Quick story - I walked into AutoZone yesterday evening (Feb 28th 2024) to see if they had a new battery for my 2020 Wrangler... They pulled it up in there system and they had several in stock but said that it would take over an hour to do the swap (store was empty) and that a true auto mechanic "had to do it"...I then went to O'Reilly down the street and Ryan literally had me in and out in about 15 minutes with a brand new battery they installed... I will never step into AutoZone again.... Anyone reading this... go to O'Reilly down the street in the Publix shopping center... don't waste your time at this place.

The guys work up there don t know nothing not just they don t know. Nothing they re jerks to people I ve never seen a place ran the way these ran then on top of it. They updated their system so now they lost most of my warranties for the last time, 15 years that I ve been been buying stuff from them, so now all my warranties are lost if I don t have a receipt but that s why they put it in. The computer is to make sure you got your warranty steel well, guess what they don t have it no more I recommend stop buying from AutoZone all of them.

My battery died at work and I really needed a quick install to get to a meeting. Scott was so helpful. Found me a discount and was ready at the counter for me to pay as soon as I came in. He installed it immediately. So grateful for the wonderful service today!

Way better than O'reilly's least when you walk in. They're not on their phones and talking about where they're partying at next. Also Autozone needs to give Scott It's always helpful and always eager to help.

Needed new wiper blades and Scott did a excellent job of customer service and installation of them ! This gentleman has made a Auto Zone customer of me by the professionalism he showed and his knowledge of the product and his help . I will be returning and encouraging others to do the same .

Never seen the help these guys are at the Auto Zone on Winchester Road.. Conner and Scott are 2 of the most kind and respectful to the customer, also their district manager was a pleasure to speak with. Thanks guys see ya next time.

Alternator went out, so the battery light was on. Went here and the guys offered to charge the battery so that we could get home.
