I highly recommend Audi Huntsville! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the friendly and professional atmosphere. They are definitely the best Audi dealership in north Alabama, hands down!Chris Cooley is a stand out that go above and beyond. As the service technician he s always helpful and informative.My experience at Audi Huntsville was outstanding. I felt heard and the service technician took all my concerns serious during my visit. This left me feeling comfortable, confident, and satisfied. I highly recommend them if you re looking for quality service.

Audi Huntsville is a well run professional and trustworthy sales and service dealership. Our first new Audi experience started with straight honest advice on getting road hazard and Audi Care service plans from Finance Director, Mark Tucker. He explained how important they were to protect our Audi investment especially when living in a high growth area with lots of trucks and other hazards. Over the past 5 yrs, road hazard plan has replaced a windshield and many tires.As far as service, these folks are awesome. If you schedule service ahead of time you can get a loaner. Also, the service agents Jeff Mcelwain and Chris Cooley do an excellent job. The waiting area is clean and has coffee, water and snacks.

Awesome experience.. Audi of Huntsville is where you need to go. JJ Jones is a true professional and genuine guy! He s your man! He sold me my first Audi.. Paperwork was painless. Professional and very hospitable staff!

Awesome experience, the Q7 is my fourth Audi and the best to date. JJ Johnston, my Sales Representative is extremely knowledgeable in the many features of the q7 and spent the time to build and locate the automobile for us. Mark Turner, the Finance Director processed the closing in a professional and expedited manner. Also, a shout out to the entire Service Department who have serviced and maintained my various Audi s. Definitely will return for my next Audi.Dennis

The absolute best car buying experience I've ever had. 100% worth the drive from Chattanooga. JJ, my sales person, was the exact opposite of every bad caricature you think of when you think of car salesmen. Everything was taken care of before we got there, including having the car detailed and filled with gas. The entire team was both gracious and professional. I cannot recommend this dealership enough It's the first car I ever bought from them, but it will most certainly not be the last.

He is very knowledgeable about the vehicles and quickly explained the pros of my new vehicle! I hadn t purchased a vehicle in a long time, he made me feel very informed and confident about my decision. He was also very patient, polite and professional. He provided top notch customer service and I don t know what I would have done without him. Fantastic experience buying from Audi Huntsville. Austin (sales rep) and Eric (manager) were extremely professional in helping me find the right SUV for me. They made the buying process quick and easy and were a delight to work with. AJ and Ryan were so helpful with the entire buying process. The dealership looked so nice and everyone was friendly. The manager could use better costumer service skills. We still purchased a car today and we love it!! Just did not appreciate feeling like a bother.

I thoroughly enjoyed my car buying experience at Audi of Huntsville! My salesman, Josh, was phenomenal. Not only did he show concern for my comfortability physically and financially, but he paid attention to my happiness as well. Josh was also incredibly knowledgeable concerning each and every vehicle he showed me. He displayed patience and humbleness throughout the process. Jeb was very polite and helpful, he sold me on a full service which it really needed, instead of just the routine oil change. The service team are very professional, they send a video explaining their findings. I love that they give your car a courtesy wash, felt like I was getting into a new car. And thanks to Frank for the very pleasant ride to work.

My first time coming here especially without my grandfather, I had an excellent service rep named Jeb Stewart. He was very helpful and was very patient with me and my zero knowledge on car services. He kept me up to date with everything happening with my SUV and even called after everything was done just to make sure my car was still perfect. Thanks for all the help!

As a first time Audi owner, I was uncertain of what to expect. However with Jeb Stewart as my service advisor it was a great experience. Mr. Stewart answered my questions about the service schedule and other relevant issues with knowledge and suggestions that were very helpful in my decision making process. The service department was also a welcomed change from past experiences with other dealers. With Patrick as my service technician, I was informed step by step and shown with video what they were looking at. I now understand why so many people are dedicated Audi owners.

I worked with Josh Manigan at this dealership and he was very helpful with giving intricate details about the car I inquired about. Always helpful and friendly. Had a service where a bad spark plug was put in the car. Started to drive home & realized there was a problem - called them and they waited for me to return and troubleshoot the actual problem. They went above & beyond to get me back on the road with a perfectly functioning Q7. Great people!

I can t say enough good things about Audi Huntsville s service department. Jeb Stewart has been simply amazing to work with! He s been a consistent advocate for me as a client, very accommodating, and an excellent communicator. Their technicians are also amazing, tenacious at solving the problem, and intentional about sharing their diagnostic findings, the process and the prescriptive solution. I ve actually learned a lot about my car through their videos. I am very pleased with the service I ve received through Audi Huntsville and would highly recommend them to anyone!

Great Customer Service! Everyone there is very knowledgeable. The job that was performed was an alignment on my 2012 Audi S5 4.2L. I will say the price was a little high $347.94. But you do have to think, you re taking your vehicle to professionals. They also take very great care of your vehicle. Couldn t be happier!

My car was in the shop for an emergency fix plus new tires and realignment, but I had to have a scheduled surgery the next day. Chris in the service department arranged for me to drive home in a loaner car and had a kind employee deliver my car to my front door when it was ready. Also, I accidentally left something important/valuable in the car when I dropped it off and it was right where I left it when I got my car back, so thanks to all you honest people working in the service department.

Bought a 2019 Audi q5 while stationed in Korea, my mother saw and received the car to have it waiting for me upon return. The dealership sold this car stating it was pristine and it only has 19000 miles. Upon landing earlier today I took a good look and discovered gashes (deep scratches in the paint) on the front and rear bumper, the car was not cleaned prior to handing to my mother, and a sound every time the brake caliper is actuated. Went to the dealership only to be told that it s been two weeks nothing they can do about it. These guys did what you expect from a greasy dealership, took advantage of an old lady and got one over on a long distance buyer. If you are military, a long distance buyer, or an older woman please beware of this dealer, they will not care about your business after the transaction is complete

I hope there isn't a limit on how many words because there are so many people to thank. Looking for a car is very stressful for me since I have bought many cars from one person who retired a couple of years ago. I do not like to be pressured and that shuts the deal down. However, AJ Mckinnon reached out after inquiring of a vehicle online. No pressure at all and he allowed me to come in earlier than my appointment when plans had changed. Then when I got there earlier he set me up with Michael for a test drive as he was with someone and didn't want me to wait even though I had the day. I quickly let them know if I felt pressure it was over. Michael only let me know the deal that was going on at the time and was very personable. I let them know, I would make a decision the following Monday. I got a text that morning that the car was gone. AJ then asked what I really wanted and when I told him he found another. I told him I would be there after work and asked about another one I saw. When I got to the dealership, the first one was just sold, but Michael showed me the second and handed me over to Elijah who handled my negative attitude with grace. I had questions for Maurice the sales manager, just because I do not like sales managers. However, he answered my questions and was the very best sales manager I had ever dealt with. I think my husband had to apologize for my behavior. No excuse to treat someone like that but I've been treated horribly by past sales managers before. Anyway Maurice's answers are what sealed the deal! I was ready. Mark handled my paperwork with ease and the fastest I had ever had. Thanks to the whole team for dealing with a difficult customer! P.S. Mark I'm still waiting on that Christmas List!
