I threw a belt on the interstate and Bradley showed up and was quickly able to tell that it was a bearing and they would need to order the new waterpump. Bradley was very clear in his explanations and was a pleasure to talk to. The next day in dealing with Bradley and those in the office, everyone was so very nice and accommodating. I can not express how much I enjoyed my experience with them even if it was for a break down.

Everyone at Advancee Maintenance was so great! We called mid-afternoon and they had someone available as soon as we arrived. Got our headlight issue corrected quickly and got us back out on the road. We will definitely use them again if we are in the area. Thanks sooo much!

I recently experienced doing business with a Local Truck Repair organization doing business as Advanced Maintenance 1311 Grace Street Huntsville, AL 35801.I needed to have my Liftgate repaired. The gentleman I spoke with about the repair seemed very professional during our initial conversation.He agreed to look at it and I dropped it off on Monday January the 23rd. He called me Tuesday morning and told me he needed to order a part. We agreed to overnight it to save downtime.The next day I called and was informed the part didn t come. I waited patiently. Thursday I reached out, still no part! I called Friday and was informed they had to pick the part up from the parts store, and that they didn t have a Tech there but my truck would be ready on Monday around Lunch time.I contacted them on Monday (after Lunch) and they put me on hold for roughly 12 minutes only to come to the phone and say the truck was being worked on. They called around 2:00 only to tell me that they had put the new part on but the Liftgate was still not working.They wanted to order another part to see if that would fix the problem but I told them not to because I could see where this was heading! I told them I would pick up the truck.When I got there they gave me a bill for a new part that didn t fix my truck and wanted to explore other Fixes . I asked them if their Techs went to school because if so they should know how to Diagnose a problem in order to do a repair. I wasn t going to let them do a repair by Trial and Error , especially when there is diagnosis machinery that is utilized by most repair shops that is far more accurate.I let the manager know that I was used to doing business where I paid full price for a complete and working repair. I decided to cut my Losses and take my truck to someone that knows what they are doing.I paid the invoice using a debit card and was charged $29.99 to used my card which I feel is a rip-off. It was NOT a Credit card but a Debit Card. That is still too much even for a Credit Card!If you re considering ADVANCED MAINTENANCE, you should do business elsewhere.I DO NOT Recommend leaving your vehicle with this Company! PERIOD.Oh, every time I inquired about my vehicle I had to make the initial contact.They never kept me informed!I spent $367.50 on Labor, a $210.22 Part and left with an UNREPAIRED LIFTGATE!And by the way, I picked up my unrepaired truck and took it to a reputable repair company across town. They diagnosed the problem and repaired the life gate within one hour. The problem was a wire that had been pulled loose. Very simple diagnosis that was easy to spot for a reputable technician.I Plan to make them a household name

I've been in business since 2007 and this is my very first time doing a review due to the great service that I was given by Amanda the office lady and Doug the diesel mechanic. Thanks a lot for your help when I had issues with my truck at Costco in Huntsville, AL Doug was on top of it until he was able to make it start.

The only reason they have more than one star is they came out when nobody else would. But as far as knowledgeable??? I spent close to $1000 for them not to be able to diagnose an air leak. Which turned out to be a bad air compressor. In my humble opinion, you shouldn't be a diesel mechanic if you can't diagnose a bad air compressor within 6-8 hours. Thanks for nothing...but two more days of downtime than needed.

Truck was at their shop for a week. They charged us $2600 to NOT FIX OUR TRUCK and for us to have to tow our truck back to Birmingham to get fixed. Our mechanic in Birmingham said they didn t understand what they did to our vehicle and something smelled fishy with their diagnostic and description of labor.
