Very informative and helpful. I came in without an appointment and they were able to get to me quickly. Start to finish I was there about 45 minutes. They not only fixed my brake issues but inspected my brake system thoroughly. The cost was also acceptable for the work they did. I am very satisfied and will be doing business here I. The future!

I had a great experience. I will be traveling a long way in a few months, and wanted my car to be 'road trip ready'. And the gang at Budget Brakes did an awesome job! The cashier even lowered the price, because of a discount he'd forgotten.I will be returning. And I'll tell my friends and relatives too!Thanks guys!

Quick and easy. Thought I was gonna pay a bunch of money when they found I had a warranty on my breaks so I got them done free of charge. Will definitely be coming back with my other cars.

Experience was phenomenal! The following 5-Star Shout Out goes to the 10033 South Parkway store in Huntsville, AL: Managers Tyler and Kenny; Techs Terry and Cyrus. I have a 67 VW Beetle whose brakes were suddenly going nearly to the floor. I still had some brake, but not nearly enough for sudden stops like light changes & idiots pulling out in front of you - with you almost on top of them when they do it. I wasn't sure if anybody could get shoes, lines & a master cylinder for a nearly 60 yo car, so I ordered them online. Turns out some of the parts weren't the right ones (front shoes, master cylinder) but the current front shoes were still good, and the master cylinder WAS actually locally gettable. They got the shoes done... Then Murphy came to visit. Turns out that not only was the MC bad, but the brake line was leaking just past the pedals assembly as well. They were able to do a work around after some brain storming, and voila! I have brakes again! Those poor guys earned every penny I paid, and as far as I am concerned, more than a measly 5 stars. Murphy came to visit, but they made sure he left disappointed and disgusted he wasn't able to deter their patience & determination. Thank you, guys - from both me & the Doodlebug. Keep the team, Tyler - you guys ROCK!!

The Gentleman at S. PKWY store did an Awesome job on my car. I was in and out in less than an hour and my Brakes are smooth. They didn t try to Oversell me, told me exactly what needed to correct my braking problem. Would Highly Recommend Budget Brakes, S. PKWY in Huntsville.

I would like to thank Tyler the store manager and Brian the technician and Kenny the shop manager for going above and beyond and helping me make sure I got back on the road with our truck. fast service without an appointment. in and out in about two hours.Got both front and back done. But Budget is a state of financial situation. brakes are expensive and an essential part of the driving experience.good customer service, friendly and very experienced.

They got me in quickly and did a great job. I needed an alignment (4 wheel) as my Honda civic was pulling pretty significantly to the right after changing worn out front end components. It only took about 20 minutes, they gave me a printout of before and after numbers and the car drives like new. They have the same Laser based alignment system that most other shops use but about half price. Very professional personnel and fast service. I will be back with my other vehicles for any services I can't handle myself. Thanks.

Claims they have the cheapest alignment in town 59.99 on a big sign out front but they said they don t even have an alignment machine

Tyler was FANTASTIC!!! As well as the other techs. Got me in and out AND the best price around. I called everywhere and they beat everyone s price. They were wonderful!! I ll definitely be back for any brake services. Definitely happy with the customer service I got! I came in with some front-end shaking when braking harder than usual. They quickly investigated and showed me that my rotors needed replacing. They quickly found a high quality (great warranty) rotors. They procured them and had me on the road an hour later. Good mechanics, customer service at a reasonable price. I highly recommend them. One problem of moving to a new city is finding folks you can trust to work on your cars. Tyler and his crew at Budget Brakes know what they're doing, are courteous, and they're honest. No hard sell for more expensive parts, no pressure to replace things that don't really need replacing. And a fair price for work well done. Greatly appreciated, and highly recommended.

Came in for my brakes. They were very bad. As I was there mentioned there was other stuff wrong. I didn t know they could take care of everything right there! I had no idea they did more than brakes! I was very happy that I could find out what issues I was having and get them fixed all in one place. The staff was what I considered to be top notch staff! Very knowledgeable and friendly! I felt like they did all they could to assist me! I got my vehicle fixed and I m so happy I won t go anywhere else! Thank you Tyler and staff! I was visiting family in Huntsville and my brakes were squealing hideously. I searched for Budget Brakes having used them previously in my area. I phoned and Tyler told me I could bring it in..no reservation required. He assured me he would not begin repairs before discussing the issues with it and the price. Not only did Tyler and Sammie get my brakes replaced swiftly, Tyler mentioned one sentence that told me just how much he values his customers: It is my job to make sure you are safe on the road. I highly recommend Tyler Hunter and Sammie Brislin at Budget Brakes..they truly care about you as a customer and provide the utmost customer service and care for you and your vehicle. They are the ultimate pit crew..well done gentlemen!

I was charged 495.00 for them to resurface 2 rotors and replace one of them with brake pads. It doesn t sound like a budget to me they completely ripped me off.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

I am sure there is no perfect place for auto repairs but I went and got several quotes for front brakes and rotors on my 2005 Ford Freestyle. Budget Brakes used the same parts from the same parts house as 3 of them for about half the cost, I waited until I had 5000 miles on them before I wrote this review and as far as I am concerned THIS is the place to get brakes. They may have been a bit slow, the waiting area was nothing to brag about BUT I GOT THE BEST DEAL of anyplace I checked and I got quotes from 7 places.
