It was cool.. I went in because I had a screw in my tire....asked them to fix it..(plug maybe) .I went shopping til they told me what the deal was.. I get back there.. they tell me they couldn't fix it (I have a warranty on all my tires from them ) thst they had to replace the tire with a new one and told me 200 bucks...lol...first Noone told me they had to replace rhr tire before replacing it. How they new I had 200 for a tire!! I could have went to the amigos until....but the supervisor was very nice after understanding my dilemma ... I had already had at least 300 dollars worth of groceries and stuff to purchase!! Discounts wee given and I was semi satisfied ..

I will not be going back to walmart for autocare! There were too many issues, one you can never find a manager for anything,two if adding washer fluid is a part of you topping off the fluids with an oil change. Why would you tell me to get washer fluid off the floor since YOUR machine is broken, but then you CHARGE me FOR IT! The manager never came to see what was needed!

The employees were not helpful or friendly. They seemed to not want to do anything to help and made me wait a very long time as if I were asking them to do something for free. I purchased my tires from Walmart, online. But because of how they treated me I had to go somewhere to have them put on. I am very happy with my tires.

I had 2 new tires installed 061422. Arrived a little after 8A. The staff was polite, engaging, informative and got me in and out. My car is riding smoothly now. :)Service: TiresService: Tires

I wouldn't even give them one star every time I go to this Walmart to get a tire change they are never open they always close early and if you just pull up and ask him a question nobody wants to do anything for you

Every time I come to this location to get an oil change, I have to wait 15-20 minutes or longer for someone to even wait on me or even acknowledge my presence. And I m here within minutes of the doors opening. So far I ve been here approx 23 minutes and still have not been waited on. There are 3 customers here including myself and only 1 has been waited on.Service: Oil change

I Have had the worst experiences with Walmart since I purchased a warranty on my tires, every time I had a problem with a tire it could not be repaired, and not covered by my warranty. I would purchase a new tire, had to pay additional $10 to get coverage back on that tire. what happen to patching a tire. I am done with that " As long as you own that car warranty "!

This location is better than Bessemer, but overall, I would recommend it. However, Demopolis Al is the best in my personal experience.

Did the work right, but stole $100 bucks from my wallet that my keys were attached to during the 30 seconds they moved my car. Maybe I should ve taken my keys off there, but really didn t expect to be stolen from. Hope ya needed that $100 bucks more than I did bud. Very poor customer service. Dropped car off for service at about 12 noon and was supposed to get a call back when done. I tried to call them for 2.5 hours to check and no one would answer the phone. Finally reached someone around 3:30 and they said "oh your car is ready" but needless to say no one ever called. After making payment I realized that on the receipt showed time job completed was about 1:50pm. Lesson learned... you get what you pay for. Cheaper is not always better I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

I've taken in two of my vehicles over the past two weeks and was declined an oil change. "Severe oil leak" was the excuse for both vehicles.I tried explaining my circumstances of just a power steering pressure line leak, however I was given an additional diagnosis of the steering leak along with an oil leak on my second vehicle.Had to go to Express Oil Change and pay higher cost and basically same performance.CONTINUE TO BE LIKE THIS AND YOU'LL LOSE A DEDICATED CUSTOMER.. .

Didn't have any work done. Wait time is horrible and you cant schedule appointments for oil change and hour minimum and that's coming at 7 am. As I waited before I left a gentleman was upset because he came in for an oil change and when they finish his oil pressure light was on as well as service engine light came on. It may have just been a fluke or that one person, but after I heard this I left and went to somewhere else. Although Walmart prices are very good especially for semi and full synthetic oil changes I could not risk having something not done correct or stripped bolts or screws. They may do good work, idk but I couldn't wait 2 hours for an oil change or have any lights come on in my car. Great prices though!

Went in at 7:00 am to have my free tire rotation done since I purchased the tires from there. The lady couldn't get on the computer to sign on until 25 minutes later because issues with the time clock. The counter lady was not only late but very rude. She eventually wrote my ticket up for rotation and maybe a patch in the front right tire. Asked her to hold up and let me see what the price of two new tires would be instead of patching the tire. She told me she had already written the ticket up for rotation and patch and couldn't change it. Now I know that any ticket can be voided and rewritten. Got with the manager on duty and told her that I will take my business elsewhere due to their incompetence.

Bought new tires, that was great. However I learn three weeks later that they stripped two of my studs on my wheels, however they did payto have them replaced. SO BEWARE OF THEM TIGHTENING YOUR LUGS TOO TIGHT OR NOT PUTTING THE LUGS ON WITH THEIR FINGERS FIRST. No I don't recommend this car care center.

Got tires put on wait time was good. But employees don't with each other when one get off and you are there then other one come on they don't even know what's going on because the other employee didn't tell the other employee that's the only thing I dislike about Walmart auto center.

Well everything was going very "Walmart Well" until I had the luxury of speaking with the Automotive Department Manager in Hueytown, AL.... Realizing that it was 7 a.m. with workers just now arriving, my question was a very simple one pertaining to batteries and where they would be located in HER specific area (the part of the automotive department that is closed off at night includes tire inventory, battery inventory, and the front greeting desk, so, like I said, my question was a very simple one, or so I thought). The rest of the interaction is blurry because you would have thought that I just asked her to rebuild my engine, starting right now, using all of her workers, and it must be done for free!!......LOL!! I mean, I really was torn between anger at the attempt to humiliate me with her condescending tone vs pity because I was destroying her work day with my battery question.

Customer service at this store is horrible. I am going to start taking the extra 10 minutes to drive to the next one. Never had so many problems at a single Wal-Mart, and the feel of the entire management staff from CSM up is of absolute disregard for customers: no time for them, thry have other work to do.

After the auto service center closes, you have to go around the whole building to get to your car if it outside the automotive center. There was not even a manager that could open the door for us to leave. Therefore the handicap cart was ridden all the way around the building and left outside! They came out the automotive door to get it but couldn't let us leave that way!!!!

It was slow. There was no one at the counter to offer assistance. I am to select my own part and take it to the front for self check out. The service there has gotten worse over the past few months. I wish they would get it together.

Went to buy 2 tires...there was only 2 employees working on cars..told my wait would be 2 hrs.. .i left...because i have the warranty thing with my other 2 tires purchased extra with my other new walmart tires..well i caught a flat. Soo i took the tire back for the free repair.. what a mistake. Should have paid for repair elsewhere..i waited about 3 hrs or maybe a lil more to get it repaired 1 tire 1 tire omg...i had very good service at walmart in trussville but 2 bad incidences at this one so back to TRUSSVILLE WALMART

Great customer service!!! Customer service in store and over the phone couldn't and wouldn't solve my problem. But the Manger in Auto care did. My problem was solve in less than 30 minutes. Thank you all again

Auto center hours are from 7am to 7pm and I arrive at approximately 6:57 am and its now 7:17am and they still haven t opened yet..Such an inconvenienceService: Oil changeService: Oil change

Walmart auto care is always taking care of all my vehicles such as oil changes and simple things is changing light bulbs and also Autotire selections and not only that but remember they have road hazard for your tires just in case if you travel a lot if you buy tires from Walmart with a road hazard if you're out of town you can always get your tire fixed or replaced special thanks to Walmart for doing that
