Guys were awesome and knowledgeable. They helped us out big time by showing us that another location had sold us a faulty battery. They exchanged it for a new one without and hassle and said if we had anymore problems, don t hesitate to come back and they would be happy to fix it the best they can.

Everytime I go to this location it's always a horrible experience. I've had to go to other locations with no problem and way better service/attitudes. Wrong parts 3 separate incidents. Same staff each time. It's the closest to my house but I will use the other three locations from now on. Those other locations have taken care of all issues I have had at this particular location. 0 stars

Excellent manager ship put a plug in outside plug in our phones. Cuz we have no way to plug them up and charge them. I have nothing but good to say about it. And hes got a good, clean store. Happy guy, very fun to be around good home people.

This place has horrible customer service an don't know how to count. When the guy rang up my total I counted it before i gave it to him. He tried to give me the wrong amount back but I told him exactly the amount I gave him. he told me I gave him a different amount I told him the amount of dollars and coins i gave him. then says I don't have the time to argue over blah blah and gave me the total back I was expecting. Would not recommend you go to this one.

Yesterday my husband went in to Advance Auto Parts to get tag bolts for our car,well the guy was very rude didn't want to assist my husband on getting the right size or anything.So today my husband goes back in to get the right size and a gentleman named Jay went above and beyond to help him get the right size.For some reason every pack they were trying weren't fitting.Finally Jay found some bolts that fit perfectly.So thank you very much Jay for your Assistance . Its rainy and he even kept coming outside in the rain with my husband everytime to see if the bolts were going to fit.He ended up not even charging my husband because of yesterday's encounter.THAT IS HOW CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SUPPOSED TO BE!

I went to get the correct filter for my car. The guy was very helpful and looked up my vehicle and I was out in no time on the first of the month! The location was perfect. He helped me out because I was on the route early. I don't have to worry. God is good!

Had a brake light out and stopped in to get a new one. I asked the guy if he wouldn't mind helping me do it real quick. I don't have a whole lot of friends so I needed a second pair of eyes. We replaced the light and found something else that I'll need to fix later. He was super patient even though it was kind of tedious. I asked him his name once we fixed it and his name is Brandon. He said if I ever needed anything he'll be happy to help. I'll probably go out of the way a little bit just to stop in here in the future when I fix stuff because he was so patient. He even had another customer harassing him while he was trying to help me and handled it with care.

Terrible customer service. Hung up on after they answered the phone and was told to hold while attempting to get information rude and dismissive as well as condescending. Heaven forbid you ask them questions about their job or to actually do it.

Had parts other stores didn't have, in this case it was a starter for a 2007 Corvette. Employees were nice and helpful.

Very quick service, looking up a motorcycle battery. Didn't have in store but told me about other stores. When a customer suggested I just go to Walmart, the Aap employee did not get offended. I won't be going to Walmart.

Jessie (or is it "Jesse"?) from the front counter is extremely helpful. Best employee they have by far. I recommend that man for a promotion! He literally jumped at the opportunity to help me while his coworkers were scratching their heads. I've been meaning to write this review for 2 months and have finally got around to it today. That's how awesome Jessie's customer service was.

Great Hub store with excellent customer service reps- it being a hub store also increases the likelihood of them having the part you need in stock. And on the commercial side if you do business with them Dee and Chris will take great care of your business needs!

As an automotive parts and accessories store goes...it's solidly stocked with most necessary items you need. The staff is blah no nonsense guys. The freestanding store is clean and is located in a hard to miss plaza shared by some other relatively sized businesses.

Fast service. I was in and out in seconds. I've been here before for problems with my car and the staff here are so nice. They will use a device to see what's causing problems on your car for free

I went there for one item, license plate bolts. I asked the cashier if the bolts I was buying were going to fit my car and he told me they would. Later I found out they didn't. I was able to return them and get the ones that did fit in the end though.

Came in for wipers and headlights. Both the guys there were super helpful, one even took me outside to see the headlights I was looking at buying, since he already had them in his truck. The other guy helped install my wipers and I had a great conversation with him about his 80s beamer. 10/10 visit at this store in Nov 2018. Killer customer service.

This is an area hub store. It has way more selection than most stores, so the chances of finding the parts you need without going to multiple locations is pretty good. Service tends to be great here, with enthusiastic employees. Over all a great store.

Woke up to the alarm going off on my motorcycle due ot a low battery. Harley Davidson shop didn't open for another three hours. Thanks to Jay and the team, not only did I get a solid replacement, but I got it at a better price and a lot faster. Jay had the battery waiting for me when I got there. two minutes, in and out.

I went to get a replacement knob for my air conditioning setting in my car. The staff was extremely helpful and I didn t get the vibe that I was an inconvenience to them like I have experienced at other times with other stores. I am new to Huntsville and will definitely visit this location again.

Great Service! I had a Brake Light out yesterday where the light melted into the socket. I needed to replace the connecting socket and the bulb and they actually had it in stock. The bulb I wasn't surprised was available but the connecting socket for my vehicle that is 16 years old I was surprised and thankful!

Sebastian was very helpful and polite. I bought a radiator and cooling fan that came with a warranty. Will be returning to this location for any future needs!
