Well I didn't expect to spend what I spent but I can say they got me right. I was able to see what was going on with my brakes which was helpful as well. So I can appreciate that. I have some more work to get done but I can feel the difference from what they done today.

Stopped in to get my breaks done on a Saturday. Was greeted by a nice gentleman and taken care of in a good time. My car is running good and so happy with the professional service I received. I would recommend this business every time.

NOT professional at all. Called to get info for my Mother vehicle. I was lied to about making a appointment and when my Mother showed up they acted like they never talked to me about her car and told her it was first come first serve but told me 11am. Definitely will never use them again main person was Chris who hides behind the phone while telling lies to customers.

The worst service every! I spent in access of $2,400. Chris at the front counter was extremely rude & unprofessional in front of other customers. I dropped off my vehicle at 730am. I was the first in line. I didn't get out until nearly 5pm. I had some front end work done such as shocks, tie rod ends, bearings, alignment and so forth. When I picked up the vehicle, it was parked on the side instead of the front. I got in to leave and it wouldn't start. They left my lights on after supposedly test driving and it drained my battery completely down. I brought this to Chris' attention. He called me a liar and would not offer assistance. Claimed their employee turned off the lights. The switch was in the on position. It was pouring down with rain. He told me I needed to hurry up and go as it was 330-4pm and they closed at 5pm. I was waiting for help to arrive. After leaving, I noticed that the steering wheel wasn't centered and was pulling to the right while driving home. Now, I have to waist another day getting this problem resolved and to face this rude employee once again. I am not happy. This was totally uncalled for. I am concerned that now I'll be facing retaliation upon returning to get this resolved.

About a month ago they quoted me $2500 to do work that I didn't even want done. I only wanted an alignment. Well, I did the work anyway and only spent (between parts and lifetime alignment from Firestone) $421. So HA! I WON! Y'all think y'all can screw everybody over, well it ain't easy to screw me over when I know what I'm doing. Plus I should get whoever test drove my truck without my permission in trouble. But, Lord knows I'll never win on that

When there was something wrong on my car they showed and explained to me what was wrong instead of writing it on paper.He didn t try to force me into any unnecessary repairs but did warn me of future repairs.I d recommend using this shop to anyone needed work!

Appointment was at 8:30am got in early and they got my car done before my scheduled time. Showed and explained what was done and where my alignment was off. Also a warranty and if any problems just bring my car back. Gotta love this.

I wish I could give them less than one star! I really do feel like I got the Little lady treatment from them! I trusted them when they told me what was needed to be done to my car and I am still paying off over $1500 worth of work to this day. And my car is driving worse than when I originally took it to them. When I went back to ask them about this, they told me that there were several things that still needed to be done, and that s why my car was driving like that, but wouldn t even look at it to see if it may have been the work they have already done. But rather continuously insisted I pay another thousand dollars! I do not recommend going here unless you have an assessment done beforehand because they will price gouge, and take advantage of your lack of knowledge of cars.

Went in for noise coming from my rear brakes ended up having $1000.00 worth of work done but none of it went towards the problem I came in for. Went back to have them to see about the problem they didn t fix. They never did another test drive the second time and took my vin number, told me it s my rear axle that s bent which is not. Left bolts out of the backing plate and a few more that they don t put back! And my brakes got worse after I had them work on it! Bad business and a bad experience for me! So it s a BIG NO GO for me going back! Such a rip off! Then good job to the gentleman for hanging up in my face!

Worst service I ve ever had the older guy doesn t like to work and he loves to over charge you and shew you off. I gave him my car because my pedal went out he told me he fixed the problem tried to charge me $260+ dollars when I drove it not only did the pedal not work still he told me nothing I can do about it my car had been there since they opened and I didn t get it back until 3pm come to find out all he had to do was replace the brake bleeder.

I was thinking about getting my front brakes done there. Called and spoke with Chris , asked about price for my truck ...$100 was the response. Then I asked about the shop supplies charge I had heard about from someone that had work done there. Well that is around $30 so now we are at $130 before I get there. Chris also mentioned additional charges.After reading the reviews I don't think I want to go there.

Payed 1000 for front rotors an pads lasted 4 Mo's before the rotors warped they use the cheapest parts avail now I have to replace again but not there

God Awful service . The employee Chris was extremely disrespectful when I no longer wanted to continue with the service. He screamed , cussed and insulted me when I expressed that 538$ was pretty excessive for some break pads. Instead of keeping his composure, he wore his emotions on his sleeves and his coworkers weren t too far behind ! Personally, I wouldn t recommend .

Had a recent alignment done with these guys, and they failed to inform me that my truck's lower control arms needed replacement (didn't find out until weeks later after the alignment took place). So... there goes my warranty. Smh. Then they did a so-called partial alignment (which i paid for again) after I took my vehicle back to address the issue. Be mindful of this place when it comes to alignments.

Customer service was amazing. I paid less here for (premium) pad replacement ($245) than I did at Express Oil Change & Lube ($300). They were QUICK. Probably took less than an hour for my car to be checked and pads replaced.

Do not take your car to this place. They had quoted me a price to have brakes and front and rear rotors. Very high price. I had them replace the pads. The brakes were still grinding. I went back the following week to have them do the front rotors. They called and said they had messed up the caliper while trying to the rotors, so it would have to be replaced. They ended up replacing the caliper and the left front rotor. Still the worst sounding grind, so I took it to my brother s mechanic and he put front rotors and pads on for half the price. Do NOT take your car here. They will rip you off!!!!Service: Brakes
