Run as fast as you can from Century Collision in Huntsville, Alabama. They deserve a zero. I brought my vehicle in for body work and because the chassis light was staying on due to an accident. I provided pictures of the damage before scheduling an appointment to have the repairs done. The vehicle was dropped off for repairs to start on January 24, 2023. I was called on February 24, 2023, stating my car was ready for pick up. I reached out to Century Collision numerous times while it was in the shop and received a different reason for it taking so long to complete the repairs. The first mistake I made was not checking the vehicle out before paying for the repairs. They had to replace my 3M tint with a lesser quality and stated it had a lifetime warranty. Well did that mean it was okay to tint the passenger window and leave a big hole in the tint (see picture). When I said something about it they asked if I wanted to leave it so they can fix it. I said no I would bring it back. Here is the kicker. I was told it would take more than a day to do the tint. We all know it doesn t take more than a day. Then I was told they had to make sure the person was available. We agreed on the date before I left. I pulled off and was less than a mile from Century Collision when the chassis stabilization light flashed and tire the tire pressure light. Recall, the chassis was discussed before making the appointment. I turned around and went back to the collision center to discuss it. Allegedly, they tried to reach the technician regarding this, but he was gone. Denise viewed the scans they did while it was in the shop (before I picked it up) and said they showed everything was okay. I was also told she would talk to the technician and let me know the next day. I proceeded to go home. This is when the chassis light stayed on for good. I also had to put air in the tire. After cooling off from the disappointment, I discovered they damaged the interior driver s side panel and my vehicle isn t downshifting properly. I emailed Denise about this. My insurance company told them, they are responsible for providing me a rental vehicle because they failed to provide adequate service. Century Collision s response is, they don t have loaners. Guest what? There is a rental car dealer around the corner. I have to be inconvenienced because of their actions and they aren t accommodating me. What does this say about a company who s employee would damage a tint and not say anything to there staff. Like I wouldn t notice it. It s not a stretch that they could do something major and not say anything. I want the manager and the owner to correct this. A person shouldn t have there car trashed. Pictures of original damaged attached. Repairs to doors look okay, but now I am wondering if it s cosmetic. Pictures of chassis light, tint, and door trim attached.I should have believed the review another customer wrote. Again, find another collision center. Just because they are in the same lot with Century Porsche, Volvo, BMW, Jaguar, and Land Rover, it doesn t mean you will get quality service from Century Collision. I was super happy with Century Automotive. They were friendly, professional and efficient. Came in WAY under budget and delivered WAY over expectation. Got me back in my car a week before promised. If you need work done then these are the people to see!

The final work was good but was very slow. Three weeks for a bumper to be painted was a bit to long. I realise that there were several days of bad weather that caused a three day shut down but even two weeks was a bit to long for someone that woks and has no way to get there. Maybe a short staff was to blame. ???

Just picked up my auto today from Century s Auto Collision Center and couldn t be happier!! Ronnie Wilburn managed my repairs with excellent communications and superior service. The whole experience was a pleasure from beginning to end, not to mention the quality of the body work was top notch!! I had my Jaguar repaired here earlier this year and started to notice that paint had started chipping on and around my door handles. I brought it and the manager Jim told me that it must have been rocks or that hit the doors. They applied touch up paint that looks horrible. Then Jim offered to paint my door knobs for a price. This is the most inconsiderate, inept, and arrogant place of business that I ever been associated with. The manager Jim doesn t listen or try to work with you. The work is not what you would expect from a paint and body shop that repairs luxury vehicles. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS PLACE!Service: Painting

They cracked our windshield (looked like a blunt tool knocked it). They agreed to fix it but returned the car in the same condition. Looks like they simply put a seal over the crack they made. I cannot believe the nerve to return the car to us in this condition. Will never go back. I now need to replace the windshield from no fault of my own. I would recommend Century Collision Center to anyone without a doubt! Very professional and reliable. David Hocken provided the most professional customer service with utmost concern and care to help ease my worries and I was surprised at the reasonable prices to solve my issues. And to complete this great experience, the work was done in a timely and efficient manner. They are definitely my go to auto shop from now on!!! They didn't do the work correctly and when I brought it up they went took it back and supposedly fix it and brought it back out and the manager was basically trying to get me out the door when the problem was not fixed the second time. I had to use another shop to fix the issue because they seem to not care about my service.

We used collision center a few months back and would definitely use them again!! We dealt a great deal with Tara, Denise and David and each of them provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend them if you re looking for quality repairs!! Definitely deserves the 5 star rating from our experience.

Century was timely with their repair estimate and excellent in their communication with my insurance company and me. When insurance totaled out my vehicle members of staff were happy to help me retrieve the remainder of my property from the vehicle.

I had to call them to see if my car was ready. Per BMW assist it was ready by 10:30 AM but I received no phone call. Also I am not sure why the back seat latches were open since it was my windshield that was being repaired.

Replaced and painted both bumpers and replaced one of the headlight assemblies. It took a while to get the parts. But considering today's broken supply chains, it was not bad. The outcome is good, can't complain.Service: PaintingService: Painting

What a nightmare. My car went in 3 different times for issues due to the poor (or lack of) work performed on the car. The paint work is poor quality and communication is poor. The underbody cover fell off on the interstate. We had a literal screaming match in the office as they blamed me for hitting something. They didn t bolt it on at all which caused it to fall off. I also had them replace my driver side windows as an employee sprayed a sand blaster at my car and shattered the windows (or what looked to be sand blasting). They of course tried to blame me. Lauren (the advisor) was/is incompetent and knows nothing about automotive repairs. She (and the rest of their crew) are extremely argumentative first and point blame before asking any questions. Always take pictures before leaving the shop! She tried to say my car already had damage by showing me an extremely blurry picture of my car. They were to complete an alignment and balance. They never balanced the wheels and I knew that. I took it back for the balancing. They of course said you have bent wheels . Everyone knows that s what people say when they don t want to mess with you anymore. I took the car elsewhere and what do you know . No bent wheels!!! It drives perfect now. Drew (the manager) could not even make sure my car was washed before picking it up each time after I requested it be cleaned. They also tossed me my keys after each pickup and sent me to find my car around the collision center. Pathetic. I expect more from a high end collision center / dealer. Take your business elsewhere! I have no clue how they are able to stay open with how they handled my issues they caused. Lastly, I requested a call from Tracey Jones (the owner) and even emailed her a summary of my experiences with BMW, Land Rover and their collision center. I never heard from her which explains why her businesses are ran so poorly. They ve gotten me for a little over $20,000 over the past year with repairs.. possibly more.. I would need to add all of the receipts. They all need a lesson in dealing with the general public. If you do not drive a brand new car under warranty that was purchased from them, you re garage and they will screw you on repairs. Take your business to Nashville or Birmingham for BMW, Land Rover, Jaguar and Porsche.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Timely service. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. They do good work, just need to give a little more attention to the fine details. Trapped lint in my clear coat and left my interior windows dusty and spotted with hand prints.

I was on vacation down south when I got into a fender bender. I needed to get this looked at as I had a tire rubbing. I pulled into Century Automotive and Tara, Denise, and Ronnie could not have been more helpful. Not only did they get my vehicle road worthy but even offered to go above and beyond what I feel any other shop would. Highly recommend everyone at this facility.Service: Body & Trim

So far, great. They helped navigate a very difficult situation with State Farm. A young woman smashed in the side of my Son's car pulling out of a parking space. Their insurance State Farm was very difficult. She smashed my Son's car on May 19th, 2023. The car is at the collision department, but State Farm hasn't sent the initial check yet. Century has been great!! State Farm. Gets an F. I have State Farm and will be changing companies after 40 years.

They do fantastic work and very quickly. You would never know someone sideswiped my Rover. It really wasn't a lot of damage, but frustrating nonetheless when someone damages your car. This team made what can be an exhaustive process an absolute breeze.
