First time taking my motorcycle to All Pro. I appreciate that they are willing to work on older bikes. Their initial estimate was very close to final cost and they seemed to have fixed the issue.James was my main POC.

bought a new white wall tire on a 21 inch wire wheel i bought the innertube they told me it would be $38 because wire wheels are different. i let themput it on my wheel.ended up paying close to 50$ and not only were my rims scratched to hell after i reinstalled the rim on my bike, when i woke up the next morning to ride the rim was on flat.they looked at me like im crazywhen i told them my issue.so im out 50bucks.they dont know how tires work so i just go cyclegear.i wouldve loved for allpro to do my work but they know they are one of only a couple mc shops so they take advantage of people too often.

I went here to buy new tires first time buying tires on a motorcycle needed help picking out tires. Like the commander 3 told him I wanted a matching pair they told me these tires matched but front tire was a touring tire back tires are cruising Tire they don't match they lied. I asked him how much the installation would be before I left they told me $110 Picked up bike they charged me $165. When I asked why 165 you said 110 was just for the back tire 50 more dollars to install the front tire. Don't go here these guys are dishonest!! Call around before you call these guys local shops do free installation.

Editing my first visit/review based on a recent call I had with All Pro.On 1 Aug I called and spoke with James about bringing some wheels and new tires to the shop for a mount and balance - wheels off the bike. Asked if I could drop them off first thing when they opened and pick them up a few hours later. He gave me a bit of the runaround, not able to commit to a "few hours later" because he was giving priority to the people who bought their tires there. I'm still paying for the service of mounting/balance, no special discount or preferential treatment. I asked when I could pick them up Saturday, and he still couldn't commit to a Saturday pickup.I'll take my business elsewhere from now on.First time visiting James and the crew at All Pro. Needed some new tires installed. Pull the wheels and brought them, along with the new tires, to the shop and they swapped them out with the quickness and for a very reasonable rate! Less expensive than some other shops in the area, no question.In addition to service, they have a small parts area with helmets, tires, brake pads, oil & other engine additives.I'll definitely be back!Service: Tires

Okay so we all know in the bike world, at least in Huntsville, there are very few places to trust for your bike. Especially sport bike, Freedom is overpriced and I don t trust them. Fayetteville Cycle is limited on brands. This place so far is honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable. Recommend them to anyone. Wait time is a little long but that s because everyone and their momma is taking their bikes there. Looking forward to using them on my services and repairs.

Excellent work and fast turn around by some of Alabama's best bike mechanics. A+ guys. If it needs done rare or new, they can do it with quality.

Very good tire prices for the tires I need for my bikes, and way, way better on mount and balance than anywhere in Fayetteville-shop local,, yeah right!!Great service! Knowledgable techs.They have done work to both my Goldwing and VTX.These are bike guys, not just somebody that went to school and decided to opened a bike shop, it makes a difference!As far as I m concerned, this is my shop where I ll have anything done I can t do,, or don t have the speciality tools to do myself!Great job!Those reviewers that complain about labor rates etc, maybe you should learn how to work on your own bike, if nothing else, at least routine maintenance, then maybe you could be out riding instead of sitting around whining and leaving bad reviews about prices! Do you leave bad reviews when your pay $5 for a cup a coffee,, or $8 for burger? No , you dont. But for some reason you peckerheads think mechanic work and parts are cheap.But those kinda people don t do ANY maintenance until something quits or breaks, then they want it fixed yesterday!

I m from out of town, but rode to Huntsville on business. During the ride, I noticed a noise in my engine I wasn t familiar with. I went to All Pro Powersports and talked to Sam.He listened to my bike, took time to move around and identify the sound, but finally advised it did not sound like a substantial problem. After asking how far I had to go to get home, he gave a possible diagnosis to check when I got home, but said he believed it would be fine to get me home.

Called and dude just sounded like he didn t wanna help me. Called before and they were rude also. Just don t really seem like they wanna sell parts or help you.

STOLEN BIKE! My bike was stolen from their lot and they have REFUSED to provide their insurance information. There are no cameras on the property and if something happens they are gonna tell you it's not their problem. I'm filing for litigation with my lawyer right now. :::UPDATE!!::: My bike was recovered. The guy that stole it was pulled over RIDING IT! This shop told me it would be between 2 and 3 THOUSAND DOLLARS just to get the bike roadworthy. About 1200 of that would be for a fuel injector that was shot and it wouldn't start without it. That was a LIE. The guy that stole it charged the battery, found a spare key I didn't even know about in the glove compartment, aired up the tires and STARTED IT RIGHT UP! Which would have been impossible if allpro was being honest about the fuel injector being blown.. There are shops that will do right by you, but finding them can take some trial and error.. but a wise person will take note from the mistakes of others.. do not trust this shop. Good reviews or not, those people were probably sold repairs they didn't need and have no clue.. I will be doing everything I can to s**t on their heads in court to encourage them to start doing right by the people kind enough to trust them with their business.

This is a great shop and are super friendly and helpful. They did a great job mounting my new tires to my goldwing wheels and they did it for a reasonable price. I look forward to going to them in the future for other vehicle projects.

They took great care of me. They made me aware of other problems but realized im probally not super concerned about that type of repair. Im very pleased with there service I will be back again. A job well done

May 2015: Excellent and timely service by people I can trust, and with very reasonable rates...2021 Update: I still get better service here, and at better prices, than I've gotten anywhere else. But even more important is the trust they've earned. I feel assured that whatever work I need will be done correctly and timely.> And one more thing, they're Dog Lovers! I like that!

Repaired an older Yamaha dirt bike that had been idle for way too long. Bike seems to be running great. Price was very fair. Great work. I'll be back.

The price was fair and the quality was good, but what I really want to comment on is the attention that they give to the customer.This appears to be one of the few places out there today that truly seems to care about customer service.They are pleasant and seem to enjoy working.They are fast and responsive to the customer needs.I will only use them from now on.JoeService: Engine repair

If you are looking for a motorcycle shop, look no further, hands down the best shop I have ever walked into. Owners are very respectful, courteous, and friendly. Staff is outstanding! Honest and excellent service. They gave me the best price in the area the first time, no haggling or sneaky hidden fees! I can't say enough about these guys. Thank you so much!

These guys are great and their prices are very reasonable. I have been taking my Ninja 650 to them since I purchased the bike back in Nov 2013. They have done all of the maintenance and even put a rear tire on! Dont waste your time taking your bikes to any other shop! If you you want it done and you want it done right for a reasonable price then look no further! These guys are truly awesome and they have been in the business longer than I have been alive! Don't just take my word; go and try them out! Tell them Myron sent ya!

Best motorcycle repair and sales shop in Huntsville! James, Sam and the rest of the staff are there for you and by doing that they develop trust and a relationship and then make a living rather than main dealer shops here just out to make a buck. You would be crazy to go anywhere else.

Needed a bolt for my clutch plate replacement. (Don't ask lol) they were very helpful, although I had already paid for a bolt I stopped here anyway and they gave me such an inviting and welcoming spirit! I appreciate that as I was hesitant to walk in. They really took good care of me and gave such good advice! This will be the FIRST place I stop when needing service or assistance on my bike! (HSV, AL)

I took a 21 year old Honda in there that required a lot of work, including carbs. They had it a while, due to parts on order, and communicated that along the way. Got it back, wasn't completely happy with the carbs, and they took it back in , no questions asked, and spent a little more time on it and it now runs great! Highly recommended! This is the best this bike has run in over 15 years.

Haven't seen their work yet as I just dropped off the Busa a few days ago but if it's anything like their customer service I'm in good hands. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

Absolutely awful customer service. Brought my bike in for a new rear tire. While it was there getting the tire, the whole back light set (blinkers, taillight, and break light) stop working properly. Left blinker would come on when I turned the right one on and the other way around. The break light would blink when ever either turn signal was on. When I brought it back to the shop the very next day, they refused to to look at it, and told me to leave as he turned his back and walked away. I was being polite until this point. I will never be going back or recommending this shop to anyone. P.S. the person who refused to look at and told me to leave was one of the employees pictured on Google maps.

Took 3 weeks to change spark plugs. Requested an oil inspection and change if necessary, which never got done. Mentioned that they gave the bike a wash, which also didn't happen. 100 dollars for an oil change and 200 dollars for spark plug change is very high.

They helped me with my little cheap China bike when I was turned away by many other dealers. Staff was very knowledgeable and the price was fantastic for their work. Will be a return customer!!!

Very bad experience. Spent $400 dollars to tune up my 4 wheeler. When I got it back if you turned the gas on it poured gas. Carried it back and they said we didn't check the carburator. For a $400 tune up I would have thought they would. Got it back, cranked it twice and it did the same thing. Carried to a cycle shop in Albertville to get the carburator worked on. They called me today and said my oil level was way to high and the oil was black. I can only assume this place didn't bother to change the oil, just put more in it. I WILL NEVER carry anything else here to be worked on....
