SCAMMED ME FOR $3300 DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE.THEFT BY DECEPTION.I primarily drove one 1 hour to get to this place to get an oil leak fixed. They did their diagnostics and brought to my attention of other issues leaks, and bad pullies, and a fuel leak, and tpms light and brake pad wear light, etcI agreed that I wanted everything fixed that they suggested and especially the oil leak. I gave them a $1500 deposit in good faith for the parts and they told me I could return in a week or so when the parts came in so they could began to fix my Mercedes Sprinter Van.I returned back a week or so later with the vehicle on a Monday.When they said they were ready to service it.I told Aaron don't worry about fixing the tpms warning light because it went off when I put air in the tires. And also not to fix the brake pad wear light because it wasn't necessary to fix because I had just put new brakes on so I could just save that money.Aaron told me it would take 3 days to fix all the issues he agreed to fix I had including the oil leak, which again was the primary reason of me driving an hour to have him fix at their mechanic shop.When I returned on a Wednesday I asked the lady working the counter what all did he fixed before I paid. She said whatever I told him to fix, without even showing me the invoice or anything.Keep in mind I didn't have any issues with whatever the price was to have my vehicle fixed the right way.I paid a total of about $3300, including the deposit in good faith and then went outside and asked him", Have all leaks been addressed?"He said, yes. And I asked him before I drove off with the van, "No more leaks?" He said "no". My friend was present and witnessed me asking him these questions.I drove an hour back to my residence and notice the next morning not one but two leaks. So not only did they not fix the oil leak I now have a DEF fluid leak as well.I called Aaron and told him the situation about the leak still being present. And told him that he lied about fixing the oil leak and he said it was a miscommunication and that I would need to pay him additional money to fix the oil leak. I told him that I paid him $3300 to fix the oil leak.This logically makes no sense. No one in their right mind would pay you $3300 to keep their vehicle for 3days and still not have the the oil leak fixed. Which was the primary reason.This guy is a professional scammer and not credible at all and lacks any business ethic. I would never recommend or do business here ever again.

100% recommended. These people are reliable, knowledgeable and honest. I was expecting the repairs of my car to be a very expensive ticket until it was time to pay, Aaron explained everything to me and he made sure I understood. He did what needed to be done, no bogus or unnecessary repairs were done. I've used this company a few times and they've done good work and no issues on my 2004 E320. Most recently, I had battery control module replaced at a cost of almost $1,000.I've been having the daily "convenience features not available" message so I had both batteries tested and both were successful. I called the shop and was blown away at their initial response but was later contacted by one of the ladies that offered an appropriate response to resolve the issue.It's good to know that they stand by their commitment to take care of their customers.Service: Electrical

I won t use anyone else for my Mercedes services. Best price by far, really great staff, and they do great work. I ve been using them since 2018 for a few different MB cars never had any issues. Definitely recommend them.

They had my car three days an haded done anything they were waiting for some brake pads for the rear and i needed a oil change nice peoples but I will never patronized that spot again.

Always the best experience when I go here. Been taking my car here since (I believe 2018/2019). Never have any after problems. Not overpriced and seems to be fair on pricing.

Fair enough prices, staff is very nice, but.. twice nowI've had my BMW towed to the shop on the day we were told to bring it. Both times when we called back a few days later to check on the progress.. we were told that it will be several more days before they can even look at it. Over 7 days before you touch it at all? That just isn't a reasonable amount of time.In one incident maybe.. but every time it comes in ? We have no hard feelings, but this is an issue that needs to be addressd. It lowers the satisfaction level no matter what else happens, right off the bat. With social media so persuasive these days. We tend to just look at the overall star rating, if it is less than three we don't even read the comments. We just keep scrolling to the next option. I'm leaving so much detail, because I want to support our locality owned small businesses. Without honest feed back then the feedback is no help at all.

I'm Chris Hall, 2004 Mercedes C240.I was told I needed a new key because my car wouldn't crank, I asked them if the new key would remotely lock and unlock my doors when I got the Diagnostics and they said yes. A week later the key came in, they programmed it, and the car still didn't crank! I asked them " does the key at least work to remotely lock and unlock the doors?" Yet again they said "yes". A few days later they ended up fixing a "computer issue" and it cracked up. So did I need a new key? When I arrived I asked the woman at the front desk if the key would work on the doors yet again! Well the key did not work! I spoke with Aaron who said there was a miscommunication lol then I found the plastic cover that goes over the battery in my trunk, he told me it must have been there when I dropped it off! Never ever use these people!!!

When I was leasing a Mercedes Benz this Gentlemen saved me lots of money on services and he's good at what he does as well!! They are nice people as well!! He only works on imports if I'm not mistaken(Mercedes, BMW, Audi etc.). Great alternative for high end vehicle dealership services and maintenance!!

I was referred by a friend (Kingboyz Towing)after going to the dealer in Hoover to get my B3 service to only get a laundry list of things that needed to be done for my car...one of which was rear brakes. The serviceman made me think if I looked at my brake pads hard they would go out. He sd if I didn't get them replaced, I'd be buying rotars. Well I dropped my car off with the Mercedes Man and not even 20 minutes after I got home, I received a call asking if there was any particular reason why I wanted brakes put on my car. I told him the dealer serviceman called me to tell me that I needed to get them ASAP or there would be trouble. However, Mercedes Man said I didn't need any brakes and broke down the padding to the percentage of wear. He also gave an estimate of when I may need brakes that didn't apply to my driving frequency. I thanked him for his integrity because he could've still made money off of my service. Well, I went back and picked my car up. Mercedes Man, you are honest. What you make happen for others, God will make happen for you. Your business will continue to flourish. BTW, I'm the lady who came in with the huge Macy's bag with the pillows inside.Be blessed!

Took my vintage Mercedes SLK convertible to The Mercedes Man because the top had stopped working. Was prepared to pay big bucks to get it fixed. Aaron evaluated it- I had failed to fully engage the luggage rack in the trunk. Was very impressed with his honesty and work ethic.

They were a Godsend. I was in town for a very sad occasion. I was attending a funeral for a Friend of 60 years. To make a bad situation even worse, after no warning, my 1998 classic Mercedes sl500 just shut down and wouldn't start. A person that I met at the repass suggested The Mercedes Man. I called and explained my dilemma. They couldn't promise anything, but said to bring it in and they would try to get it in. I had it towed there and was advised that my fuel pump was bad. It was replaced and I was on my way the following day. The repairs were I think reasonably priced and the work was done correctly. I wish I had them in Atlanta where I live. I give them 6 stars.

Aaron is honest, friendly, fair, and open with his customers. They handle everything except radios and tires and have a secure place to keep your car. If you need work on your BMW or Mercedes and want it done right for a fair price - Mercedes Man is your place.

Management denies all wrongs employee commits when car is in their possession. If you leave your car with them, take EVERYTHING out or take pictures of interior and exterior or they'll make statements to the contrary. Better yet: STAY AWAY!!!

All I needed was an Alternator and a Battery because the battery was drained from the Alternator. Aaron Installed a starter, MI unit, computers, cleaned correded parts from water damage. Either way $3000 later my car still doesn't run and in worse shape then I brought it. Everything he touched was either used parts or parts off another vehicle while I was charged for new parts. He kept my car over a month in a half and only heard from him twice I had to call him for updates just to hear more so called bad news. The Mercedes dealership said whoever worked on your car just pieced it back together The MI unit was faulty, open, and taped together that part was over $1000 by itself for a new one. Anyway if your car doesn't start its either the battery alternator or starter every mechanic should know that you would think. If you love your car take it to the dealership because these con artists should be shut down out of $3000 worth of service the only thing that worked was the starter Everything else was used or damaged but they charge you for new parts oh and he couldn't show you the used or old parts because you gotta state that when you drop it off otherwise they don't keep up with it.Services: Electrical repair, Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic
