Had these guys do my timing belt, water pump, cam seals, all replaceable parts for job. They were very reasonable, reliable, and responsible and responsive. They looked into an exhaust hanger issue and weren t pushy in having it done as I didn t want to get part from local dealer. They didn t push me into oem parts from dealer, but were great in sourcing quality aftermarket parts. They put everything back very cleanly after doing the job! Car looked to be washed after too! Highly recommend these guys over the local dealers for euro cars!!

I purchased a car from the shop in Feb 2020 (2003 CLK 55 AMG), more than 3 years later I can say it is my favorite car I've ever owned and has given amazing service. I grew up in a shop, they put the car up on a lift and let me examine it, test drive it, connect it to diagnostic equipment, all before I purchased.Great experience doing business with them and HIGHLY recommended!

Today I stopped by this auto shop because my 2021 range rover velar had some squeaking that I kept hearing in my steering wheel. I knew if I took my car to Land Rover in Huntsville they would charge me a fee and than schedule an appointment to have it checked out. The nice gentlemen one of the owners was kind enough to test my drive car to see where the squeaking was coming from and went above and beyond and fixed it and did not charge me anything. Thank you so much. You just got a new customer and I will be back to have my car serviced here. This made my entire day.

Ashley Garage has provided me great work for the past two years! They are always friendly and communicative. John puts in the extra effort to explain the diagnosis and gives me options to move forward with the fix! I appreciate their honesty and I always feel like my VW is in good hands!

I ve recently started taking my Mercedes to Ashley Garage after my warranty ended and service was no longer covered. The cost for service is considerably lower with exceptional customer service. Each time I ve taken my vehicle in they have gone over everything with me and explained clearly what service was completed and any issues they found that would need to be addressed on future maintenance. Highly recommend Ashley Garage for the quality of service and value.

This garage had my mini Cooper for 2 months was told everything was fixed. After a month of having my car repaired. There were still problems such as battery issues, and need of antifreeze. I was then told that they need to keep it for additional days after my husband felt like he wanted to go back to them. I decided that s was not what I wanted to do and asked and waited for my car to be given back since they took it into the garage section. When I got there on 12/12 my car engine light was not on. But when they gave me my car back my engine check light was on. My husband and I pay a lot of money for my car the first time to get it fixed. I m not the kind of person to let anyone get me again. And on top of it all I was told not to come with an attitude. When I explaining my experience and concerns with this company and the work by the mechanic. This company has lost my trust and I will tell everyone I know about this situation.In addition, I ask a question would you let the same doctor cut you open and work with you for over two months and then when you get home you re still sick, just to turn around a month later to get cut open again? And then be told to lose the attitude!Please be aware! I will never used them again.

If you've got a performance vehicle, don't take it anywhere else.You see, it used to be that you got what you paid for, but the world doesn't work that way anymore.You might think to yourself, "I'd better take it to the dealership... It's just a job to those whelp mechanics, most of whom are fresh out of trade school. Sure, they give you the red carpet treatment, but behind the scenes they're all about maximizing profits.Do you want an honest mechanic? Do you want someone who cares about you, your wellbeing, and doing the right thing? How about someone who enjoys their job, who opens up the shop with a smile on their face because they know, that day, they're going to give another beautiful vehicle the care it deserves?Take your baby to Ashley. They'll tell it to you straight, even if it costs them money. They'll fix it right, even if they have to go the extra mile. They won't nickel and dime you with unnecessary procedures.These guys love your car as much as you do; don't let anyone else touch it.

We worked with Jon Hart who gave us the best experience! (Mercedes E-350 ) My husband both work from home so we only have one car, I had a critical surgery at UAB and Jon worked on our vehicle fast! The personnel at this garage are some of the most knowledgeable, professional, and courteous I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. This is the place you want to take your European vehicle. The team assessed my vehicle and completed the work with expert precision, quality and timeliness. I will continue to use this garage exclusively for my Mini service and repairs.

Jon and his staff are the best in the business. I have been using Ashley Garage every since I had a bad experience with another shop in town. I need a part that wasn t available in the US. Jon found it in Europe and had my car back to me ahead of schedule. This Guy knows his stuff! I was so impressed with his knowledge on BMW's. He took time to explain everything in detail so that I could understand. As a woman who does not know anything about vehicles, that was greatly appreciated. I did have to make an appointment to get my car in but he works quickly and only had my car for one day. I can t say anything but great things about my experience here!From the very first phone call (which was even answered after they were closed) they were super polite, knowledgeable, and very friendly.They scheduled me in quick and got the job done as promised for the amount they quoted me, which was a significant savings over the dealership estimateSean even gave me a call after I left to make sure I was filled in on all of the repairs they made on my car and in to see if I had any questions.Five stars are all the way! I have a 2018 Audi Q5 that I had towed to Ashley s garage. John, the owner called me and told me yes, it is your water pump. I mentioned to him that there was a class action lawsuit for the water pumps, but Audi did not mention that to me, I found it online myself . He asked if he could reach out to Audi on my behalf to see if he could get them to pay for it. It was not long and he had an answer and it was in my favor! John didn t have to do that. He could have repaired my car and I would ve been out money on a repair that Audi should have mentioned to me. I did have my car towed over to Audi since the repair is covered, but I will be using Ashley s for any further maintenance on my Audi. Highly recommend!

This was my first time coming here (got a recommendation from both a Firestone and Mercedes dealership as a local place to work on European cars). They were easy to work with. Walked right in and explained what I was dealing with on the car, and they were easy to talk to and got right on figuring it out. I plan to do more business here in the future.Update: They did a great job working on my car. They texted me updates over the day, answered all my questions well, never pressured me do extra work, and just felt like they treated it like their own car. Grade A service.

I called Ashley s Garage to have some routine maintenance done on my Audi. John Hart answered the phone. I liked him immediately as he spoke very directly and matter of factly. His style of communication is absolutely crystal clear. You know exactly what he is going to do and what he is not going to do. I had to set an appointment as I am an out-of-town customer. When I dropped my car at the shop he began analysis right away. Turns out I provided the wrong VIN number to him so he was not prepared with the correct parts. My fault .not his. He diagnosed what he could and came up with a thorough list of the things he recommended for my car in order of urgency. His prices are upfront and I get an overwhelming sense that he will shoot you straight. As we continue to watch things change for the worse in our world it s refreshing to know that there are still people out there that will do exactly what they say they re going to do and do an honest and fair job at a crystal clear price. My Cooper was giving me some ABS signals, so I made a Facebook post looking for a foreign car shop. Ashley s Garage had an overwhelming number of recommendations. One of the car techs (Jon) actually reached out to me through Facebook to book a consultation for only a couple days after the initial post. During the consultation, he was quick and thorough with the diagnosis! Definitely will be coming back!Services: Vehicle Inspection, Vehicle safety inspection

We ve used Ashley s Garage twice now for our Volvo XC60 and both times were met with very knowledgeable professionals. Reasonable cost and fast service. It s nice to know you ve got a trustworthy mechanic when you need them! Check them out!

These guys are super friendly and trustworthy. When I was having trouble getting my EV to charge, they even went out of their way to come over and help, which they did not have to do.By the way, check out their new free EV charging in the side lot. They went 20 KWH which makes it faster. Also, feels like a safe spot as it s fenced in.

I can not recommend this place enough. The owner, John is extremely knowledgeable and goes above and beyond anywhere else.It s a local Huntsville business with a down to earth vibe.I m very happy I found these guys.I won t take my car anywhere else. I know it s in good hands here :)

The rear subframe on my Mercedes Benz CLA needed replacement due to an accident. The mechanic was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what was needed to repair my vehicle. Mike does excellent work! He explained what was wrong with my car, how he would fix it, the parts required, and a shared an estimate not only of how long it would take to complete, but how much I could expect to pay.If you re looking for quality work at a fair price-go to Ashley Garage!

Even though I didn't use their service in the shop, their support staff was very helpful in helping me resolve an issue. I have a 2003 Mercedes which is beyond the age range they prefer to work on. That is due to lack of parts availability. I had the ABS warning light come on after replacing the battery. He told me what to try to clear the warning light. And it worked. Now I know to cycle the steering wheel stop to stop a few times next time this occurs.This is a very friendly staff and even though they couldn't work on the vehicle they will help out as much as they can with great service advice! If only my car was newer.

Mike is an amazing mechanic. I hit a pothole and bent a bunch of stuff. Mike was able to find the bent parts and replace them for less than a quarter of the cost that the dealership was going to charge, and he found bent parts that the dealership overlooked. Overall Ashley garage is a great shop and I will definitely be taking my car back when I have issues.
