I had my truck broken into during a busy week and the folks at A+ really came through! Got an appointment for the next day, and within an hour of arriving I had a new window exactly like my old one and all the leftover shards cleaned out. Fantastic experience, can't recommend them enough!

My door window shattered on the way to work. I went straight to their shop. They covered the open window with plastic, ordered my window, and had it in the next morning. We are taking my husband's car there next week to replace the cracked windshield we have needed to fix for longer than I care to admit.

they did a good job and they were cheaper than major competitors. they came to my house. did the replacement and i paid over the phone the entire experience was virtual. I'd use them again and I suggest anyone use them. they have different locations across the country.

We've used this place several times. Work has always been prompt and affordable. Staff is friendly and helpful. I was a tiny bit concerned on my last visit. As a rock chip was being repaired, the worker's jacket zipper scraped against my fender. I found no damage afterward, but I believe a protective fender skirt might prevent any accidental damage that might happen. Just a recommemation.

Having your rear window unexpectedly shatter in on you is never a pleasant experience. A+ made everything easy and stress free. They were able to get me in several days earlier than anywhere else in the area. They had me in and out in less than an hour and I was pleasantly surprised that the quote they gave me was exactly the same as what I ended up paying. They didn't add any last minute fees like other places do. I had a pleasant conversation with Ashley while I waited. The waiting area has super comfy leather seats, a TV, and a coffee station. The gentleman (didn't get his name) who brought me back my keys was also very nice and explained to me the "aftercare" to make sure my window stayed put while it was curing. They were a little bit more expensive than the other places I had called but it was worth every penny!Service: Auto rear window replacement

I used A+ Glass Company to replace my windshield recently. Fantastic customer service and friendly staff! Price out the door was exactly what I was quoted over the phone. One of the technicians showed me an issue with my vehicle before they got started so I would be aware, which was nice in my opinion. They were done with the installation in about 20 minutes and after the set time wait I was in and out in about 45-50 minutes. Would definitely do business with them again!

They damaged my car . The helper became belligerent and scolded me like a child. This helper will not allow you to speak to the owner or secretary. He will also tell you if you are mad about the damage that "sometimes life is unfortunate" or scold you for not congratulating him on the great job he did damaging your car. Don't curse around them. They feel that ends their liability. It doesn't. Women, seniors, Redstone employees and Vets STAY AWAY.

We were visiting from the midwest and got a nasty, growing crack in our windshield. We called around to several places but these wonderful folks picked up the phone, confirmed they could do the job and booked me in for the repair in just THREE DAYS, lightning fast these days. The staff was helpful and friendly, ang got me in and out in an hour. And the price was remarkable to boot! Strongly recommend these guys, especially if you're in a pinch.

They got me in quickly and did a great job replacing my shattered rear windshield. Cleaned up the mess and I was in and out in well under two hours. Awesome service.

Very friendly and helpful staff. There was no pressure to replace my cracked windshield like I had experienced at other places. They repaired the small crack to keep it from spreading. Their prices were very reasonable and wait time wasn't long at all. Highly recommend A+.

I had a crack that stretched all the way across my windshield. Being a college student, there was no way I could afford a windshield replacement myself. After saving up paychecks, I had decided to call this place up because of the good reviews. They gave me a quote that included service and tax (so the price that was quoted was what I paid). I gladly made an appointment in that same call. When I dropped off my car, they would only take an hour and a half to do the job and I was ready to go. This place did their job very well and I was able to afford it after saving some money. Very kind people as well. I'm glad to have a clear windshield again!

Great people! Scheduled a windshield replacement and they noticed it had a minor defect on the new glass. They told me and said to come back to get another glass. I really appreciate their honesty. Awesome work! Great price! I definitely recommend and will come back for future service.

Had to have a windshield replaced on a truck. Only company that gave me different options to the type of glass and price points. Was able to accommodate a changing schedule and got me in and out in less than 45 minutes. Very satisfied with the product and installation. These guys have been a dream to work with. Replaced my windshield for way less than SafeLight, and when the rubber molding came loose a almost a year later, they repaired it for free in seven minutes. Seven! I'm very happy with my experience at A Glass Company - I had my windshield replaced at a very reasonable price (cheaper than competitor commercial company) and all done and ready to go in one hour. Keith was the gentlemen who replaced the glass. He's got loads of experience and an excellent understanding of customer service. I really appreciate that I was treated with courtesy and respect. I highly recommend this business!

This is the first time I had to replace my windshield. I called for a quote, they had my glass ordered, and they said they could install it the next day. Excellent service, excellent quality, and great employees. Not to mention, this was the most reasonable price I could find for my Mazda 6 '08. I highly recommend A+ to anyone! They can travel to the home just like Safelite for a better price.

These guys were amazing. After Safelite of Huntsville took two months and 3 wrong windshields delivered, a coworker suggested A+. They ordered and installed my windshield on the Arsenal and stayed in communication with me. Great business and I highly recommend them.

You learn more about a company when things don't go according to plan. In the case of A+ they are first-class people and extremely talented. There was a slight problem with my windshield seal that was causing noise whenever I drove at higher speeds. The installer found the issue quickly and fixed it very promptly. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my auto glass needs. Sitting in their lobby as I waited to receive my car back, I took notice of their interactions with customers and saw how personable, organized, and efficient they were. It is definitely a testament to the way they run their business. Keep up the good work!

A+ replaced the windshield on my 2010 Tahoe and far exceeded my expectations. Quality work and very quick service. Cost was $100 less than other quoted prices in town. If you need a new windshield in Huntsville, this is the place to go.

I needed to replace the windshield on my car after a tree branch cracked it. As I was not filing an insurance claim, I was eager to find someone who would do a top notch job and not have to pay dealership prices. I almost went with a nationally known auto glass company but found several positive reviews about A Glass Co. I was a bit astonished at how much cheaper he could do it, using quality parts. Glad I decided to give the local guy my business.Keith explained my options on the phone about what quality glass to use (I went with the OEM brand), and let me know we could go with the slower drying adhesive for a super strong seal. He did a great job, got it fixed at the shop in about 3 hours. I felt like if anything wasn't to my satisfaction, he would make it right. I would recommend this shop to anyone in the Huntsville area.

A Glass Company was a lot cheaper than Safelite, so I was afraid that the aftermarket windshield I got was going to be of poor quality, but I was wrong. It looks better than the original. I'm really happy with the work that was done. The waiting area had cable and comfortable recliners, so it made the wait while the windshield was setting up pretty comfortable. Keith was super friendly, and promised to do a good job even though I was a Gator and he was a Seminole. I usually can't trust Seminoles, but this guy did a great job and was much cheaper than I was expecting. I hope I never need another windshield again, but if I do, I'll be back.

Pause and read this: After perusing the internet to find out how to reattach my rearview mirror, I was befuddled I found it was a daunting job for my specific car! But, Within 2 minutes of arriving at A+, Ashley and Johnny assured me that they COULD HANDLE IT. Eight minutes and $10 later, I drove off so very grateful to have found them

This is the only place you should take your car for windshield repair! We previously used Safelite and could not have had a worse experience. This time around, we came here, and service was perfect. They scheduled the car quickly, got the dealer-only windshield overnight (Safelite needed a week), were respectful and professional. These people will do you right!

I got a couple of lower quotes from other companies but the Google reviews convinced me to choose A+. Glad I did. I arrived at the shop for the appointment and was leaving with my new windshield in about an hour. The staff was very friendly and easy to talk to.

What a great transaction and simple as can be. To the sweet girl working to the telephones, to the knowledgeable two guys who actually came and put the car front windshield in. A+++++ service and couldn't beat the price. Hard to find good customer service, but this was great service.
