedule an appointment to have my truck looked at for some dents on the drivers side door. The receptionist stated that the estimator was not available in the morning but might possibly be in during the afternoon period and definitely would be in the following day. She took my name and number and said someone would call me back to set up an appointment. No one called back after my initial inquiry. disappointing to have not received a call back, took my business elsewhere.

I took our 3 day old Highlander to them to remove a dent that happened at some point in transit. They did an excellent job at repairing it in less than 30 minutes. I can't even tell where it was. I'd highly recommend them for future work.

My less than 2 week old truck got a door ding in it from the parking lot at work. Thanks to Jon's fantastic work, it's like it never happened. I will be sending all of my friends and family to him in the event they ever need any dents removed from their vehicles.

Given quote A & B, therefore knowing what I was to pay if A quote did not solve problem.. Great customer service, reasonably priced, quality work. I had a large door ding removed, you cannot even tell it was ever dented. I was able to have same day service. Highly recommend.
