I used them to fix my daughter's iPhone 11 screen twice, with no issues. I took them my wife's iPhone 12 for a screen repair and the phone immediately started using double the amount of battery and the colors on the screen were off. We tried twice to have the manager replace the screen and he refused. We asked for a refund and he refused. He refused to give us the number of the owner or anyone else local. He did give us the corporate number. They agreed that they should have replaced the screen and offered to talk to the store. We never heard anything back. I would not recommend using any Batteries Plus for fixing your cell phone. We ended up using the store in the mall across the road (Talk n Fix), and everything now works.

Wow! What a great store. Robbie helped me with my phone and was very kind! Hate I am just in town for a couple of days but if you need help with a battery, key fob or anything related go see Robbie, top notch customer service! Thanks again for the help!

I took my extension cord with battery backup/surge protection into store to replace battery due to it not working. Tech reviewed and found loose connection and tested battery and found that it was fine. Tech could have easily sold me a new battery. I appreciate their honesty.

Stopped into the Huntsville, Alabama store a couple of days ago to pick up a new bulb for my flashlight. Jacob looked at the flashlight I had brought in, unscrewed the base from the barrel, extracted a bulb, put it in the flashlight and handed it back to me. "This particular brand of flashlights comes with a spare bulb." he told me. I left feeling, why can't all businesses operate with this level of customer service? I stop at Batteries and Bulbs quite often. Hopefully I'll run into Jacob again soon.

It s so nice dealing with a staff that s been trained and certified for battery installations. Most places just hand the newest employee a wrench and let them learn on your products. My cars, watches and electronics are more important to me than let that happen. Thanks for offering a professional service and warranty on the product.

Still waiting in line as of now. Had enough time to write a 20 page review on how business should have more then one employee. This is a joke honestly. I ve never seen a place so unorganized. People are walking out they are losing business. I guess that doesn t matter to corporate

Great online ordering and store pickup experience. I needed replacement batteries for a UPS. They had exactly what I needed and I didn't have to wait for overseas shipping like I normally do with items like this.

This is very poor customer service. I ordered a key for my truck. Did not hear anything so I stopped by. The manager could not find the order and told me that he had no idea what to do about it. Then the very next day, the sales person text me to let me know the key was in. I went by to get the key and have it programmed. They ordered the incorrect key for the truck. I was thinking PD it would need to be reordered and I would owe more for their mistake. I m paid it and they were going to let me know when the new ones ne got in. No such luck. I m went by and said who I was and what I had ordered. Again, blank looks from the associates. They found it and we re going to cut the key, but had to ask me twice about the make and model of the truck yet again. The associate then went to the truck to program the key. It s now been close to 30 minutes again. I am very disappointed in this location and will not be returning anytime soon.

Spoke with Carter Whitt after a placed an on line order over two weeks ago and he advised I had just missed the order time and it would be another week. I waited and finally received a call and email that my battery s were in. I also received a phone call that they were in. I went to the store today 11/09 but no batteries. I was then told those batteries take 2 to 4 weeks to come in and they had been trying to call me regarding this matter. I checked my phone for any calls from batteries plus, I had received none until yesterday when I was told the batteries were in. This is the worse customer service and I ll take my business elsewhere.

Ordered online to save time. The battery was available according to the order. Had planned to leave work and grab it and head home. Got a call as I was leaving work saying that they didn't have the battery and it would be ready two days later. Needed it that day. As soon as I hung up I got an email saying my order was ready for pickup. Went to the store to get a battery or a refund. Got the refund and then had to find a battery. Instead of saving time dealing with the store cost me time.Update to my review. I received a call today, two and a half weeks after the original contact telling me my battery wasn't available. Somebody grabbed the phone telling me it was a new employee. I started telling her that I didn't care and told her how I had been treated. She hung up on me.Had I been cussing or threatening I could understand being hung up on but that never happened.My conclusion is that the people working in this store care nothing about how they treat their customers. Avoid this store if you don't wanted to be treated like garbage.

I contacted BatteriesPlus this morning and talked to Robert. I have a bad back and my wife's computer UPS had gone done. My wife works from home needs need hers UPS for her computer system. I ask if I brought the UPS to them, could they come out and get it from my truck, which they were glad to do, They replaced the battery in the UPS and my wife's system is back up and operating.Thank you Robert and BatteriesPlus for the great service!

Replaced my IPhone 8 Plus glass same day and $100 less than competitors. Online scheduling was easy and saved me an additional $10. Store tech had my phone looking brand new in ~30 minutes! Would definitely recommend this store for cell phone glass repair.

My company sent me to get some very specific batteries for a couple pieces of equipment. I didn't have much hope that they would have them in the store.Me knowing how special these batteries were, I fully expected to have to order them.Much to my amazement, because some other customer needs these very type of batteries, they had 2 in stock. Not just one but two. I got them both and was able to put both machines back into service that day.The counter folks we knowledgeable and efficient. They even carried the batteries out to my truck for me. Awesome service.While I was there I bought a new cell phone battery for my own personal phone. Lifetime warranty. I couldn't pass that up.Stop there first for your battery needs. You can save yourself a lot of time and aggregation.

I called to have my screen fixed they didn't have to part no issue, so they said they ordered it and would be here on a date, I call on that day and they said they didn't even order it, there was a change in management, so I'm like alright sure, and was told for sure they would order it this time around. I waited for the new date and they never called Me back or said anything about it coming in. Eventually had to go somewhere else. Months of waiting for nothing

On line purchase was straight forward and easy, items were available for pickup quickly. Online order offered 10% off purchase, however this negated my military discount. Everyone gets the online discount, which is equal to and negates a military discount, so in reality, no military discount. Tried to get in touch with Zach, but he had posted the wrong number, took a couple weeks to get the right number, by then Zach was no longer with the company. :(

Terrible customer service! I take a working key fob in to get it's battery replaced and then the key fob doesn't work anymore! Ok we put the old battery in the key fob and it still doesn't work. By this time I'm saying what can we do about this. Their solution: $120 for another key fob and programming. Convenient. Fry my key fob and now replacement at my cost. They gave me my money back and said sorry. Trust me avoid this place or all this could happen to you.

My sales person was amazing. I'm disabled and in a power chair that needed new batteries. He not only brought them out to my car but he noticed my wheelchair on the back and offered to install my batteries for me. He's an example of how customer service should be every where. I'm filling this survey out in the parking lot of your store before I leave because I want to make sure this young man was recognized for the wonderful job he done for this old disabled man.

You all have excellent customer service/patience, are very friendly, and take the time to explain the origins of the issues you help to fix. You don't just shrug me off when I stupidly ask why something may be wrong. I appreciate that. Thank you all! Never met an unkind staff member here.

I have called several times over 3 weeks at different time of day and phone is occupied. Left messages and never get a return call. All I wanted to know was status of my iPad I gave them 1 month ago. Finally called other location and talked to someone who was able to let me know the status. Screw the memorial parkway location.

They have what I need, very helpful, professional, friendly. Like the curbside delivery. Easy to order online. They even had a new battery for a very old model of iPhone, which saved all my photos that had not yet been backed up!! Recommended!

I looked at all of the parts stores for a battery for my Prius. None had anything in stock and the prices were extremely high after a 3-day wait. Then, Batteries + Bulbs came up in my search results. Within five minutes, I found the battery I needed in stock, paid for it online and then went in to the store to pick it up. That was easy. And less expensive.

Everything about them is horrible. The on-line ordering system doesn't work and they can be quite rude. The online ordering lets you order products that don't actually exist. Additionally, the on-line web site keeps flashing banners about the discounts for online ordering. That's a scam. I have yet to find a product that they will actually honor the discount for. I've purchased three batteries from them (2 garden tractor and 1 truck) and have had nothing but trouble with my orders. I never did get a receipt from the purchase of my two garden tractor batteries although they promised my receipts repeatedly. Just a sad store all around. I'd rather drive out of town to get a car battery than try to buy from them again.

I and my wife went into this store today in order to return an item. We explained our predicament to the sale person (Charles) who responded affably that he would have to talk to "the boss lady". After doing so he processed our request with efficiency. The bottom line, we were treated as human beings, not just another 'sale'. Very helpful people working there. Store is very clean and has the acrylic shields. I was impressed. I'd shop here again. They replaced the battery in my iPhone in less than 10 minutes.
