Finally got my car in for service. The technician was very polite and tried his best. 1 of my electrical issues was explained, a feature I was not aware of. 2 others he had no explanation for. The last one, the driver assist coming on by itself, was shown to be a menu setting. He showed me how to turn it off permanently and left it off. As I pulled out of the dealership, it came back on by itself, just as it had been doing. I subsequently emailed the service advisor about what happened but never received a response.

One of the staffs I talked to was rude and very dishonest. I had my car serviced here the last 2 years. All were fine until today. Before pulling out of their lot, I found that the mirrors were moved so I tried to adjust them. However, one of them has trouble moving in and out though its pitch&yawn were fine. So I talked and show it to one of their guys outside who told me the tech usually fold the mirrors before installing new brakes. That could have affected the electronics. I went inside and talked to the guy at the window who handled my paper work. The first he did is deny liability my guy didn t touch your mirror . This is just a super minor issue and the car is under warranty so there is no point of lying.

I have been a customers of theirs for a long time. Customer Service has completely gone down the hill. I can t even get in touch with anybody to schedule regular service. App scheduling doesn t work and website is unavailable to schedule. I used to really like them. I would not recommend anybody buying a car from them!

Danny Rogers was a very patient , awesome salesman and worked to get me the car I wanted! Josh and Justin in the service department are great to work with!

My experience with the Bentley Hyundai Service Center has been beyond disappointing. Their communication is extremely lacking. It is very difficult to get them to respond to me. They have had my car for a month now and they still have not gotten around to looking at it. I'm actually about to drive there and talk to them in person and make sure the car is still there.Someone warned me before I took my car here, I should have listened.

Beyond disappointed with this service center. They lack communication, seem highly incompetent compared to our normal mechanics whom we trust, and after trying to work through getting a second opinion on the car issue, the service manager Cary had the audacity to be extremely rude and say "we will not be working with your auto shop" on when they found metal shavings in the oil. Just to give context, when we told Bentley Hyundai that there were metal shavings in the oil, they were 'shocked' because 'they didn't test for that'. We will never come back here, and I highly advise everyone to avoid this service center.Service: Engine repair

I have had the worst experiences with this service center. They are rude and dismissive when I try to explain any issues or concerns. I have only been offered an appointment in January when I called in November! I m having what I think are transmission issues and sensor malfunctions and they still won t bump me up! I was told I could leave it at the dealership and hope they get to it, but I actually need my car on a daily basis. This has deterred me from ever buying another Hyundai if this is the only option I have for service in Huntsville. Go anywhere but here!!Service: General repairs & maintenance
