Peter Cox, the owner, is committed to providing the best auto body service in Huntsville, Alabama.I recently had the pleasure of taking my car to Auto Body Concepts Shop, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. From the moment I walked in, the owner was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. The team took the time to assess the damage to my vehicle and provided a detailed explanation of the repair process. The work was completed in a timely manner, and the results were nothing short of exceptional.Not only did they restore my car to its pre-accident condition, but they also went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was perfect. The paint matching was flawless, and the attention to detail was evident throughout the entire repair. beware of the auto body concepts, 2309 Spring Branch Rd SW, Huntsville, AL 35801.they charge customer a lot.they charge me $2408 for my car.if you check his rating at the BBB ,you know what i Say.how can pay $2500 for old car,when my car price is just 42500 dollars.just carefuller and never try whit this guysi told him don't ouch my car ,give me price first,but he didn't.after one week he call me and said car is ready and bring $2500 and take it.One star is too much for this shop.

Hell mess up your timing chain. Said mine was stretched and needed a new one. It ended up being worst should have left the stretched one. He changed it but i guess they dont know how to install it correctly. Took it back to him saying the car wasnt starting normally he said i had to clean out my throttle body. It was all just bs. Couple months later the chain jumped and had to get it replaced at some other shop. They said he didnt do it the right way and didnt change any seals or nothing while he was in it.

Most unprofessional business ever my grandmother paid 2500 to get her car fixed and when we picked the car up he had lost our key and it shakes when it drives bad and brakes are screwed I'm lucky I made it home if my grandmother would have drove it home she would have recked. Its not street worthy to drive. Worst business EVER.
