Very pleased and impressed with the quality, timeliness and affordability of service. Was there for less than an hour and received the best quote after calling 5 providers. My only issue was the glass residue left on my floor. But other than that, great service as well as custom service!

This was the best auto experience I have ever received as a single-woman getting work done on my vehicle. The ladies at the front counter were very polite and knowledgeable. The lobby was clean. Their work was efficient and thorough. The gentle were work professionals and didn t try to charge me more than what I needed done. Great place to get windshield repaired. They had the windshield with all the parts necessary to replace the cracked one. Friendly people. I was in and out in less than 90 minutes. Great work. Recommend!

Melissa was very welcoming and checking in with me every little bit while I was waiting.Ryan was very knowledgeable and explained things to me so I completely understood what he was doing. These folks are FANTASTIC! I called on a Wednesday afternoon and was able to get in at 8am Thursday morning. Very friendly and fast service. I had to call them Friday because I had already gotten a chip in my BRAND NEW windshield! They fixed me right up. Might hold a new record for how quickly I managed to damage my windshield. 10/10 would recommend. Hopefully, I don't have to come back in for windshield repairs but if I do, I'll definitely be using Auto Glass now of Huntsville.

Melissa was great!!! She got my claim processed with my insurance company with great ease. My windshield was ordered on Thursday, and ready the next day, and installed . My family has gone here for years. I would recommend them to everyone!!!

I've used this business several times but this last time I am extremeLy displeased with..It took 4 hours to do something I had an appointment for and was told it would be 1-1.5 hours as well as they left glass pieces all in my trunk and back seat they also did not reinstall my defroster or antenna wires as well as broke off the lever that allows my rear seats to fold down and the weather stripping is already coming out in some areas of the window only 1 day later ...and did not mention any of this too me while I was thereServices: Window installation, Installation, Glass installation, Auto rear window replacement, Auto windshield replacement

They have done my last 3 windshield replacements and I have never had a problem with them. They are speedy, reasonably priced, and do a great job every time

I brought my truck to here to fix my truck window, and while they replaced the glass, they broke my driver side windows control panel, and as if that wasn't enough, they fired me from the office. Definitely, I don't recommend this place. We will do everything to get our rights.

My experience at autoglassnow was great they did a great on both of my cars. Denny is a really cool guy I would recommend hem to install all your glass. Melissa was great at the front desk she helped me out a lot. I'm bringing my cars here for now on

Wonderful experience getting my windshield replaced! Literally half the price quoted from anywhere else--so I didn't have to bother filing with insurance. The manager (Melissa, I think?) was so kind and helpful. Got my quote super quickly and an appointment within 48 hours--hard to do these days! It's not a fancy looking shop, but don't let appearance fool you--this is a top quality shop. I was greeted kindly when I arrived and they got right to work. They booked a 2 hour appointment window, but my replacement was done in less than an hour!! So impressed! On top of quick, friendly service, my total was 20% less than they quoted me! I was blown away! I can't recommend this shop enough!! Beyond impressed!

They do big trucks. They were very fast. They had parking for my trailer, but I suggest you don't bring your trailer.

I had a windshield damage caused by fallen tree branch. I called around the shops and this place had reasonable price with quicker appointment day. I came in first thing in the morning and they did the job done quickly!! Even vacuumed and wiped inside for me and I was 100% ready to go to work from there.Office/waiting room is old but people were nice and professional. Informative, too. Called and got an appointment on Wednesday for front windshield replacement. Was told could bring car in following day for an appointment to replace at 8 am Thursday morning. Go drop of car Thursday. Call at 11 am and am told they ordered the wrong glass ok will be there at 130. 4 pm I now call ok to pick up car go to pick pay and go leave and look just like the old glass. Then after paying I m then told oh yeah forgot to tell you that outing in the glass has some pressure so they will place it. Now I have already paid for a bad peice of glass and now I have to wait until next week to get it done correctly after they already took my money so now I have bad glass out the money and am being held hostage by this company never again don t do it

Got there 15 minutes before my appointment time ms.susan checked me in my car was ready in less than an hour they are soooo friendly and soooo inexpensive I will definitely recommend them

When I say they are the best in the city HANDS DOWN!! I brought my 2022 Handai Sonata in at 4:01pm and they completed my service & put my keys back in my hand by 4:11pm!! They were polite, professional and punctual!! No other glass company could compare!! The head technician Denny comes second to none when it comes to his quality of work!!
