Super impressed with the service here. I had them mount some large Offroad tires that were used on some wheels I brought them and they had them mounted and balanced in like 10 minutes! They gave me excellent suggestions about how they should be mounted and even noticed some flaws in the wheels I had and let me know about them. I really appreciated their attention to detail and quick and friendly service. I'll come here next time I need something!

They sold me some obviously cupped tires. I could do the same and pass the problem off to someone else but I would not rip someone off for $350 like they did me. They're professionals and they knew those tires were garbage. I understand that it was my fault for not looking the tires over better but because they are professional tire shop I just trusted them. My truck is now not even drivable.

Beyond thankful. They patched my tire after express oil told me they couldn t & charged me a third of what express oil was going to! Amazing and quick service! I will be getting my tires replaced here soon!

Fun and happy people, felt like part of the family, take care of me for a low price. It got me out in less than three minutes I have never seen such a quick tire change. And they had the GOODYEAR EAGLES! A good used tire with plenty of meat on it for only 70 bucks is what I was looking for, not a new, wait to order new tire. Extremely satisfied and very happy. This is my new tire spot.

First time customer, and I was very impressed. Great customer service and friendly workers! Was in and out in 15 minutes! They even put my spare tire back where it goes on my car, instead of throwing it in my trunk. Great prices and value of their tires as well.. Very happy with service and will be using them for future needs.

Best business around by far for used, quality tires! Owner is what every businessman should strive to be like...superior quality service! His people skills far outweigh most customer service experience I have come across; old-fashion when it comes to treating his customers with respect and giving forward. They are family-friendly, he knows this business inside and out, very quick, rates are awesome and beat most competitors I have price compared. He stands behind his work ethically and professionally. Called on Saturday morning, they had the hard to find tire size I needed for my truck (had already called three other tire shops with quick No s for the tires). This business has very nice, professional people working there! Very fast service. Definitely recommend and will return! I have found my Tire Business!

I can go anywhere for service but I came here in 2009 and I've been coming ever since. The best customer service ever & great conversations with Mama while I wait. Used tires, yeah right, they're just like new. I've never had a problem with any of the tires. I prefer to support locally owned establishments and this one is my favorite!!!

I called ahead first to see if they had my size tires used. Like everywhere else I called, they didn t have any used tires in my size(195 70r14). Apparently it s hard to find used. They did have new ones on sale. Got 2 new tires installed for less than $150. Very quick and professional. Only took them about 30 minutes altogether. The only downside is they didn t really talk to me much. Not rude, but not particularly friendly either. Quick service and I would definitely recommend them.

I m a long time customer of this place and I love these guys. Every time I ve had an issue they ve always answered the call. Also, the 1 star review you see is from a young girl who doesn t understand warranty coverage on tires. I was there and she didn t understand that wrecking your own vehicle isn t covered under the warranty. Especially when she admitted it was her fault! Lol.... listen if you want great customer service and amazing work along with great prices go to CHAMBERLIN TIRE!-Tre

This place is full of heart felt people with good soul and grace. They are all so sweet and helpful! When ever you are in need of help they will put 100% effort into it. When I call everyone is in such a good mood and smiling. When ever I'm in need they ALWAYS help in every way they can. I would highly recommend this place for all your tire needs. If I could I would give them 10 stars. This is the FIRST place I call when I need anything for my car.

I love this place. They have saved me a few times from having wrecks and having to pay for expensive tires. I have not had a problem yet and I have been using them for years. Stephen the owner is a great guy. He will be honest and fair with you. I have sent several of my friends to Chamberlain's. Times are tough and I sure can't afford $700 worth of tires.

I am so glad I was referred to Chamberlain Used Tires. These folks are honest, reliable and trustworthy. They always provide a great product at a really good price. The staff are friendly, quick and efficient! They are also friendly and nice folks. Really great folks!

Took us all day calling and looking around but finally found this place. We were greeted by the Manager/ Owner as soon as we pulled up. Friendly, best value, great quality, fast and efficient. We are very happy with the overall customer service.

I purchased 2 used tires and the owner was polite when I was spending my money but when I can back with a damaged tire within the 15 day warranty he didn t want to honor it! I had my receipt and it was marked with a 15 day warranty! The owner allowed a customer to speak rudely to me in the lobby and he was rude when I needed a new tire! I m inclined to believe it was his family member! Very rude and it s accountable for his business practices!

Stopped in to ask how much it would cost to rotate my right rear tire to the left front. Purchased 2 new tires and had them installed elsewhere the day before. They put them on the passenger side instead of the front and the older ones in the rear.The gentleman rotated the new tires to the front and checked all the pressure in them. When I asked how much I owed him, he said no charge!A truly awesome guy. I will be going back when I purchase my other tires.

I came to Chamberlain after a bad experience elsewhere. I called ahead to make sure they had my tire size on stock and they did. I arrived to find several customers in front of me, but the wait was not long at all. I waited less than half an hour, received great service, and paid a very reasonable price.

Had the tire I needed at a good price. Friendly service worked quickly to change my tire and balance it, took about 10 minutes from the time I arrived. The tire they had to put on was "black walled" (no white writing like the front tire on that side) and he even came in to double check that was okay with me as it was something we hadn't noticed at first.He was also knowledgeable with my questions; at this time I only needed one tire, but once they all wear down I will be looking at getting a full new set. We spoke about what I wanted, and he even said I could come back and look online on their office computer with what he can get to put on to select the look and tred that I want exactly.

Came in right before closing time, still took care of me. Great deals on used tires. Definitely coming here everytime I need a quick used tire to hold me over till j can buy new ones. Friendly and knowledgable staff. Definitely recommend this place.

A++ Experience. I had a tack in my tire. Another place was recommending me to buy two new tires (one to replace the tire with a tack and another to match the wearing of that new tire). I pulled up to Chamberlain for a second opinion, and they simply pulled out the tack and found that the tire had no leak. This whole ordeal took less than 5 minutes and they didn't charge me a penny! I am definitely going back when I need a new set of tires.
