I went in for a tail light bulb. They searched their computer and told me 2 different numbers and said the LED was a good upgrade and would be brighter. I went that route and it makes my blinker blink fast. Then the guy was rude when I tried to return the $25 bulb they recommended. They should be more knowledgeable before suggesting things! Now I m out $25.

By far the best service I ve ever gotten. Pete and Travis were so helpful and friendly and never hesitated help. They worked with me while buying parts for new brakes. I had no idea where to even start and Pete made sure he got me the right parts at the best price. So thankful I went in that night

Don t buy a battery from these guys. We went in to exchange a 12 v battery, because when I got it home, it failed to crank my ATV. So I tested it myself and it read 10.4 volts. Took it into the store and they tested it, their machine read 9.4 volts. Now, all I wanted was a new battery To replace the faulty one they sold me for over 100 dollars. Not going to happen, they said. They wanted to charge this faulty battery back up and send it back home with me. They also tried telling us we only had 30 days to return these, which we were still inside, and after calling corporate, they informed us we have up to 90 days to return batteries. So we headed over to the Bob Wallace location since moores mill denied our services. Jason at the Bob Wallace location tested the battery and their machine stated it was a defective battery. They gave us a brand new one with no problems or questions asked and we got it home and we cranked right up. Steer clear of this location. They don t care about their customers, only saving their own location money and hassles that they caused by selling a defective battery in the first place.

The lady was super nice and was happy I did not wait till it was pouring rain to get new windshield wiper blades..she told all about the different priced ones and was happy ti just put them on right then .will be back.

Wayne at this location could ve killed my family or someone else last night being careless at closing time. My wife and mother-in-law were buying a windshield wiper but didn t know how to install it. He was extremely rude and threw a necessary part of the new wiper in the trash can and when asked if the part was supposed to be thrown away, he said it ll be fine, you don t need it . 15 minutes later the wiper flew off going 70mph down I-565 in the pouring rain. Will not be buying from another advance auto parts. Would give negative stars if possible

I got a windshield wiper from here and it flew off going down the interstate going 65 mph! We could've wrecked or caused someone else to wreck. The young man that originally tried helping us was very sweet and respectful but Wayne was not and he was the one who put it on and assured us that it was okay! It was not okay but thank God everyone is okay. I had to turn around, barely able to see with my daughter and 2 grandkids in the car and go back and dig the old one out of the trash. It would have been different had he been nice and it was a honest mistake but that wasn't the case. It was closing time and he was in a hurry and being careless

Absolutely amazing customer service!!! Guy helped me test and find a new battery and was great chatting with. The lady that installed it was absolutely pleasant to deal with and had a very nice blue chain bracelet!!!!

Very great experience, employees were respectful and gave great pointers and advice for a brake caliper.Advance is definitely the way to go for the best auto parts store experience!Mike, the new GM, was wonderful.

Bought a rack and pinion steering assembly here. Brought in my old one for core charge but forgot to take off the bushings. They were in pretty good and employee spent about 20 minutes getting them out. Thank you for your time and help. This will be my parts store.

This store actually does what Advance Auto Parts advertises! The corporate headquarters should probably look at making sure ALL their stores provide the same level of customer service and apply policies uniformly. Appreciate the conscientious people at the Winchester road store.

The store manager was very helpful with helping me select the best wiper blades for my vehicle. He also put them on for me which was very helpful. Great customer service!!

Ryan is the absolute best!!! I went to Advance Auto Parts today thinking that I needed a new alternator, but wanted to confirm that was the source of my car troubles. Ryan tested the battery and found out that the charge was low. He thoroughly explained my various options, the differences between batteries, and the benefits of their warranties. I ended up purchasing a battery and Ryan quickly installed it. He has a wonderful personality and is the epitome of great customer service! I highly recommend this store location. :-)

Helped me out with my bad alternator, replaced it in the parking lot with borrowed tools at no cost. Great staff, knowlable, helpful, and friendly. Got it done in less than 30 minutes.

I went in the other day thinking I was just going to buy oil for my car and was persuaded to get a few other items to go along with my oil change. Thought I was duped into another sales gimmick until I got home and realized it made sense to put all the stuff together so kudos to them for knowing a lot more than I do. Knowledgeable and friendly staff from what I've experienced.

Stopped in to find some tag bolts and a young kid tried to help me and after looking a few places said they didn't have anything. I thanked him and started looking around the store. While looking through the tag section I found what I needed on my own. It just seems these days people dont get properly trained for a position and companies have to realize it's only hurting them in the long run.

Short staffed always. Little guy didn t even offer to help with my windshield wiper or offer advice how to change a brake light bulb, but he has time for a smoke break. Really. Service used to be better. Zero stars.

Employees could be a little more courteous and at least pretend to like the job, smile some. I've worked with public most of my life and you can't believe how much a simple smile or how can I help means. Instead of showing you really just rather not be at work and a inconvenience looking parts up on the computer. I still go here but it is a only if case.

I would like to thank the Advance Auto Parts team and Management for staying open a few minutes before closing on New Years Eve to get me the correct part for my vehicle. They really didn t have to help me but they did. Thanks Guys!
