We are so very pleased with how our carpets now look like new after a cleaning by Allen s Carpet Cleaning. Eric provided outstanding service, was very pleasant to work with and left our carpets looking amazing and smelling so nice. I HIGHLY recommend Allen s Carpet Cleaning. I wish I had taken a before photo but this bedroom carpet had many spots and now is spotless

Amazing work! I m glad I listened to the other reviewers and went with Allen. He even used my natural (Azure Standard brand) carpet cleaner with no problems. This left my carpet clean and home unscented. There was still a bit of dog smell in a few areas from the previous owners but that was the result I was willing to accept considering he used my product.The old carpet from previous owners looked rough and Allen s Carpet Cleaning was able to get it almost new looking (minus some minor stains that I am sure no one could get out).I wish I had a before and after, but here is just the after. This part of the steps was very dirty and gross to the touch. Now it s clean feeling, the loft is back, and it s many shades lighter.

Allen was excellent to deal with. He took a difficult carpet situation and made the best of it and to boot - worked on it on a Saturday and for a very reasonable price. His knowledge about carpet was clear and I'd trust him for future jobs.

I strongly recommend Allen s Carpet Cleaning! They did such a beautiful job that I can never go back to a big company again. We moved into this house 6 months ago and had the carpets cleaned by Stanley steamer, they were in and out in 30min. Allen s carpet cleaning stayed and cleaned the carpet thoroughly

Allen was very courteous and provided an accurate estimate for my couch cleaning by telephone today. Eric and his team were able to come the same day that I made the appointment and did an excellent job. They spent over two hours working on every couch cushion and every fabric surface on the couch. It smells and looks great! Highly recommend this local business!

I cannot say enough about Allen's Carpet Care. Today I had a disaster in my camper trailer. He was able to come out in 30 minutes, and take care of my mess from the black tank thoroughly. My carpets and floors looked and smelled amazing....and so did the little bathroom....he even vacuumed the vent while he was in there.... The quality was exemplary, I wasn't charged an arm or a leg, he was extrememly professional from start to finish. I have been a long time customer because he does a great job at a fair price. Thank you so much!

Scott and Robert were EXCELLENT!! With myself a hairstylist/makeup lover, 3 kids, and a construction business owning husband my light beige carpets were a dirty mess, it was embarrassing having company over with muddy little and big footprints being the first thing you saw when walking into my house, the drink stain in my sons room, and the lipstick stain in the hallway my kids made while "trying to give each other a make-over" One of my husbands employees recommended and called Allen's carpet and upholstery cleaning, they were quick to come out, they listened to my problem areas and delivered! They were quick, friendly, professional, and the results were phenomenal!! If you want quality service, and great prices this is the place to go!! I highly recommend and will tell everyone who will listen! Thanks Scott and Robert for making my house/carpet look and smell wonderful again!!

Outstanding Service for a Great Price: Allen's Carpet did an outstanding job. They stretched as well as cleaned my home, returning the next day to verify that the carpet was tight after it dried, then went over a couple spots that they did not feel was tight enough. Quality work and reliable crew. Highly recommend Allen's Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning to anyone who is looking for quality work at a reasonable price.

Great experience!! Needed someone on the fly and they came the very next day. Eric was very kind and professional. Excellent customer service and fast response time. They have 5 stars for a reason!! Needed both rugs and 2 sofas cleaned due to my smallest dog urinating on it and my biggest slobbering on it, also both putting hair on the sofas. Allen s nephew was very professional and has exceeded my expectations! He rid all of the hair and the smell is no more. The services are also reasonably priced as well! Will be using this company for their services again for my rental properties!

There s not enough stars to rate the professionalism and quality of work these guys do. And, even better they are a small business, which is my first criteria when looking for the services I need. While they offer a variety of services, we ve used them for carpet repair and cleaning of our rugs. Eric and his wife are so pleasant too! I just wish I had found them sooner.

They did an excellent job! I can't believe how clean they got our couch and ottoman. They worked really hard to get all the old stains out. They took their time and did the job right. Also, both men were super friendly, kind, and helpful. They're affordable too! 100% recommend Allen's!!

I had a patch of carpet that was torn up by my dog, I was afraid of how much it would cost me to have it fixed but they were very reasonable. Allen s carpet set my mind at ease with everything, they made sure that every question I had was answered and was very professional. Arrived exactly at the time they specified ( that goes a long way in my book ), they did an outstanding job repairing the area and making it look like there was never an issue there before. I will highly recommend them to anyone that I know in the north Alabama area that needs any carpet services.

Scott and Eric are a fantastic team! Personal and friendly but hard workers when it comes to stretching, tacking and shampooing my carpet to prepare my home to sell! I was ecstatic at the way they took out the wrinkles and then cleaned with such completeness! Thank you for your hard work! Allen has two guys that are keepers!!!

I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Blankenship for carpet stretching today. He and his crew members were professional, VERY reasonably priced, and didn't waste time during the service. Both were professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to have their carpets stretched. I wish I had the pics for the before and after! Awesome job!!

They were very professional. Gave a courtesy call before arriving. My nine year old living room set looks like new and smells great. We have two dogs, a cat and teenagers. They removed every stain. Very quick and efficient. I definitely recommend them.

Allen did a fantastic job with cleaning our furniture! He removed stains that we did not believe would ever be able to be removed. I'm super happy that we've found someone who really cares about the work he is doing. Allen will definitely be coming back to our home on an annual basis!

I am very happy with the professional cleaning that was provided. This is the first time that I have ever been satisfied with a company cleaning my carpets and they are actually clean--no residue was left and the carpet is fluffy. The carpet also has a very fresh smell. They really know what they are doing. They are really nice guys and are very knowledgeable and attentive to the customer's needs.

We have used Allen's services at Thrive in Jones Valley multiple times. I can not express how amazing they are to work with. There has always been very clear communication, easy scheduling, and great quality work from professionals who care about their work. I recommend them to everyone that I know!

Allen and his crew were very polite and professional. I had heavily pet soiled carpets that I was sure were destroyed. But they were able to get rid of the odor as well as bringing life back to the carpets. I now refer them to everyone I know. Two thumbs up!

These guys just did a phenomenal job cleaning my white cloth sectional... again! Having used them in September to breathe life back into this same couch (and at which they FAR exceeded my expectations), I naturally thought of them when I decided to baptize said sofa with a ridiculously large mug of coffee, piping hot and full of delicious upholstery nightmares like half-and-half.If I had to quantify it, I would say that their coffee stain removal technique was one million percent effective. That may be a teensy bit of an exaggeration... but not by much.Let me be clear: Allen's Carpet and Upholstery COMPLETELY eliminated a coffee stain the size of Alaska from my WHITE cloth sectional. And bonus: my whole house smells fantastic! Seriously, these guys are professional, courteous, honest, hard-working, and darn skilled at what they do. I will continue to use them and encourage others to do the same.

The price for 2 rooms, 2 rugs, and 2 upholstery were great compared to the other companys quotes .... Owner (Allen) based, through cleaning...Would definetly choose them again.....

Easy to work with, reasonably priced. Eric did a great job and was honest in the products I needed/didn't need. Furniture and rugs look great! Will use again!
